Olá pessoal, tudo bem?Hoje tenho um fluxo em meu manychat onde me utilizo do nifty image para gerar uma imagem dinâmica (Com nome e foto do usuário) como uma espécie de crachá.O que está ocorrendo é que ao fazer a requisição para o nifty image está ocorrendo um resulto 200 (ou seja, está saindo certo do nifty image) mas ao chegar no manychat pela 1ª vez, acontece o erro da imagem abaixo.No entanto, como esse erro venha ocorrendo, implementado um processo onde o usuário confirma se essa imagem foi gerada ou não. Quando não é gerada, o processo de repete e chama novamente a mesma rota, que por sua vez funciona e gera a imagem corretamente. Queria entender se alguém já passou por esse desafio e como conseguiu solucionar para que as imagens dinâmicas sejam geradas de 1º e sem esse erro apontado pelo manycha

He realizado múltiples brodcast de whatsapp, dichos mensajes llegan a números que yo tengo y doy clic en los botones para verificar que sea correcto y aun así no los registra.  

Ive setup a whatsapp business account as instructed through meta. However, when i download the app on my phone, when i request a verification code, i keep getting ‘whatsapp is temporarily unavailable try again in 1 hour’ chatgpt suggests that i delete the business account in meta what to do?

Hello I am working on a very simple workflow, just testing how userFields work.I made a new User Field, named it userInput.. I then set this userInput to the {Last Text Input} But when I do a request It comes up EMPTY… I tested this: instead of putting userInput i just put in “Test”, this works.. but userInput does not save the last message and comes up Blank, why is this?

Hi,I'm having the following problem: when I receive a message on WhatsApp, the variable {{last_input_text}} is not being picked up. As you can see, instead of showing the new value of the variable, it just displays the name of the variable itself. I don't know why this is happening or how to fix it.Thanks.

Finalizei o chatbot no manychat, coloquei o request como bloco final, custom webhook no make, Json está correto. Porém não consigo deixar automático, precisa sempre colocar “Contato de Teste” para enviar a informação ao Make.Eu quero que sempre que uma pessoa finalize o fluxo, as informações fossem enviadas automaticamente para o make, mas só faz isso se estiver com o “Contato de Teste” preenchido.Alguém me ajuda por favor.

Hello!I’ve been trying for months to do a video broadcast, but had no luck with it. I’ve edited the video both in CapCut and Premiere, and I’ve followed all the size guidelines (270 x 480).The file I’m using is encoded with H.264, downloaded at the Lowest Rate, in MP4 format, and I’ve made sure to follow all the specifications provided. However, no matter how many times I’ve tried, I still can’t get it to upload — it always says “File Media Not Supported”. Could you please help me figure out what might be causing this issue? Thank you in advance.

Estou importando uma base de clientes para enviar um disparo no whatsapp, solicitando que respondam uma pesquisa de satisfação. Exportei do meu CRM o .CSV com o nome e número de telefone dos clientes, porém sempre que importo, de 300, apenas 3 entram no manychat e o restante é marcado como ignorado. Vou anexar algumas imagens do manychat para vocês verem o que posso estar fazendo errado.com tag ou não aconteceu a mesma coisa Procurei alguma coisa em comum entre os contatos que deram certo e não identifiquei, nem mesmo algum

Estou tendo problemas para conectar a conta do Instagram. Ao tentar conectar diz que já te integração e que o pedido foi enviado, para isso é necessário que um adm libere, porém, todos os administradores da página olharam tudo e não receberam nenhuma notificação. O que fazer?  

Bom dia pessoal, sou nova por aqui. Estou há poucos meses usando a ferramenta manychat e hoje quando acessei a fatura do meu cartão que cadastrei, estão cobrando duas vezes o mesmo valor. Sendo que fizeram as cobranças no dia 24/01 e no dia 25/01, quando eu acesso as faturas no meu perfil manychat, consta apenas de 25/01 a 25/02 e 25/02 a 25/03, porém a fatura do meu cartão fecha no dia 16, ou seja, essa do dia 25/02 não pode estar sendo cobrada na minha fatura desse mês, já que já tinha virado o cartão. Além disso na fatura do mês que vem, está sendo cobrado o mesmo valor… ou seja, dois meses de uso e estou pagando por 3.Alguém sabe algum canal de contato humanizado com a equipe deles? Pois pelo suporte é apenas o robô que fala comigo.Obrigada
