Hola comunidad, espero puedan ayudarme con este problema: Tenía un número de WhatsApp registrado en ManyChat, pero por falta de fondos me desactivaron el canal. Ya añadí saldo, pero al intentar reconectarlo, WhatsApp me pide verificación por SMS/código. El problema es que el número lo compré directamente en ManyChat, por lo que no recibe SMS ni llamadas (no tengo acceso físico a un chip). Intenté eliminarlo de Meta Business Manager, pero sigue sin funcionar. ¿Alguien ha pasado por esto? ¿Hay forma de: Que ManyChat me ayude a verificar el número sin SMS. Recuperar el número o migrarlo a un proveedor que permita SMS (Twilio, etc.). O debo usar obligatoriamente un nuevo número con chip físico?

I’ve tried everything for weeks now and can’t get my Credit Line approved. I will post all the screenshots from both, my Meta platform as well as Manychat. My only interest in Manychat for now is to be able to send Whatsapp messages in big quantities. PLEEEEASE HELP ME!! It’s been 2 weeks now speaking to support and no success. Txs  (eu falo portugues tambem) PS: tenho 2 telefones de Whatsapp business cadastrados no Meta, porem somente um esta atrelado ao Manychat (11) 92082-0777.   

Tenho um perfil no Instagram vinculado ao Manychat, mas gostaria de trocar a automação para outro perfil no Instagram e não consigo. Como fazer?

I have tested my new automation, for a free guide but capturing their email address before they get access. I toggled off the ‘skip’ option to ensure they needed to enter an email, but on testing, and word triggers their access to the guide.How can I change this please? The whole point is to capture their email but without a funnel / sign up page

Hi everyone, I’m hoping someone can help me resolve this issue: I had a WhatsApp number registered in ManyChat, but my channel was deactivated due to insufficient funds. I’ve since added credits, but when trying to reconnect, WhatsApp requires SMS/call verification. The problem: I purchased this number directly through ManyChat, so it can’t receive SMS or calls (no physical SIM access). I already removed it from Meta Business Manager, but it still won’t verify. se esta llenando mi bandeja de contacto solo porque me están siguiendo, pero no han interactuado con ninguna automatización. tienen el nombre de “visitante ” y se suman en mis contactos. como evitar esto? No quiero tenerlos en mis contactos. ¿Me cobrarán por esto?

Previously, I added one of my employees to ManyChat to connect and test with my Facebook Page. Now that the employee has quit, the ManyChat bot is still running on the page. I can’t remove ManyChat from the Facebook Page admin settings. How can I completely disconnect or delete ManyChat from the page?

When im doing auto reply's on comments, how can i mention the user who made the comment? The cuffs to choose the user are not there in the random comment answer selection.Im talking about the Instagram Comment Reply under my post and not about the message you are sending to the commenter.

Hello ManyChat Community!I'm encountering a peculiar issue with the ManyChat API and I'm wondering if anyone else has experienced this or has any ideas on how to resolve it.Scenario:When trying to create a new contact via API, I receive the error: 'This WhatsApp ID already exists: 5554999999999' However, when using the API Swagger to search for this contact (using the /fb/subscriber/findBySystemField endpoint), I receive: { "status": "success", "data": []}   This creates an impossible loop: I can't create the contact because it already exists, but I can't update it because the API says it doesn't exist!Additional details:The contact was originally imported into ManyChat. I've tried searching using both email and phone number, with the same result. I've checked the API token permissions, and they appear to be correct.

Hi, I’m trying to set up an IG Ref URL so that when a user clicks it (from an email, website etc), it automatically opens the IG app and the message is sent. I’ve got conversation starters all set up. How do I do this? 

Hello everyone, I noticed that this is a very recent problem.Since yesterday, the messages I send via the Instagram app haven't been received via webhook, so they don't appear in Manychat. On manychat i can only see the messages I send via Manychat. Is this problem specific to me? Does everyone else have this problem? Edit: Everything fine with inbound messages, the issue specific for outbound messages.

We have an AI Step configuration that requests data to schedule an appointment. This data is then sent to Zapier. It was working fine until around July 6, 2025. After that, it no longer saves the data provided by the user—only one field at the end of the conversation is saved, and it's saved incorrectly. We haven't made any changes to the flow in months, so we know we didn’t cause the issue. Why was it working without problems and now it’s not? What changed? Hi all - I created an automation that is having an issue. The second button sent [after someone clicks the ‘Send me the link’ button] opens Threads and prompts to download Threads instead of the link I plugged in to a landing page. Is this happening anyone else? How do I fix this??

Já tentei de várias formas, mas não consigo conectar meu instagram ao manychat de maneira nenhuma...aparece como se já estivesse autorizado, porém quando clico pra iniciar uma configuração de automação, o processo se reinicia, como se o instagram não estivesse conectado ao manychat. Quando eu entro no instagram pra ver quais programas estão vinculados a ele, o manychat está lá, porém naõ consigo acesso.

I went to the contact that I wanted to trigger the automation for and added the tag (the automation is public and the trigger is set to “on”) but the Instagram DM which is the next step in the automation after tag is added is not sending. Any advice?

Hello everyone.I’ve been using ManyChat over a year now and have several accounts on pro with AI supported. My messages on social media channels don’t show up even though there was a conversation. I am checking through my account’s dm’s and there are messages, but most of them are missing on ManyChat. When I check the ‘ https://status.manychat.com/ ‘ everything seems fine but its not. I would like to receive more according to what I’ve been paying for. Regards.

Hi, i have an italian manychat account.I would like to start sending sms. i know i have to connect Twillio, (i already have a twillio account) but right now i only have an american number to connect. Can i use it to send messages to italian users? 

Hi,Just built a bot for instagram. Works perfectly fine on mobile, but on desktop, the buttons just refresh the page instead of going to next action. Any clue?
