Hello there!I have created an automation for my FB business page and IG one, and it’s been going pretty good.But there is a problem. We are on the PRO plan ($15/month, for context).People respond to our Reels/ Posts with: “Community”/ “Italian”/ “Yes”, etc. It is running a flow for sending link to join the community on Skool.But from what it seems, only 30% of messages are delivered. And I don’t know exactly why.On IG it’s showing 100% sent/ 100% delivered.But on FB - 3249 Sent/ 33.8% delivered.Meaning, only 1000 people get the messages. But, idk exactly, is this something from Facebook? I found this one, that maybe people didn’t enter on the facebook to get the messages (like logging in). But I find it hard to believe.Let’s say maybe for 5-10% of people, but 70% to not login again? And some of them comment again on the videos.So, idk exactly what is the problem, and what to do. I

So far I have 1.5k contacts with about a 15% delivery rate which is awful. When I went onto the ManyChats Q&A and asked about delivery rate it was mentioned that it just means if people opened the message and not if it actually lands in their inbox. So I went out to test this and encourage people to open their messages ect. Nothing changed, same 15% overall delivery rate. I have tried without links in first message aswell and no change. There are no restrictions on my account aswell.Is anyone having/had same issue on FB? I am probably going to see which countries actually have it delivered but not sure if manychats has that information. Is it some geo location issue? (EU restrictions)?Literally cannot find anything to help with this.

Hi group!We’ve been using ManyChat with Instagram for 1 month to automatically send links via DM when users comment on our posts, reels, or stories.Everything was working perfectly, but suddenly all automations stopped working.I already tried refreshing permissions twice, reconnecting Instagram and Facebook, and following all troubleshooting recommendations from the documentation and internal help tools, but nothing has worked so far.I’ve also seen other users reporting the exact same issue on the forums, but I still haven’t found a real solution.One thing that confuses me is the contact limit. Our posts regularly reach more than 1,000 people per post, so the Pro plan limit doesn’t really make sense for our use case. Even if we upgraded to a higher plan, we could easily reach 8,000 contacts in just a few posts. Are we supposed to constantly delete contacts to keep automations working?At this point, I’m not even sure whether this is a permiss

I have about 1.5 million followers online with 658,000 being directly from Instagram.  I installed Manychat about a week ago and Manychat has responded to about 3,500 comments and sent about 3,500 DMs to followers that have commented on my Instagram posts.  I just got banned from commenting on my or any Instagram posts. I’m guessing it may be because of the volume of comments that Manychat responded to or the lack of variety in them as I only had 4 variations set up to respond to comments.  So Manychat is currently not able to reply to the comments on my post but it CAN still send direct messages. Should I stop using Manychat or use it less?  I don’t want to get banned from sending DMs either and currently I’m probably sending about 500  per day.  Can someone please help me and give me best practices here and please give me some guidance on what to do to prevent this from happening again once my commenting has been restored?

Im trying to do the automation of when someone leave a comment, the system will answer it and then DM them with a link. It did not work and I follow all the steps. Help!

I have just attempted to setup Manychat to begin using it on my account and it has said that I need to provide access and the business portfolio is had selected is an old IG account of mine that I no longer have access to and doesn’t even exist? I tired support and they haven’t provided much help I have been going round in circles for hours across my phones, laptop and desktop no luck please can someone help me!

I've set up Instagram comment automations with specific keyword triggers (also using a ManyChat template for one of them), and the automations are responding to comments that have nothing to do with the keywords I set, and it’s happening to post that have nothing to do with keywords.Things I've already checked or considered:Match type on the keyword (contains vs. exact) Whether multiple automations are listening on the same post Whether the template I imported brought its own triggers alongHas anyone else hit this with the comment-reply automations, especially when combining a custom one with a template? Curious whether it's a known bug, a setting I'm missing, or something with how Instagram is passing comment data through the API right now. Any guidance appreciated.

havent used manychat in years, how can I restart without having tags/triggers and all sorts of stuff tied to the existing users. Have about 1500 contacts and want to start a bunch of new automation flows, but not sure if half my people are opted out, etc from previous flows. Is there a way to set everyone to “new” and basically start over? (restaurant business)

Hello ManyChat Support Team,I am writing to formally escalate an issue that has been ongoing for the past few weeks regarding the cancellation of my subscription.Despite repeatedly requesting cancellation through your platform, I continue to receive a generic confirmation stating that my cancellation request has been received and will be processed. However, no actual cancellation appears to be taking effect.Instead, I am still seeing repeated billing attempts, including notifications from Stripe indicating that my card is about to be charged. In some instances, I have even received messages suggesting that my subscription has been successfully cancelled, only to later see renewed billing activity or pending charges. This inconsistency is confusing and unacceptable.To be clear: I am requesting the immediate and permanent cancellation of my subscription.I do not want any further attempts to bill my payment method, and I expect confirmation that:

So i made a validation loop which insists on a specified answer before moving on. It works very well except for one issue.Once it starts its impossible for me to stop it. Even if i message, pause or start a new automation. the loop will continue untill the valid answer is given. Obviously this can cause a bit of unprofessionalism and frustration. Can anybody perhaps try its and see hw it can be stopped or improved?(FYI if you want to reproduce the data collection box has a space “ “ which fills the field but will not show to the client.) 

Hello,My ManyChat workspace is currently showing the subscription status as EXPIRED, and I am unable to reactivate Marketing Automation only, displayed in my account as R$ 149/month.This same issue happened previously, on January 21, 2026. At that time, the payment/renewal flow would not complete correctly, even though the issue was not related to card limit or a bank authorization block.The issue was resolved only after the existing stuck/expired subscription was cancelled or reset by ManyChat support. Once that reset was done, I was able to renew successfully through:Settings → Billing → Subscriptions → Marketing Automation → Renew SubscriptionI am now experiencing the same situation again: Current workspace status: EXPIRED Product I need to reactivate: Marketing Automation only

I’ve been following the steps of the AI Chat Bot for hours and my Facebook and Instagram automations are still not working. I’ve also searched and worked through many of the old posts. The bot won’t connect me with an agent. I am more than willing to pay for ManyChat if it works!! Please help!!

Hi,I’m working on setting up a Ref URL trigger automation, however, when clicked the link brings the user to the DMs and notes that they have arrived there through a shared link, but MC does not track the automation as having been triggered, nor sends the “next step”, a DM message. The dm note is shown in the picture below above the reply text box - and to clarify the previous dm messages above it are from a different older and unrelated automation. The current automation and trigger are listed as published. I have updated/refreshed all my IG and FB permissions (as well as disconnected and reconnected all permissions through Meta Business Suite). I don’t have any conversation starters that would interrupt the automation. I have allowed access to messages in my message and story controls. I also have tried recreating the entire flow from scratch, and simplifying to what is pictured below, compared to a more complicated flow I was planning on

I have it set it up to say hi, send a message, then send a free resource. It says Live and has been live for 3 days. Since sending I have recieved 25 new followers but no messages have been sent. I checked by following myself from a different account and I can confirm i didn’t receive the flow. Any Ideas?

Hello,I am experiencing two technical problems with my Instagram automations:1. The automation is not triggering: When a user comments the keyword on my post/reel, the system does not publish the automatic reply in the comments, and it does not send the DM for the user to click and get the PDF. It simply doesn't work.2. Bug in the Flow Builder: I cannot connect the blocks in the visual builder. When I click and drag to connect one step to another, the visual connection line does not appear. Even if I add a new step automatically, the connection line remains invisible. The blocks look isolated.Can someone help me? Tks

Ig and meta says connected to Manychat, but when tried to log in to Manychat it still asking to connect a channel - when I tried to connect meta or even IG it now says accounts are already connected to a Manychat account. I tried to remove access from IG and Meta and went the same process without help.
