I’m trying to create an automation to collect information from the user but apparently the automation stopped working in the middle. See the screenshots below. One user reached the step “Condition #1” but then no one reached any steps after it. Neither the true step triggered nor the false one. I thought it might be the messaging window problem, I checked the variable for this user and its value is empty. I’m not sure what this means.

Hi. Is it possible for ManyChat automation to read the previous messages of a user and determine if certain information is available like their name? Currently I have a basic automation that triggers when someone sends me a DM, I ask for their name. But in case I have talked to that person previously and they have provided their name, I don’t want the bot to ask for it again.

Hi! We have multiple influencers on IG that make posts with our products and then add us as collaborators. I want to reply and send DMs to comments on those posts. Can someone give me a definitive answer on if manychat works with collab posts and can do this? To be clear we are the collaborator, not the original poster. Thanks!

Hi! I have deleted my old automations and have updated new ones for DM replies and Instagram comment for Dem reply to a keyword but for some reason, people are still getting the old automation with an old link and I can’t even find where that automation is because it doesn’t exist in my flow of automations when I check all of them. Any ideas?

Hi, I keep getting this warning in manychat “TikTok automations are disabled for you due to regional limitations”, how can I fix it? I would really appreciate your support

I have recently noticed that when I visit the settings of Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok, there is no option to remove the ManyChat account channel. I suppose this is a recent change that occurred at the platform level, but now I am left with the question of how I can unlink a social network from my ManyChat account. 

I am finding out that not everyone that comments the keyword isn't getting the automation. It is showing on my end that they have it. but they aren't getting it. 

Edit. Solved! see first comment. Hello The default reply with Facebook doesn’t work. I can trigger a keyword reply just fine, but after I set up a default reply it get’s marked “disabled”. I have a Pro Plan. Did I make a mistake?  Thank you!  

Hello,My Instagram bot keeps the previous message. For example, if I don't reply immediately but later, my bot responds with the same message as the previous response. However, once the conversation is engaged, it starts working correctly again.   I used the same workflow as in this post: Thank you for your help.

Im launching an email campaign and have added 102 contacts to the sequence- including one of my own test email address, but it doesnt look like its running. I have received an email on the test email address but It looks like it was sent to just 3 people out of the 102 in total. What am i missing? Screenshots of sequence below: Thanks for the help in advance.  

Okay so, we’ve been working on an automation for a client where we connect a certain promotion created from Business Manager to Manychat in order to gather leads, we’ve followed all of the process and it’s fairly easy but we we encountered an error that we cannot fix, following the documentation we get stuck here:  -In the “Select Partner App” Step we see this as the next step to take but we get the message “No partner apps connected” even though a user with admin permissions from the clients BM already made the integration to Facebook themselves, what can be happening? we already connected and disconnected the integration and updated the permissions but no result, can you help us?

Hey team, looking for some assistance with this one. I have an Instagram bot that has 550,000 contacts in it. All of a sudden the bot has stopped sending links - all flows without links are sending as normal, but any message blocks that contain links are not sending.Has anyone experienced this before? Is there any fix on the ManyChat side or is this more likely to be some sort of Instagram ban? 

Hi All, Im putting together an email campaign (still) and im interested in using a technique ive seen someone else use for theirs. Their email has two images next to each other. The benefit of doing this instead of having the two images just be one image “looking” like two is that when you reduce the size of the email window on mac/pc, or open the email on mobile, the two images move on top of each other ensuring they stay large enough for readability. Is there a way to do this?- images below for reference. When on desktop (or big window) When on mobile or small window:  

Hey! So I have been exporting PSIDs of my contacts to retarget them via FB Ads and today when I tried to open those files, they’re all blank with 0 PSIDs. So I tried again, I selected 300 contacts > clicked on bulk action > export PSIDs. Checked that csv file & again, it’s blank!This is MONTHS of data! I don’t know what’s going wrong?  

Can I optimize my Facebook advertising campaign for custom conversion events set up within ManyChat automation?For example, if a custom conversion event within ManyChat automation is triggered when someone submits an email address, I would want to optimize my ads for this specific event - this way I’d get lower cost per lead and lead that matter.This approach ensures that ads are shown to people who are more likely to convert, which is far more effective than a simple post engagement campaign optimized for comments, shares, or likes.A backup plan would be to optimize for clicks through Messenger (instead of a flow being triggered when someone comments on the post), but it’s still less effective than directly optimizing for the custom event itself.Is this doable? 

Hi there. I’m using the new option “ChatGTP” in Action Task, instead using the External Query ( using json ). But there isn’t a field to inform the Assistant ID, only the API Key. I just noticed manychat was working fine for 10 days from today morning, dm automation is not working, it's sending msg but my users and even me are not able to seee it, So i turned off buttons on many chat and automated only text msg it works . But i bought manychat to increase my sales, how it's going to increase my sales, when buttons Don work?I tried adding other insta acc and same issue with that alsoAny fix?

I am building an FAQs automation for WhatsApp, Messenger, and Instagram. Can I create one automation instead of building three separate ones for each channel? I just want to know if there is a way to recognize the channel. For example, if a user messages on WhatsApp, the automation triggers on WhatsApp, and if a user messages on Messenger, the automation triggers on Messenger. Hello, i try to disconnect the gmail sign in email to add another one and it’s not letting me. the connected button is non-clickable. What’s the workaround? Can I add a user with the new email and then delete my user?
