While I am trying to add Tiktok to Manychat it gives me error of : This TikTok account doesn’t support connection to Manychat.Well I have done connecting Tiktok with Manychat in the past but this time it is showing this error. I have been working on an automation with Manychat ffor a whileBut now I got a problem with syncing information from Google Sheets: When I use the “Get For by Value” function, it doesn’t save the imports I have to make.In the past, I was able to do it, but it has been at least week since it doesn’t work at all: I am exemplifying under here:I choose the spreadsheet, lookup, etc as usual. But once I click on “save”, when I come back, the information on which info manychat should get from the sheet, gets cleaned as if I haven’t selected anything before

As far as I understand, they would need to create a ManyChat account and add me as an administrator, but I'm not sure how they would do that. I set up an automation and my key word isn’t working. It isn’t responding to people and it’s rly frustrating. I tried refreshing permission and it says that my account doesn’t work. Pls advise 

Why my Manychat account is showing Whatsapp channel was turned off

Hi. This is happening for three days now. Using FB messenger for my automations. The buttons work when I'm clicking it from the business suite page, but on the customer's end everyone of them claim link is not appearing. I confirmed that my links doesn't work well. In fact it perfectly fine the previous months and I haven't changed configuration since. I checked all aspects, status, and it seems eveything should work as it suppose to. No problem in my settings and payment. Buttons which contains link cannot be accessed by customers. Nothing happens when they click the button.

Please reach out to one of the page administrators.” but I’m not sure what I need to select in the settings to allow her to respond in ManyChat. Any insight?

When I signed up for MenyChat, I received a WhatsApp number issued by them. The WhatsApp number is not linked to any account. How do I link it to my WhatsApp account? Also, where do I find my Subscriber ID ?

Hi! I’m missing a step with my first ManyChat automation in a Telegram channel (with a chat/discussion) that I run.I have connected ManyChat and Telegram. I’ve created the automation in ManyChat. I’ve created a specific ManyChat/Telegram bot using BotFather.Now … I’m not sure what to do next. The instructions end with creating the bot.Do I add the new bot as an admin to my Telegram channel? And … then what? I can’t seem to find the next steps, so I appreciate your help. Thanks very much.

Is anyone also having problems saving streams that start with click on instagram ads?Manychat doesn't allow to have that same stream can start with comment to a post OR click on an ad.I would really appreciate your answer!!!!

I’ve been having this issue on mobile and would like to suggest a simple change that would greatly help with lead filtering: adding the option to filter conversations by TAG on mobile. We have this feature on desktop, but it's missing on mobile. It would be crucial for better performance.
