Hi, Im trying to set up an email marketing campaign using sequences (i think thats where i should be doing it). I understand the “schedule” feature well- using this to schedule when emails are sent out. The problem is every time im adding a new “sequence message” ie- “sequence message 2”, it asks me to set a trigger for “WHEN” the message is sent. I dont know how to set this up because i thought that the “schedule” option already alows me to spcify when the email is being sent out.  Thanks for the help in advance.

Hi guys, my whatsapp number is not working at all. I cant receive any messages from anyone, I dont know what happened… Everything was working correctly and now all of a sudden I cant receive messages…  I’ve tried sending a message from my phone to the number and I only get one checkmark…  Ani ideas?

I am reaching out because I have an auto-reply message activated on my Instagram account, which automatically replies to users who message me. However, I am unable to find where to disable or modify this auto-reply feature. I’ve followed all of the troubleshooting steps suggested by ChatGPT, but unfortunately, none of them have worked. I’ve looked through the settings and options available, but the auto-reply seems to remain active. Could you please assist me in disabling this feature or guide me on how to resolve this issue?

A non follower commented a keyword to receive a message with two buttons. On my end the message shows sent but on their end they just received an empty message because they first had to accept receiving a message from my account since they do not follow me. So essentially the automated message doesn’t reach them after they accept my message request. Is there anyway to fix this?

Hi!I have started using manychat and I have built a Instagram template that would make appointments and when testing, everything worked until I have sent message to the test account to which manychat and its template was linked . That message would have triggered the template to work, however I didn't get the message I wanted, I got "This template works!", each time I have sent message.I really don't know why it has happened. I would appreciate if someone could help me with that problem

I am new to ManyChat and have built a few automations (Instagram Comments). I have inserted a Smart Delay after sending a message with the link to a free eBook, I’d like to have a short delay and then send them a follow up message that says thanks for joining our community … I have inserted a smart delay of 10 seconds … but the bot does’t delay sending the follow up mesage. Scratch this question … I figured it out

I frequently use Manychat on my mobile devices but i have not be able to use them because it says they need to be updated. The application just go into a loop and doesn’t allow me to update. Is anyone else having this issue?

Currently payment is handled manually by giving out different payment options (CashApp, PayPal, Venmo) but i want bot sends a Stripe payment link for the selected service. Once the user completes payment, Stripe automatically confirms the transaction. The bot notifies the team and moves the client forward to scheduling.How can i achieve this?

I have used manychat with instagram, setting a condition to send specific messages only to the followers, and it was highly successful to boost followers.I’m trying to do the same with Facebook Page, however FB page doesn’t have condition to check following status. Am I right or am I not finding it correctly?

A couple things went wrong when I attempted to set up Manychat. First, it assigned the chatbot to the wrong Facebook page. I ordered a second Manychat for the correct page, but I was charged a second time. The problem with the correct page is that it started me as a trial user, but I want to be pro. In order to convert to pro, I need a coupon code which I do not have. Since I am in communication with Meta, is there someone who can help restore my Ads manager. I am banned from ads because someone hacked my account. I would really like to be able to run ads on Meta. Thank you.

Hi everyone!I'm facing an issue when trying to create new WhatsApp API official templates on ManyChat in Portuguese (BR). I get a message saying that the language is being deleted and that I can't add new content until the deletion process is completed, which may take up to 4 weeks.Is anyone else experiencing this? Is there any alternative solution besides waiting or using another language temporarily?I appreciate any help!

Sin embargo, hoy encuentro que tengo varios comentarios en mi publicación, tienen su respectiva respuesta automática, pero no veo que Manychat haya enviado los DMs. Cuando intento revisar la app, me dice que tengo que tener la última versión para hacer uso de esa automatización, sin embargo, en la App Store aparece que tengo la app actualizada. We have the following flow: people receive a DM with a clickable link (open website), then they should receive a second message directing them to the newsletter to subscribe. However, they are not receiving the second message. I always receive it, but the others don’t. Those who click within 10 seconds see everything working correctly, but after 10 seconds, they fall into the 'condition tag isn’t condition_tag'

Hello, I have an issue with automation. I have a chatbot connected to AI, it analyzes each chat with client in chatbot and finds if anyone wants to book a Test drive of a car in the calendar. If yes, it is looking through for now Excel file and see if the spot is available, if yes send confirmation DM via Manychat.com that his test drive was booked on xx.xx.xx date xx:xx time. The issue is that in the code it cannot find which client asked for the test drive to send DM to correct user. Code cannot extract or see Subscriber_ID, search for chat history to analyze which client texted test drive by matching the phone number Code has with the client’s chat history. Could you please help how can I proceed this so that it works as I want ?

HI,I signed up for manychat two days ago for the free version. I only have 2 people sign up although about 20 contacts. Apologies if I read it wrong, but I thought the FREE version you could have up to 1,000 contacts before it upscaled to paid? My automations were working but not with the ones I set up a couple of days ago despite working on the test. I cannot opt them ON. Can someone please advise. Thank you in advance

Hello, The buttons for my automations on IG stopped working three weeks ago. I have several automations with buttons to download free resources for my community, they worked perfectly, but from one moment to the next the buttons, all of them, stopped working... People who comment on IG posts receive the initial message of the automation without any problem, but when they click on the link it throws an error that prevents the download. Anyone around here who can help me solve this problem? I thank you in advance for the help. Carol Soto. Chile.
