I keep seeing this little bot and a duplication of the message I just sent via manychat. When I check Messenger there is no duplication. what is it and how do I get rid of it?  

Hi guys,I am a beginner in Manychat and I have a question.Let’s say I want people to get my checklist when they comment CHECKLIST.I want people comment “CHECKLIST” ONLY. I dont want people to get my checklist when they use “checklist” in a sentence. For example, they write a comment “I like checklist” - I don’t want these people to get it. Is this possible? Any way to set up something like this?

My contact list still going up, and mu company want to know how it works after 40000 contacts? Am i get a plus services or something else? and is there any discount services if my company spend that much for manychat?

Hi all, I’m trying to import a csv contact list on my Manychat account but when I click on “import” button in contacts section i got this error message: “Permission denied. Please contact support to enable this feature”anyone can help me?  Thanks in advance. 

Hello community,  i’m having trouble running multiple automations at the same time and need some help on how to do it or structure it. We have a chatbot on manychats which feeds our crm, so we have multiple triggers such as detect city of interest and detect product of interest e.g. if user sends a whatsapp message that contains “X”, a flow of product “X” starts and it stores “X” in a custom field called product of interest. At the same time, if message contains “City Y” in the message, it stores “City Y” in a custom field called “City of interest”. But seems that if message says I’m interested in X in City Y, it runs only 1 automation (not sure how it chooses which to prioritize) Help would be much appreciated. Thank you 

Why is this a new thing? This is anti-marketing 101. Less clicks = better results. Just get the link to their inbox, don’t make it a puzzle.Unless I’m missing something and this is a result of some legal issue with just sending something to someone’s inbox. But then ManyChat should specify that.  

Feature Request:Please build into Manychat some default behavior for handling Critical SMS Errors.Expected Behaviors: When Manychat receives a response from the Twilio API that contains an error message (Example: Error 30003); notify the Admin of the Manychat account. Admin should be able to indicate how Manychat should handle those errors. Options should include: Ignore Error 30003  Update Contacts  Start Flow  Admin should no longer be notified about Error 30003, but will get notifications about other errors. Background & Issue: For the last 24 months, I’ve been sending SMS messages on a monthly basis. I’ve recently notice that each month, my percentage of the SMS messages that are UNDELIVERED is going up. I am being triple charged for these messages; for each failed SMS I’m paying Manychat, Twilio, and the phone carrier.

Hi team! I’m having a serious issue with conversation tracking. In the flows where I have AI, once the flow is marked as closed, if the client writes anything right after, the conversation completely reopens. Is it possible to automatically pause the conversation for 1 day after it’s finished with the AI? That way, if the client writes something, no flow is triggered.

Good day to everyone!In the “Contacts” I have my Widgets and I’m not really sure why they are there, I haven’t set any. I would like to delete them but can’t figure out how to do that. The link there is not available anymore and I have concerns that my clients might get confused.So is there any possibility to delete the Widgets? I appreciate any help!

Hi All. So I have about 350+ contacts through Whatsapp. In there, are the following custom fields. Full Name, Phone (some left this blank- but its whatsapp so its there), email, image upload and State. How can I export all of this information to a google sheet and include the phone number of the contact? I have tried the tag & sequence method but the phone number isn’t coming over.

Setup an A.I automation step yesterday. Worked well all night , this morning I woke up and its been broken for 2 hours now. Same automation step works when connecting to a different IG account. Any ideas?

Hi, I have created an internal chatbot using CustomGPT and WhatsApp. My problem is that when there is a line break in the “last text input” (the last message on WhatsApp), ManyChat cannot send the request via the API. I don’t know why. It seems that line breaks are not supported, and there is no way to bypass this issue. There is also no way to modify a custom user field to remove the line breaks ?    

My instagram automated response only answers some of the messages and only does it every now and then, i check the triggers and its fine, refreshed the permissions and nothing seems to work. It was working fine until the start of the month. Can someone tell what can i do?

On my end, I can see that the automation works and the DM is sent, however, people are saying they don’t see it on their end. Is this a glitch or did anyone find a fix?  It seems totally random and inconsistent, but has been happening a lot lately!

On the “prices”-site of many chat I see the Pro-Version for 15$. When I log into my free-account and want to upgrade it, the system shows me 25$ per month. Why is that answer why can´t I get the 15$-account? Thanks for helping!

Hey everyone,Over the past few weeks, I’ve been building a waitlist for my ebook launch. Now I have several hundred contacts tagged as “waitlist,” and I want to send them a DM on Instagram with the purchase link. This seems like it should be a straightforward process, but I haven’t been able to get it to work.Here’s what I’ve tried: I set up a sequence to automatically send a DM to contacts subscribed to it. Then, I subscribed the tagged contacts to the sequence, but nothing happened. Only 2 random contacts received the DM, and I have no idea why.Is this the right approach? Or is there a simpler way to do this that I might be missing?Thanks so much for your help!
