I am trying to clarify the user input using chatgpt but I can not find any field to store the gpt response. Does anyone know why this is? seems like a bug.   

I’m confused about “contacts” who seem to be people that I’ve chatted to in the last few weeks (even though I’ve only had a Manychat account for a week.)If people are “subscribed” can I send them a message outside of the 24 hours? If so how? (I seem to be able to send them a message on “live chat” but I don’t see how that’s better than sending them a message on IG.) Is there a “7 day cut off”? (I’ve tried to message some people and it says “the last interaction with this person was more than 7 days ago”.) In which case, what’s the point of them being a contact if I can’t contact them.Thank you!

Hi, Im building an email campaign and am having trouble using one sequence as a template to make another sequence. Sometimes when I edit one, the original also automatically edits and sometimes I don't have the option to change the “duplicates” name. What is the best why to use one sequence as a template to create another?

I have manychat app on my phone linked already to my Instagram page, I want to upgrade to pro I was told I could only do that from my laptop, Now in linking to my Instagram page is difficult, can't find here the request to link is sent.

I am trying to get a single user’s information to be collected in a single row. I’ve tried both Insert Row and Update Row, and all of my Fields are named appropriately (I believe). Can anyone show me a simple walkthrough? I’m new to using ManyChat, and I likely need to have my hand held through this. Additionally, any idea why the “Worker Experience” column will never show any input data? Perhaps this is a symptom of the same issue affecting this creation of a new row for each user input; but again, I am not sure. Thank you in advance! Isaac

Is it possible to set up ManyChat to send a DM based on someone's vote in an Instagram story poll, rather than using a keyword comment? I'd like to have specific replies tailored to each poll choice, so if there are three options, I’d like to set up three different responses depending on the selected option. Has anyone tried this or have any tips?

Howdy friends, I’ve encountered a roadblock I’m getting pretty stuck on, and would love your help. My goal is to create a chat where job seekers and employers can create profiles, and then see profiles of the other. (e.g a worker sets up a profile, and then can view profiles that have been set up by employers). So far I am able to populate a spreadsheet with user data, and can call some of that data when requested. However I haven’t been able to create a message with multiple users. To better explain it with an example, below I have some screenshots. What I want to do in this example is send an employer a message that shows all the workers which have submitted a profile. (In my first screenshot) you can see my message setup, (in the second screenshot) you can see the example data I’m trying to extract in from the spreadsheet, and (in the third screenshot) you can see what the message result looks like. Once they submit the form, I want to send them the guide via email and initiate a WhatsApp message sequence in ManyChat.I'm using Zapier to connect Wix Forms → Formatter (to split name) → ManyChat (Create Subscriber). However, I'm getting the following error in Zapier:"Failed to create a subscriber in ManyChat. Error from halted execution: Permission denied to import phone, email. Please contact support to enable this feature."I have already submitted a ticket to support, but has anyone encountered this issue before? Hi everyone,I'm facing an issue with list buttons not displaying custom user field values correctly. Here’s the problem:I successfully assign a value to a custom user field using the API. When I print the field inside a text message, it displays correctly.However, in list buttons, it only shows the field ID (e.g., {{cuf_12345678}} instead of the actual value) in WhatsApp.Has anyone encountered this issue before? Is there a workaround to make list buttons properly recognize the user field values?Thanks in advance!  

Please give me some Facebook fanpages that have chatbot powered by Manychat AI, ideally in Education sector with the aim to collect leads interested in taking a course and the language used in chat is either Vietnamese or English. I’ve read the introduction of Manychat AI and would like to know how it unfolds in real life example. I will act as a customer of such fan pages and have a chat with it.If you know or do create such fan pages using Manychat AI, I would love to hear your experience on using Manychat AI. For example, is it better to use a whole AI chatbot of another provider (that is powered by either ChatGPT or Gemini or else and get trained on product knowledge to chat like as close to a human as possible) or to utilize Manychat AI to build scripted flow?
