In ManyChat, is there a way to present users with a list of several options to choose from (similar to how Chatfuel does here: https://docs.chatfuel.com/en/articles/7916889-whatsapp-list-message)? The normal WhatsApp button questions are limited to 3 (and our use case requires us to present the user with 6 to 8 options to choose from). 

Hello,I am trying to make a Quiz on Facebook-Messsenger via AD.Last year I was using Json.This year it does not work anymore.The AD-Trigger works, but somehow the chat flow does not work anymore.Also I cannot test the AD in the Mobile feed.Can someone help? Or has a idea what I can do?

I have collected over 16,000 emails and names in DM - through IG comment reply. When I export the list, the csv is empty. I have tried everything. I require urgent help, this is really stopping my business from progressing. 16,000 contacts! PLEASE SOMEBODY HELP.

Hello! As of now, when people reply i don't see their messages in telegram but just in the manychat dahsboard.How can i see the chats within my telegram? 

I’m trying to integrate Manychat to Make but nothing works. I got the API Key in MC, connected it in Make and it shows everything ok in it. But when i look in MC, nothing happens. There’s no Make option in trigger, actions, anywhere. I tried to refresh API key, tried everything but nothing works.   I was facing this problem in my account that i paid for PRO, so i created a new account and had the same problem.Need help urgent in it.  

Good day, I ran an automation on my newest Instagram post. The comments showed a comment count of 11 however, when I click, I can only see five I thave subsequently removed the post because I don’t want it to look faulty please help ASAP

Estou a dias tentando e apesar de conectar credenciais e webhook corretamente e o evento ser enviado para o Manychat, ele não dispara as mensagens de forma alguma.  Caso tenha que fazer com o Make ou Zapier, como vocês fazem? visto que para disparar o contato precisa estar na base do Many, então eu teria que colocar algo para primeiro capturar e colocar esse contato em uma tag para depois disparar. I have added a subscription list request from the the Messenger list to one of my flows. All of a sudden, the ‘Get updates’is not showing when sending messages. I have tried creating new subscription requests and I have checked that I am sending these to new people who have never been sent one before but the ‘Get Updates’ button is still not showing

I can see it is in my contacts section under widgets but I’m trying to rewrite my sequence and need to know how to access the original link and flow. Can anyone help?

Hi Community!We need to collect information from players; their game number consists of 9 digits. The task is: how to phrase the requirement so that the bot asks for exactly 9 digits? If the user enters fewer or more than 9 digits, the bot should prompt them to enter a 9-digit game account number. 

Can you schedule a Manychat automation for a future post that you have scheduled?  For example I use Loomly to schedule future posts and I want to have Manychat recognize the post in the future and start the automation.  How do I do that?  Or can I?

How do I set it up where any message that comes in to whatsapp will trigger the automation? I have tried where if the it doe not contain a certain word it would trigger it but that is not saving for some reason. Thanks,

However, I’m noticing that even though I’ve included the “First Name” feature provided by ManyChat, when the DM goes to people, for most of them it just says “Hi,” instead of “Hi [First Name]”Why is this happening and how can I resolve it?

Hi, I have a billing question. I was billed 10000 contacts but I deleted some of the contacts so it is around 6000 contacts. Does anyone know why this happens?Can I delete the contacts and stay under few contacts and get billed less? ( I don’t contact the customers 1:1 and only use dm automation. So I don’t need contacts)If I can't, the price will skyrocket as my business goes on. Thank you for reading this, and appreciate your responses!

Hi everyone, I’m posting here to see if anyone else has experienced issues with ManyChat’s Instagram integration and their support team. For over 20 days now, new Instagram conversations haven’t been appearing in ManyChat for me. I’ve tried all the troubleshooting steps they recommended—refreshing permissions multiple times, resetting Handover Protocol settings—but nothing has worked. I’ve reached out to ManyChat support several times, but their responses have been slow and unhelpful. At one point, they even marked my ticket as “Solved” without resolving the issue. I set up an automation to activate “the message IS” and not “the message contains” but one client sent me a message including the keyword and the automation started. Is that normal? I don’t think so..

Hello, we have completed a Manychat automation and can call it in WhatsApp. However, the automation does not start at the trigger but jumps “further back” into the conversation. There is only this one (URL) trigger in the entire automation. My gut feeling is that it might have something to do with the settings, but I'm not sure. How can I proceed? Is API integration necessary? Does the company have to be verified on Meta? What requirements must be met? Tom

Hi everyone, I hope somebody can help me with the issue that I have on making a Facebook Lead form Ads- Manychat- Zapier integration. I encountered an error while I was trying to hook up Facebook Lead Form input from a lead form submission towards Manychat so I can send 30 day nurturing sequence (Bible Verses) via Whatsapp SMS. So On the FB Ads Lead form, we were collecting the following information: First Name, email address and phone number and we currently have a Messaging sequence set-up in Manychat that is being used organically where they message a keyword. however I am getting this error (Screenshot 2 & 3).
