Hi all,I have a question that hopefully can be answered by someone!I want to save my first outbound message to something like a custom field, so I can use it in my automations. But currently I can't seem to find a way to do this. I can only save the responses from a user as a custom field but not my first outbound message. If you have any solutions, possible solutions or ideas I would love to know!Kind regards,Lars

Manychat DM and Comment automations were working fine since the last 2 months, but suddenly they have stopped?? Please help. Have tried troubleshooting as told by the manychat chatbot, but no success. Do we have any solution for this please.

Bonjour,Depuis hier soir, plus aucune automatisation ne fonctionne… pendant 24h il y avait bien une réponse par commentaire si le clietn écrivait le mot clé, puis cela n’envoyait pas de lien par message. Aujourd’hui plus rien ne marche, alors que toutes les automations sont bien en vert, active. Rien du tout, si je reponds le mot clé, rien ne se passe… cela fait 5h que je suis dessus, personne d’instagram ou de manychat ne peut me répondre  

I have created a professional Instagram account and need to change the current connected one, can I delete and add or is there another way?

On the older version of Manychat there was no need for a trigger event to start the Welcome Message.After pressing ‘Get Started’ you could select the Welcome Message as the ‘Start’ of the automation. With the new version of  Manychat you seem to have to first ‘trigger’ an event. How do I set the welcome automation without a trigger event, and if I have to use a trigger, which trigger should it be to start the Welcome Message after the ‘Get Started’ button is pressed which is performed as part of the ‘Greeting Text’?

Hi all I made a bot, so when you press start, it shows you a list of other telegram groups to join. Ive linked the telegram groups via the http link. The issue is when clicking the groups, it seems to go to manychat; it loads up manychat, then it sends you to the telegram group. Why is it not just loading up the telegram group to join?Any help would be much appreciated. Thank you.

Manychat AI did not save phone number sometimes so I can not create a deal for my company. It should happen 5-6 times in day. You have to fix that.

Is there an option for a "call button"?  I am wanting to drive leads to a call center.  It would be nice if there was a button where they could just click on it and automatically have them call.  Or do I just have to put our phone number in the text? I did a quick search on google and couldn’t find any answers to this.  I am very new to many chat so I figured I would ask here before I go down the rabbit hole of searching.

Hey Im trying to build a system where one software sends the initial DM, then ManyChat carrie’s out the conversation and books an appt via instagram DMs. I have a few questions surrounding this…Is it possible? For another software to send the initial DM then manychat carrie’s out the conversation to set the appointment?Also, i noticed that the pricing changes by the number of contacts. My question is what is considered a contact? Can manychat have a bunch of conversations and set appointments without them being considered as contacts? And does manychat make you opt in to something to make you into a contact before it can conversate with the person?Curious because if manychat considers each conversation as a contact then the pricing will scale very quickly and may not be a viable option. Appreciate any feedback 

I have an automation setup to collect email addresses from a comment reply in order to gain access to a link to my free guide. How do I get these email addresses into stan.store so I can put them into an automated email flow?

I’ve developed an integration to OpenAI using both the Assistant and the completions modes. initially tried assistant mode but it is taking far too long since it needs to first set up new/update assistant if the context has changed , set up a new/check for existing thread, send message and run, then check for response. each of the api calls that require response needed to be put on a timer loop to check for completion. minimum smart delay with manychat is 10 sec which means i’m losing far too much time in all these processes. conclusion: using the assistant mode is resulting in the response taking about 12-13 sec to come through.alternatively, if i use completions, i get a response in about 4 sec but the downside is the entire prompt has to be sent each time which results in high token usage.is there something i’m missing here about how these integrations could work?is there a method  to remove or replace certain chara

Hey guys --- I’ve spent hours trying to figure this out --- researching here and I cant seem to get this automation to work.Desired Automation:I would like our fans to comment “Loko” on our post and receive a DM from the band.DM contains a pre-save link Once clicked - the fan would receive an DM with a photo of the group in the studio -- followed by a Voice note thanking them . Current Outcome:Fan sends comment -- DM is sent to them with the pre-save link.Thats it. Automation stops there.What I gather is they have to send ME a DM reply before they become subscribed as a contact --- and even then I have to manually subscribe them to an automation sequence? I’m pretty good at figuring stuff out -- I tried adding a tag upon clicking the button that triggered a sequence.. nothing.Any help would be great!
