Hello everyone!Its my first month on Manychat, I created a conversation flow for Instagram, where a Post or Reel comment leads to a DM automation. The conversation starts in the DM, but the flow stops in the middle and my audience does not receive a link. The automated response in the comments works thoough (Like: hey, got your message, I’ll send you a DM with the link).I have done ALL THE STEPS explained in by manychat support PLUS info tutorials shared here.refresh permission ✅business integration shows: manychat ✅manychat is shows under white listed search bar etc etc and all the other things you recommend ✅so my question to you guys is… should I create a NEW facebook account and facebook page, to connect to my instagram? because it seems something is off with the old facebook account (that i’ve had since 2007 and support has stopped replying because they probably don’t have a clue how to help me.I really want my manychat automatio

Hello everyone, my business's ManyChat is currently facing a significant issue: customers can't see the "Get Updates" button, or even if they can click it, they can't proceed to the next flow. I've tried reaching out to the support team, but I haven't been able to contact anyone. Is anyone else experiencing this issue?

Is there a real way to reach the manychat teams. I feel like I’m just vicious circle and not reaching anywhere. also tried link https://help.manychat.com/ but can’t find a direct support team. I want delete my account as I don’t have my facebook account anymore so I can’t log in to my many chats and my instagram is sending the automation messeges. 

Hi, we have a chatbot that is supposed to start a DM based on a word trigger in Instagram DMs, but it’s not working. When we use the comment-to-DM feature, it works partially, but only for the first two sentences.When I checked the Facebook Business settings, I noticed that the primary receiver protocol for ManyChat isn’t listed there. I’ve already refreshed the connection multiple times, but it’s still not functioning properly.It’s odd that the comment-to-DM feature works partially, but the word-to-DM trigger doesn’t work at all—it doesn’t load. Do you have any idea what could be causing this?

I want to upgrade my Manychat so I can use the auto-assign conversations, use whatsapp on the app, and get all the sales persons invited. I wanna know if that would cost $15 or more since it’s not clear on the pricing page.

Is there a way to add more than 3 buttons in a message? i need to present a lot of categories for the user to choose from and the quick reply isn’t working well for all users and they can also write whatever they want which can mess up with the flow. i need to find a way to restrict their selection to my options only.

Hello! I’m struggling to get Manychat to work when I have other tools managing Instagram DMs as well. Most help center articles talk about primary/secondary handover protocols, etc... but Meta has changed a lot since most were written.  Did you need to adjust anything under Advanced Messaging or Instagram conversation routing to get two to work at the same time, or if that impossible by design?

I will be running a giveaway on Instagram in honor of Small Business Saturday. The way people enter is to tag someone in the comments and they can tag as many people as they want in separate comments. I would love to set up an automation where they will receive a link to subscribe to my email list after they’ve commented, but I’m worried is someone comments more than once they will receive duplicate links for my email list. How can I avoid that?

There is one Facebook and Instagram Page we can see on the list but can't connect somehow? Don’t even know whats the issue. 5 other accounts were able to connect. I have admin permission. Did anyone have the same problem?

Hello! I’m new using manychat and for now I only have the free plan (will get the paid plan soon) and so far I had to publish my posts and just then add the automations, which is not very easy for me since I work overseas for a company in Italy (10 hour time difference). I was wondering, with the paid plan, can I set my automations up even on a programmed post? I mainly post on instagram, facebook and tiktok. I didn’t see anything here about tiktok, but for instagram and facebook is that possible? And if so, is possible just if I program the posts through Meta Business Suite or is it possibile even if I use another app to program my posts? Any answers are welcome since I’m kind of lost here. Thank you so much!! 

Hi - I have been trying to cancel my Manychat subscription since May.  I’ve logged support tickets and still I keep getting charged every month.  Please cancel my account immediately.  

I’ve created a sequence so I make a bulk action of taking the Email System Field and applying the same info into a Custom Field (I want to be able to search emails via a Zap), but for some reason it won’t apply to action - does anyone have insights as to why that might be the case?

I’m currently trying to find a way where:After a user sends their response to my question with the instagram free keyword input after I ask a question on IG, obviously it getts stored and I save it as a custom value.BUT many times a user will reply with an additional 1-5 extra back to back messages as well.I want to be able to store all the separate messages as their own custom values inside manychat, so I’m able to properly let the system know the full context of their answer and check for keywords from each one.Although, I haven’t been able to find a way to get ManyChat to properly store multiple messages as seperate values when they’re getting sent back to back like it would be in real conversation practice. I’m wondering if there’s any way I can automate something that takes a lot of time.  IG plaftormI’m sending a free resource to my audience,  after they comment with a certain keyword they get the resource sent automatically via DM’s. What I’m looking to do is, if they don’t reply within a certain timeline, I want a message to be sent to them automatically so I won’t have to manually do that for +200 people/day. 

I'm new to ManyChat and have some questions about the auto-comment feature. Specifically: Are there any limitations on the number of auto-comments I can use per day or per account, either imposed by ManyChat or Facebook? I'm only interested in posting comments, not collecting contacts. How can I set a delay (e.g., a few seconds) between each comment to avoid getting flagged or banned by Facebook? Can I use ManyChat's auto-comment feature on posts within Facebook groups that I'm a member of?
