Say Hi to new followers feature:I updated permissions as asked by manychat, follow the prompts , log into my insta, the receive then popup- invalid request : invalid redirect URI-- How can I fix this? 

Hello!I had a automation with new followers and it worked perfectly fine until two weeks ago.I tried to update the automation and connecting again with my Instagram account but it didn't work.I don't know what's the problem or how can I solve this...

I paid for the pro plan but it seems the manychat bot or whatever that is didn't recognize it so it stopped my automation completely. When I login I get the free account pop up but when check my profile it's showing a pro sign.I received the invoice meaning the payment went through. I'm so frustrated it affected my business,I tried to get support and all I get are bots no human and the bot said the issue needs a human.what should I do? This is bad why does Manychat say contact support when there's literally no human support?

I just went live with this new feature, and I feel something isn’t right.  As you can see, there are 376 executions but only 20 sends.   Can someone explain this to me?

How do I set up a comment automation so that users only receive an automated message once, rather than every time they comment on a video?Ideally, I want to capture new followers or non-followers who comment and haven’t heard from us before.Right now, sending a DM every time someone comments starts to feel spammy — so looking for a smarter way to handle this.

I’m running into a common issue with ManyChat automations and wanted to see how others are solving it.When users are asked to describe their request, they often split their message into multiple texts (e.g., “I have a question” → “Who should I reach out to”).The problem is that the flow triggers immediately after the first message, so it processes incomplete context and routes incorrectly.What’s the best way to handle this?Are you using delays or multiple input steps to “buffer” messages? Okay so I am trying to link my instagram and I login and then it asks me to verify through phone number or email. the email will not send (coming up with an error code saying to ‘try again later’ even though later never works) and when I chose to verify through phone number it does not ever text me. I am at my wits end and need some guidance! 

Hello ManyChat Community,I have been attempting to integrate my TikTok Business account (username: ragnar_spirit) with ManyChat for several months now, but every time I click Connect and grant permissions, I receive a generic error message stating, “Something went wrong.” Despite multiple retries, the process fails at the permission‐granting step. My TikTok account is verified as a Business account and is registered in the USA. The problem has accured months ago, but I’m writing now, cause I need it support, I would be grateful.Details of the Issue: Account Type: TikTok Business (not Creator or Personal). Geography: USA‐based account (all settings reflect United States region). Error Message: After logging into TikTok and approving all requested permissions, the integration page immediately displays “Something went wrong.

I just wanted to appreciate the AI support assistant that’s been active on the ‘Get Help’ section of the dashboard. I remember in the early days it was just the MC FB community a few other comunites by kelly, mackenzie, natasha or the direct support team where we used to find answers, or there were articles…video tutorials and all but transitioning from that to this current support assistant is terriffic!!! Moreover it now sends sample images as well!! Kudos and a big thanks to the whole team behind it!! Should’nt say this but I even tried to ask the assistant if it was hosted on an external llm or Manychat’s native (replied that) but whatever it is!! amazing and vvery helpful!PS: I am not sure where to put this so I’m putting in the general Q and A! please dont take away my partner badge!

How can I set up the automation for “Say hi to new followers” in Manychat for this scenario? When a new follower followed me - I want to send them an instant message but WITHOUT any CTA.Right now, this feature requires a CTA to set this LIVE. But I don’t want that. I’ve seen someone has managed to do it but I can’t seem to properly set it up. Can someone help? Thanks!

Hi everyone, I just got Manychat today and connected it to our Instagram business account successfully. I then created a “Welcome Followers” automation and turned it LIVE, but it won’t trigger/send messages. I’ve read multiple How-tos and gone around in circles with the AI chatbot. It seems like none of the suggested options to fix it appear to us. Here is what I have tried so far:Refreshing the connection multiple times. Made sure that “Allow Access To Messages” is turned ON in the Instagram app. I’ve tried selecting Manychat in the Select a Default Routing App through the Facebook Business Page Settings, but it won’t appear in the drop down menu. I’ve tried adding it to Conversation Routing in Business Suite - Manychat is listed under Integrations - Connected Apps, but it does NOT show up under Integrations - Conversation Routing, I also have no option of adding it - The page is blank with no buttons or menus. Made sure that Manychat

I am using the pre-build variable and it is not working whatsoever. I’ve already tried to replace it with manual {{}} and still not working. No name after “Hey...” 

Since this feature is not working anymore, I lost tons of sales for my business and we estimated a 10k$ loss. Did Meta abandoned this feature or what? This problem has been around since 23 days now.At least offer a temporary workaround. I think I am not the only one concerned about this.At first I thought it would last a few days. 

-----KINDLY HELP ITS FRUSTRATING ------ I’m building a chatbot for a cleaning business, and I’m facing an issue with Instagram testing.Here’s what’s happening:I created a complete flow for the business with a main menu and service buttons. When I preview it in ManyChat, everything looks fine. But when I test it on Instagram, the buttons get mixed up. For example, if a user clicks a button for one service, Instagram shows the buttons for other services as well.To fix this, I tried creating separate flows for each service:1 main menu flow 3 service flows (sofa cleaning, marble polish, deep clean) I connected these flows using Start Automation from the buttons in the main menu.Despite this setup, the Instagram test is still showing mixed buttons.Has anyone faced a similar issue? Could this be an Instagram routing problem, or am I missing something in ManyCh
