We are currently on the Marketing Automation plan, which includes 20,000 contacts, and we have used 15,435 contacts so far. Hey everyone, I could really use some help! 🙏I’ve been experiencing an issue with my ManyChat account where my Instagram messages aren’t syncing, and it's been over a week now. I’ve tried using the "Reset Permission" option and reconnected my account, but it didn’t solve the problem. 😞I reached out to ManyChat support 3 days ago, but I still haven’t received a reply. Does anyone know how to solve the issue where the automation specifically does not work for stories? It works for comments and DMs but not stories.  

We use multiple triggers on our Instagram campaigns, but recently noticed that the “Story Reply” triggers are not working for ANY of our campaign flows. The “Post Comment” triggers are working, but at only about  90% - so leads are still slipping through the cracks and having to be contacted manually.SN: we’ve also noticed that our inbox in Manychat is not reflecting the active messages in the Instagram or Facebook apps. Maybe a privacy issue or compatibility issue?We have walked through all the steps to provided by support articles and the support chat, but nothing is resolving the issue.PLEASE HELP

I am developing an integration between ManyChat and an API (which integrates with OpenAI's API, trained on my Google Sheets database) to create an interactive chat experience that personalizes a virtual assistant based on user inputs. The process involves capturing a prompt provided by the user, storing it in a Custom User Field in ManyChat, and using this variable in an HTTP request to the API.However, I'm experiencing an issue where ManyChat is not updating user fields from responses to external HTTP requests.When I check the log, it shows that the response is null.Steps I've taken:Verified the server and response format. Tested with simplified static responses. I created a new FB Business Page and now my Manychat Automations are not working!I have tried troubleshooting everything and no luck, Please help!

Hello Everyone!Has anybody also encountered the same problem when you're ManyChat Automation Sequence does not work on your FB Page when you tested it?What’s the reason behind and how did you fix it?

The website is unclear about the specifications of  “Contacts” which has us hesitant in subscribing.We see the “Pricing List” but the website is unclear on what counts as a “contact” Is it the amount of messages? Is it the amount of users?If it is the amount of users, why does manychat count them as an active contact if they have not used any of our automations?Is the “Maximum of Number of Contacts” per month or does it rollover for the next month?Exp: Is month 1 = “1500 contacts” then Month 2 = “500 contacts” OR will they rollover. Month 1 = “1500” then Month 2 = “500 contacts” totaling “2,000 contacts” for month 2?If it rolls over, then why would it make sense to purchase the subscription?If a person is added as a contact but never contacts again? Why should we pay that contact if it is not active for a month?How will this affect me if I have 5 instagram accounts logged into my manychat

I have cancelled my Manychat account. Now trying to connect my WhatsApp business number to a WhatsApp business account on my phone is not possible. When I trys to connect to WhatsApp business, I get the message  “WhatsApp is temporarily unavailable. Please try again in 1 hour.” This has been like this for a month. Meta is not helpful as I can not get to speak to anybody there. Can someone please help? 

I would like to authorize my live agents to perform bulk actions like reopening or closing conversations, but without turning them into editors, as I do not want them to have access to automations. How can I do that? 

There is a new feature in Manychat where you can connect Manychat Instagram account to Meta Conversions API. But I don’t see how to use it in Meta Ads Manager. Any guess?Should it be used with Meta Pixel in “Sales” ads? Then how to choose respective button in an automation as an conversion event?  

Hello everyone,I want to integrate Whatsapp communication into ManyChat. I have already validated message templates to send messages first. However, when I use a link trigger, the message is not sent when the person clicks on the link. He has to send a message first to launch the automation. This is very strange, because if I send the same flow using the Automation function in Live Chat, the message is sent without any problem.Here's what I've already checked:Template message validate Business verification : verified Account status : approved  Credit Line : shared Wallet balance : ok Do you know why it doesn't work?

HI, I am trying to do the following:Add a "User Input" step: Input Type: Quick Reply Options: "Let's do this! 👍", "Maybe later 🕑" Add a "Condition" step: Condition: User_Input is "Maybe later 🕑" If True: Action: Go to Flow > Main Menu Flow If False: Continue to next step How do i set it up so when the condition matches to the button title? Do i make the input a variable?

Hi,Good day to all, I would like the help of the community and experts, I’m new to the structure of manychat,I have created my 1st automation and it’s working, but I did a major update with the flow and published it. The FB messenger isn’t using the update flow. I tried disconnecting the page and reconnecting from manychat and still, it is using the old flow. How can I resolve this issue? I’m interested in pursuing the plan because of the reviews but having this bottleneck is leading me to think otherwise. I hope someone can help me resolve the issue or point out what I’m doing wrong. I’m at a loss for what to even do but if anyone has any way to fix this I would so appreciate it . Meta is no help at all and juts going in circles. I had a fb account connected to many chat and it was going great. My fb account got hacked and got disabled. So I created a new fb account and a new business page on Facebook. My old many achy account o can’t get into since it’s connected to my old Fb and many chat has been no help with getting me to access that. I created a new many chat as well it will not let me connect my Instagram to my new fb business page. I have tried everything possible and this is the error I get eveytime! If anyone has any insight of thye have struggled with this I would love any help!

Hello, i have a question about “comment on post”  pls.I make a publication on facebook, it's a quizz with 9 questions.When people write in comment a number between 1 to 9, it's open the messenger with the question.Triggers are ok, and it work.But it work only when people make 1 uniq comment.If someone want to play again, then write a new number in a new comment, it doesn't work.Do u know the reason pls ?Thanks for reply

Is there any way to change the font in Many Chat?

I recently funded a trial account with $70 without realizing that it was the wrong Profile - since most bear the same name for the same brand. I’ve cancelled the trial. How do I transfer the funds in the Manychat trial profile to my second Manychat profile which is a pro profile? The subscription to this pro profile will be renewing on the 17th of this month. 

My number that I generated on Manychat is not being approved on Facebook Business. I think it's related to the country of address of my business, which I fill in with the country from which the number was generated US +1 (United States). However, I'm from Brazil. Can you help me, please? 😥
