Hi everyone, I’m looking for help with a persistent issue connecting ManyChat to the Meta Conversions API (CAPI). The integration is currently failing to send events to Facebook Ads.Situation & Context: Account Age: Both the Meta Business Portfolio and the ManyChat account are only 2 days old. Timeline: The CAPI integration was initially successful and fully functional. However, after deleting the integration and attempting to reconnect it 10 minutes later, the process began failing consistently. My follow to DM automation has been working flawlessly for months, and then yesterday morning it randomly stopped working. It's just not firing when I get new followers. All of my other automations are working fine. The follow to DM automation is definitely set to live and turned on. Please help. 

Hi everyone,I am writing this to get urgent help from the ManyChat team. I upgraded to the Pro Plan today (March 19, 2026) and successfully paid $39.00.I even received the official ManyChat invoice via email (Invoice ID: 4564320-2). However, my account status is still stuck on "Free" and shows as "Expired" in the billing settings.I have already: Cleared my browser cache and cookies. Logged out and logged back in. Created a support ticket (#469849). My business automations are currently down, and I am losing leads. Has anyone else experienced this synchronization issue?Support Team: Please manually sync my account. I have the invoice ready to provide as proof.  

Auto DM from comments is not working on promoted posts (reels, pic, etc) If the person goes to the post itself and comment, it does work, but if they comment directly from the ad the auto dm wont work. Anyone else with this problem and how to solve it? I am paying Manychat just for this and I am considering to cancel it because of this problem.

I’m trying to connect multiple Instagram accounts to my ManyChat workspace via Meta, but I’m stuck in a login loop.Every time I click “Connect via Meta”, it redirects me to “Login with Instagram”, and then shows an error saying I need to use a Facebook account. However, I’m already logged into Facebook and have full admin access to all Instagram accounts in Business Manager.I’ve already:Connected my Facebook account Verified all Instagram accounts are in Business Manager Tried incognito mode and different browsers Removed ManyChat from Facebook integrations and reconnectedBut it still doesn’t show the list of pages/Instagram accounts.

Hi I added a new Keyword for when people are commenting a Reel/Post, i also added the keyword if they message it to me. Messaging is working but not when they comment. I need help. Is this a bug? can someone please help me?

I am writing to express my concern regarding the inconsistent billing between my two accounts.On my first account, I pay $15 and have full WhatsApp integration. However, on my second account, I am being charged $39, to have whats app intergration. When I try to select a $17 subscription for the second account, it does not allow me to include WhatsApp. This  is significantly over my budget; why am I unable to access the $17 tier with WhatsApp on this second account yet on another account of $15 i am having access to whatsapp?

I have tried to connect whatsapp so many times no.My whatsapp business number y register on Meta but it says it doesnt exist when I go to manychats.I followed the instruccionts on the guides but I end up on the same result​​

NOW I want another automation to begin, that collects the First Name and E-Mail Adress. However, the Follow DM option only lets me send a message (+link).Question: When I have another automation going with the Trigger Phrase “Yes, sounds good!” - will it be activated? Or must the Trigger Phrase/Word be the FIRST message someone sends me via DM?So basically:DM Flow: Someone follows → DM → User sends “Yes, sounds good!”Leadgen Flow: Trigger “Yes sounds good!” → Collect Data (E-Mail, First Name) → Send freebie via E-MailThank you so much for your help!

Hi,in my automations I have a button with “I agree 👍” being sent to the DM of the user, however, it happens quite a lot of times that I receive just the blue thumb up of facebook messenger from users instead of this button content, which obviously is not being catched by the automation.Is this some kind of issue maybe with older facebook messenger version not showing buttons properly?It started happening a lot right after I added the 👍emoji to the button text.Thank you.

I track every new follower and I noticed that manychat is not consistent with profiles it sends the automated welcome message to. on my recent 55 followers manychat sent the message to 23/55 (42%) of new followers. Is this common or is there a fix for this?

Hello Manychaters,I need help setting up the "Instagram Comment Automation" (Auto-DM) for specific ads created directly in Meta Ads Manager.The problem: These are Dark Posts, so they do not appear on my main Instagram profile feed. Consequently, I cannot find them in the "Select Publication" list in ManyChat triggers.My constraint: I cannot use the "Any Post" trigger because I am promoting multiple different offers simultaneously (Summer Camps, Weekend Tours, etc.), and I need to send a different specific flow for each ad.The question: Is there a way to connect a specific Flow to a specific Ad Post ID manually? Or is the only solution to use "Any Post" combined with unique keywords for each ad creative?Thanks for your help!

I’m honestly thinking about shutting most of my ManyChat automations off for now. Over the past couple of weeks I’ve had automations randomly fire in the middle of real conversations with people. Someone will reply to a story or send a message and suddenly an old funnel message jumps in even though that funnel is already turned off.It’s starting to interfere with real conversations with potential clients, which obviously isn’t ideal.Has anyone else run into this? I’m considering simplifying everything down to one trigger for now while I figure out what’s causing it.

Hello, I have tried to use the utility message but every message that I put is rejected. From looking on META, it looks like you have to follow a certain format to get accepted but it is not clear, how to get these messages on Manychat. Any help appreciated on what to do. I am trying to reach contacts outside of the 48 hour period. Thanks 

Hey, so suddenly my Manychat account stopped automations, stopped updating convos, and wouldn’t allow me to send messages.I refreshed permissions, tried every workaround possible and went as far as deleting my instagram account from Manychat and reconnecting it (losing all my conversations and contacts), thinking that would solve the issue.But no, after reconnecting the account, chats do update now, but cant send messages. NOTE: I have NO restrictions on Instagram’s side, so the issue is on Manychat’s integration or Manychat blocking my ability to send messages…Any way of fixing this? I’m attaching a screenshot belowI have tried to reach support but we all know how that is innefficient and a “ticket” was created. If there is known workaround, or at least any other MC alternatives? thanks 

Hi guysI have just paid the $99 subscription to add a team member as an inbox agent. but they can only get full inbox permissions in EITHER instagram or messenger, not both?Does the $99 not give them access to all my connected account inboxes?

Hello beautyfull individuals, I recently purchased a pro version to auto dm new followers and also send a dm based on a keyword on a specific real. It worked well for few hours and now, i don't understand why but sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't for both automation... i have the feeling to waiste money because only 1/3 of dm has been sent automatically.I tried to refresh permission, update keyword to "all comment" but it doesn't change... Some of you did experience something similar? Any known fix or should i unsubscribed ? Thanks

I understand that WhatsApp is planning a change where the WhatsApp ID will be based on a username rather than a phone number.My question is: will the WA_ID in ManyChat change as well?Many of my flows rely on this field and on collecting this data, so I’m trying to understand how this might affect my setup. If the WA_ID is indeed going to change, which field in ManyChat should I use in order to collect or reference the user’s phone number instead?Thanks in advance to everyone who can help clarify this.

Help! I switched from Mobile Monkey to ManyChat, everything is set up, live, etc but the automation flows aren’t working (ie when I comment on a post it’s not sending DMs and it’s not welcoming new followers). I’ve disconnected and reconnected the accounts, confirmed message replies are good in IG (they were sending an hour ago via MobileMonkey) - I removed Mobile Monkey’s permission via FB.Anyone deal with this before?

Manychat somehow swapped my email to an old email from college that doesn’t even exist anymore. So, I have no way of accessing it on the desktop and getting into my account. I’m confused how this happened because all the emails go to another email, so this is odd. Could someone assist me with this?

Hi,I have created my first automation using flows and now I am just duplicating it. However, everytime I edit the new duplicate and make it live, a popup “Your first automation is live!” shows with celebrations. It was fun the first time, the 45th time it is already too much.Any idea? It seems it’s somehow keeping the tag of the first automation even for duplicates.Thank you in advance.
