hi When a brand‑new WhatsApp contact triggers our automation by sending a massage throught a url , the system sends the intended first message and immediately follows it with an unsolicited message that contains only the character “0”. This extra “0” is not configured anywhere in our flow and does not appear for contacts who have already chatted with us before.

tại sao tài khoản của tôi lại bị hạ xuống bản free trong khi vừa thanh toán hôm 3/7/2025?trên thông tin hóa đơn tháng 6 báo là 11 hết hạn pro, nhưng trừ tiền từ hôm 2/6. sang đến tháng 7, tự động trừ tiền từ hôm 3-7, nhưng đến hôm nay vẫn chưa thấy thông tin hóa đơn trên tài khoản, và tài khoản bị hạ xuống bản free. mong ad xem lại giúp mình ạ

Auto-DM from Comment is Not working

I have two separate PRO accounts on Manychat. One account is working fine, but the other is not registering any of the comment to DM automations-- whether they’re my older ones that use to work or new automations I’ve just created.I’ve refreshed my account connection and received confirmation from Manychat that it has been connected properly, but the automations still don’t work. It’s unfortunate because I use this for business and I’m receiving hundreds of comments, but none of them are receiving the link. The contact list is still under the 2,000 mark too. Can anyone help me?? Thank you!

Same message to all post-reels comments but, 2nd message will be different

I want to throw 1 single mesat to the comment message from the post and reels (information is given by dm). When it comes to dm, I want to give different answers according to which post-reels the customer has commentedFor example1. comment came to reels. The common message should be sent from dm (information is given by dm). Dm message is the product price in the relevant post - 450 dollars2. comment came to reels. The common message should be thrown from dm (information has been given with dm). Dm message if interested in the product price in the post - 650 dollars Can I create automation in this way?

Limiting The Response Rate

I got restricted by Instagram for 6 days because I went viral and too many ManyChat responses were deployed in a short time. Is there a way to limit the response rate to stay in the parameters? I appreciate your help!

Syncing contact information with active campaign

I know how to collect emails through ManyChat and link them to Active Campain. However, I can't figure out how to associate the First Name and Last Name data that I've collected with those fields in the record in Active Campaign. Is there a way to do this without having to rely on a third pary like Zapier?Thank you.

New automations don't work (Auto-DM links from comments)

Hi! I’ve been using Manychat for 2 weeks now and suddenly new automations are not working. I tried refreshing Instagram connection, but new automations still don’t work. All the previous ones do, however I am not able to create any new that is working. All seems fine in Manychat console but when I comment a keyword, no message is delievered. I double-checked keyword spelling and it should work on every post and reel. Any ideas what is the problem here?

Manychat doesn't accept my credit card or apple pay

Hi, I tried to upgrade to the pro plan but my credit cards (both) are not accepted, also apply pay doesn’t work. There is no issue from my bank’s side so can someone please help me with this? I don’t know what else to try.  Thank you! Elena

WhatsApp integration - lost access to Meta Business Account

Hi everyone, I need help with a WhatsApp number issue.My phone number is connected to Manychat via WhatsApp API, but it seems to be linked to a Meta Business Manager account I no longer have access to.I want to release the number and connect it to a different automation, but I can't remove it from the Meta account myself.Has anyone dealt with this before?Is there a way to disconnect the number without access to the original Meta Business Manager?Thanks a lot in advance for any advice!

Can't connect to my Instagram account

Good evening everyone,I'm just getting started with ManyChat and I'm having trouble connecting it to my Instagram account. When I click "Connect", it opens a pop-up that should probably take me to Instagram, but instead I get the error: "Sorry, this page isn't available."I'm not sure what to do. My Instagram account doesn't appear in Meta Business Suite because it's linked to a different email. I couldn't find anything helpful in the FAQ either.Thanks in advance for any help! Apparently two automations are merged

Something strange is happening with our ManyChat automations. We have two flows: "Current WhatsApp" and "Not Current WhatsApp."In the image I’m sharing, users are supposed to be entering the "Current" flow, but the options they're being shown belong to the "Not Current" one.However, as you can see in the image, the CTR data appears under the 'Current' flow, and not in the 'Not Current' one.My suspicion is that the initial trigger is somehow redirecting users from the first step into the 'Not Current' flow, though that still wouldn’t fully explain the CTR numbers.We’re still quite new to ManyChat, and the base setup was actually built by an external developer, so we’re now trying to understand and audit what they did. Any idea what might be causing this? Note: “Whatsappp copy” was the previous name of  “current whatsapp”.Thanks in advance

Manychat fail to send on instagram

Hi.I seem to have a problem with my latest automation. I turn it on - and it works… Once. And then it doesn’t - for no apparent reason.It is still live - there seems to be no problems in the backend, and the other automations seems to be working still.Any idea what to do here?

Restart automation from keyword

I have an automation that transfers user between agent (this is to change fast when user wants to talk). So when any agent send any text the automation is paused. But I want that if the user sent a keyword, the automation restart and the flow start to change another agent to talk.Im not finding any option to restart automation :(

WA Display Name rejected by Meta, but can’t update in Manychat – stuck in a loop?

Hi everyone,we’re having a tricky issue with our WhatsApp Business setup via Manychat and hope someone from the community can help:  Our WhatsApp display name “Fresh Hotspot” was rejected by Meta. At the same time, we submitted a Facebook Page name change from “Freshvenience Hotspots” to “Fresh Hotspot”, which has now been approved. So now, everything is aligned: our brand, our page (Fresh Hotspot), our website (https://fresh-hotspot.at) – but WhatsApp still shows the old name rejection.  Here’s the problem:  We connected the number via Manychat and can’t edit the name in Meta Business Manager. Meta Support says: the name was rejected by WhatsApp. WhatsApp Support says: they can’t change it and refer us back to Meta.  So we’re stuck in a loop. 😩 ➡️ Question: How can we resubmit the display name “Fresh Hotspot” for review in Manychat or Meta?➡️ Or how can we change the display name without disconnecting the number? Any help or similar experience would be appreciated.
