I have an automation on right now.  34 DMs sent and only 9 delivered 100% opened and clicked. Some of my followers have not had the DMs delivered to them so it’s not even a case of them not being connected to me. That’s a significant amount of undelivered DMs and it is defeating the purpose of having Manychats. What could be causing this? This is also in response to my FB ads so this is money going down the drain.  I hope someone can help

Hi, can anyone explain the difference between sent and delivered? I have 42 DMs sent (through manychat) and 32 delivered (76.2% delivery rate). I also have 32 opens…..is it not considered delivered until it’s opened? I don’t get why there wouldn’t be a 100% delivery rate

Hi everyone, I need some help to set up an automation for Facebook with a unique comment.I post frequently on Facebook and I’m asking people to drop in the comments the word “ QUIZ” for example, and this word is the trigger. After that I just need to send a simple message with the link of the quiz. That’s all.However, I’m stuck in the loop of the automation for Facebook and I don’t understand how to move on and make the automation LIVE.  I set up Instagram super easily, but I don’t understand how is the step-by-step for Facebook. I was trying to find good tutorials for that, but I didn’t find any yet.  Is there anyone that can help me on this process?Thank you so much. 

This is infuriating! I’m having hundreds of DMs a day that are delivered, but disappear as soon as they accept the mssage. IF they happen to ask for it again (which is unlikely and costing me sales), I have to resend manually. What’s the point of paying for this service if it’s not even letting them see the message? The first message I sent MUST have the link. The commenter specifically requested it, and if I send 2 messages in a row, Instagram will block anything after the first message until they accept the request. I had the same issue when using the blocks. It works for followers, but I pay for this service specifically to send DMs for link requests on VIRAL videos. Not just to people who are already following me.

Is there a way to delay the DM after a user’s comment triggers? I would love to be able to have the DM sent a minute AFTER they comment on my Reel.They are clicking the link immediately upon it being sent and NOT watching the video all the way through, which hurts views and reach with the algorithm. If this is not a feature currently, please make it one!

Hi! I can’t conect with Instagram. It stops at Request sent, and before that no one created an account on manychat. What can be done about it 

My SmartDelay to send a follow up instagram message does not work on any of my automations. Even when I wait the 24 hour period, check 2-3 days later, the SmartDelay still has not sent any of my follow up messages. Does anyone know how to get this trigger to work? This is my current flow: Instagram follower comments on reel > I send them an automatic DM with the link to my ebook > SmartDelay to send a follow up message 2 days later asking if they had a chance to check out the link I really appreciate any insight here. I’ve included a snapshot below of my flow as well. Thank you!

Hey, my automation is firing correctly and people are opting in and completing the flow. However, Facebook is not picking up that a conversation has started. Obviously this means the pixel is getting no data for optimisation. I am using the ‘clicks facebook ad trigger’ as the Facebook JSON trigger isnt an option in my account. I have made sure the autoresponder is disabled. How do i fix this?

I created an automation that triggers when a new contact is created or a tag is applied. However, when a new contact is created and a tag is applied, the automation does not send a WhatsApp message as expected. On the other hand, when a user sends a message on WhatsApp with a defined keyword, the automation successfully sends a WhatsApp message, as intended.     

I’m using many chat web portal, editing a flow to be able to capture the contacts 1st name. after this step, i opt to use the users input (response) to say Got you ( user inserted name) this step never follows through. i always get a response showing the backends attempt at remembering the persons name. I’m confident im missing something, chatgpt seems to be giving me steps from an outdated manychat instructional.

Hi allI got this error "Couldn't load Posts or Reels" when trying to set the automation chain and select the reel for the autoresponder. I am using desktop pc and so far all the solutions or tips I could find to solve the problem, such as one Youtube video, were meant for the mobile app. In pc browser version there are no permissions to any other application and no option to select/allow them although the connection was apparently ok when first starting off with Manychat. At least it did not complain of any connection errors.And secondly, is it true that only in paid Pro version the autoresponder can be set to all posts/reels? Not just for one as in free plan.Cheers

Hey everyone! I need some help. I am confused about the automations for IG. So, I have set up an automation that send someone a message when they comment a keyword. That part works. However, if they don’t buy the product or just click on the link, I have another message that kinda reminds them that they didn’t make the purchase.. I currently have that message on Smart Delay for 1 day after they get the initial message, but the second message hasn't sent out to anyone but 4 people. I am so confused. I have over 70 on passed & over 100 on pending. 

Hi all, I set up two Pro-Accounts for my client, one for Facebook and one for their Instagram. But I think this is now a mistake? It looks like I can have one account for both channels. is this correct? And if it is how can I cancel the Pro on the Instagram and move the contacts into the other Pro account?

So I’ve created a whatsapp flow. There is a step where I ask the contact to provide his/her email address. Upon previewing this in whatsapp, the flow does not continue to the end even after typing in my email address. See screenshot of the flow, and a screenshot of the whatsapp conversation. Any idea why it’s not taking me to the final step?
