Hi everyone! I have an automation for a tech repair store that works well during business hours, but the company closes at 1 PM on Saturday and reopens on Monday. During the closing period, the customer receives an automatic interaction with an AI, but after finishing that interaction, the 24h window gets closed.I’m wondering if anyone has implemented a strategy to keep the conversation window open until Monday morning, without needing to use a message template. Any tips or automations that could be set up to ensure the customer interacts on Sunday, for example, to extend this window?Thanks in advance for the suggestions!

Dear All,I am facing an issue with connecting my ManyChat account to Instagram. The error message states that my Instagram account is already connected to another ManyChat account. Upon checking, it appears that my Instagram is linked to a ManyChat account using an email address, but I am no longer able to log in using that email. I am trying to make it so when someone opts in for 1 free thing. I can then send them a following message the next day or whenever it may be. I know you can do it through the automation process, however I need it to be on a condition scenario. So if something happens throughout the day that  I cant set it to before I run the automation, I cant know if I am going to need to send the follow up message.For example, I give out free sports betting picks. Someone opts in for 1 free pick, and then if the free pick hits… at the moment I have to manually go back through and send the same copy and paste message to all of the people.If the free pick misses however, I need to send a follow up message still, but it needs to be something different than obviously if the bet won. Does anyone know how to do this?

Hi everyone!I would really appreciate some help here as the support team have still not gotten back to me and I'm pretty reliant on automations on my Insta Account. I have not been able to access my account since I logged off about 2 weeks ago. All I get when I try to log in through my insta (see screenshot below) is that the Request has been sent to my page. Yet this FB page I am on is the one that I used to sign up to my account. I have no idea where the "Request" might have been sent. I was also billed for my subscription so I am on PRO but I can't even access it and I have no idea what to do next. If you have experienced this or know how to resolve this, you'd be a hero!Thanks a lot,Alana 

Hi, I’m creating an automation to send DM and replies to comments on Instagram. I applied the trigger for all posts or reels. However, it seems that the comments on some of the reels are not triggering the automation. When I checked, the ones that did not trigger the automation were also not listed on the specific post or reel list. Hello Guys, what we going to do with this? Chat Plugin is going away soon is written on my Business FB Profile… On May 9, 2024, you will no longer be able to access any functionalities of Chat Plugin. Effective immediately, Chat Plugin in guest mode is no longer available. Other features like m.me links will still be available for you to use.So, how this is going to work after this date??? Any clue? I’m using it on a WordPress fro the moment… Please share more information and opinions!

Hello,I am trying to setup an email channel. I get a message stating that a verification email has been sent, however, I am not receiving it. I have double and triple checked that it is the correct spelling. I also checked my email server log, and it is not being received. I have also tried using the ManyChat default email and that is not working either. Any help is greatly appreciated.Thanks!

Hi, Is there a way to integrate live chat in my app? Existing agents would respond to the queries and I would have less reliance on other channels like Facebook and Whatsapp.

I just bought the pro version, and now for some reason the bot is not even getting triggered for any comments on the reel. Interestingly for the reels previously posted they are still getting the messages. I haven’t yet tried posting another reel to see if the issue is just with this particular reel or not. have already tried refreshing permissions.

Hey Everyone, We recently tested a post on IG with multiple keywords (e.g., "If you want the PDF, comment 'pdf', if you want the masterclass, comment 'masterclass' under the same post"). In ManyChat automation, we set up two different keyword triggers for this post. However, it seems like if one same IG account commented both words, only the first one is working, and the other isn’t responding.Is there a limit on how many keyword automations can be used per post, or is there a way to bypass this issue?Thanks so much for your help!

Hello to eveyone here! First message here, so i have a question, i want to create a flow where it will present 3 reels in the chat and in the layout like the screenshot but based on dynamic values? Like the user can type fitness, and manychat will reply with 3 of these like the screenshot and will be presented with 3 reels of the fitness or based on location like , the user will search Greece and manychat will present them in the same layout 3 videos that have as location “Greece”. Or like in the second screenshot, instead of the purchase link , it will send them directly to each reel based on the dynamic value used. How can i create something like that? Or are there any materials to study/work with, for this specific case? Because although i have found many help with lots of videos and materials in general, havent found something for the specific case. Thank you all for your time! Looking forward to your reply!

What is the limit on number for automations for free accounts? I have simple auto DM replies for Instagram (“Comment LINKS for DM” for example). Currently, I have 4 automations running (4 IG posts). When I try and add more, the interaction is disabled.

Does anyone know if there’s any downtime today? My Instagram automations suddenly stopped. Messages were being sent one minute, then the next minute they stopped. I can’t see any obvious reason and this has never happened before. I’ve submitted a support ticket, but it could take a few days to hear back. Thanks

I have manychat paid subscription account.I started manychat account 4 months ago, linked with my Instagram account where I have more than 8000 followers.Now I have 7000+ contacts in Manychat.I am a content creator, I create content to sell my program and products.I need a detailed different steps to convert sales.Give me some strategies which I should follow and make some sales. So far I have created some automations myself but no success with Sales. I am happy to have a consultant you can assist me setup of workflows.
