Hello Everyone, i need your help, i'm just wondering how can i see the profile pictures of all of my whatsapp contacts in Manychat because so far it's just showing me the default icon in gray color, i don't know if its posible! :/  

I'm currently working on updating my ManyChat account and I'm looking to change my profile picture (the avatar icon similar to WhatsApp's profile photo). Could anyone guide me through the process of updating this icon on ManyChat? I've looked through the settings but can't seem to find where to make this change. Any help or guidance would be greatly appreciated.

I've been using ManyChat in live streams, but usually the broadcasts go offline, and I need to start a new live stream. Has anyone else experienced this problem or knows how to solve it?

Hello, I'm new to ManyChat and struggling to see why this flow isn’t working. They click the button and get tagged and then it’s supposed to send a message to those who are tagged, or if they don’t click the button they don’t get tagged it should send a follow up.  I tested it and got tagged but nothing happens after that. It seems nothing is happening after the yellow action box. Where did I go wrong?  

I am trying to find a way to follow up and send a message, if a contact has not responded to a message after 23 hours. I added a button to a message in an Instagram automation, but now I cannot find the option to only send a certain message if the contact as not interacted with the message/clicked on one of the buttons. It is not a ‘quick reply’ but a button, because one of the two buttons leads to a website. I can see the option ‘Follow up if contact hasn’t engaged option’ on the ‘Quick Reply’ option, but not on the buttons. Help would be very appreciated! Thanks, Mareike

Hi dearsWe want to get the Telegram User ID, but it's not available in the contacts. Also, when I create a new Flow with row insert, it doesn't export all the user IDs.Is there a place where I can get them? Why does it not export for everyone when I set the filter "Telegram User ID has any value"?

I have started an automation to get people on IG to receive a link to my newsletter signup page upon typing a keyword in a post. Super-happy with it.I have found that, in some cases, I can help them convert into subscribers by following up with a message asking them for their email, so I can add them to the newsletter.I have tried adding a new message after a smart delay to the existing automation, as shown. And it is not working.Thoughts? 

I was kicked out of the site, I can't log in through my email, it says that the account doesn't exist, can you tell me what's wrong? 

I’ve watched several videos, and none of them address the issue I’m experiencing. I asked the AI to create an automation for me. I did a few myself, but there is a disconnect between one message to another. It’s a very simple automation too. The arrow should go from a yellow circle to the next message, but it will not connect. I create automations in my clients' accounts, but some of them don't want me to have access to their live chat and see their messages. Is it possible to disable the live chat option for users with the admin or editor role? 

How to connect Instagram without using Facebook?

Hello Experts,I have signed up to manychat but unable to connect my Whatsapp account.It was connected to another business solution provider same like manychat and it was working fine there.I have even deleted it from other Bot account to test in Many chatSee below screenshot  

My automations were running normally until I pressed the share reel button on Facebook (this function was previously inactive). My reels no longer appear on that screen to select the video for automation. I need help please.

Hi, ive run an offer for buy one get one free on a reel post on instagram. Set up automation in Manychat for this specific post and trigger to be any post or comment. ive also tried trigger to be @ but in both times it did not work. I am now manually replying each every comment on the reel who have begun taggin their friends for this offer.Please help, i am new with Manychat and have included a screen grab below for reference. Is there a way to automate sending them the offer details via dm and also sending the @xyz friends as well?

I am having problems with the IG story reply automation. The post or reel comment automations are working fine but when I try to test my automations for the IG story reply, I don't receive any messages. Also when I try to preview the automation, the 3 digit code won't work. It doesn't do anything and I don't receive any test message. I also did the troubleshooting for Instagram automations. Tried again, and still not working. Please assist. Thanks.

I want to use Make (Integromat) to grab my subscriber email from manychat (from Facebook) and send it to Aweber.  I’m doing this with Zapier, but can’t figure out the custom field parameter to use for Make.  Anyone have this built out or have any suggestions?

Has anyone experienced testing out commenting on a post and receiving a blank message? Is this for a privacy setting? If so, how do we fix?
