Hello, hope you guys are doing well.I need some urgent help.I’ve been using Manychat for months with pretty much no issues.I’m running a keyword comment trigger that DMs the user and then collects email in exchange for me sending them a free guide.I’ve been receiving an influx of comments over the past week (probably around 2,000 total).Out of nowhere about 48 hours ago, my account stopped auto-replying to comments and it stopped sending out DMs to everyone. It basically just completely stopped working.I have went through all of the troubleshooting, refreshing permissions, and anything else I could find.Manychat support takes days to respond. Can someone please help me? This is really hurting my business.P.S. the DM automation is still working on my account if someone messages me a keyword.Thank you very much.

Let me introduce myself, Gedion from Indonesia, I just created an automation on Manychat, after receiving 30 replies from my Instagram followers, Manychat no longer works. please help 

My instagram DM automation is not working. The bot is not responding to any trigger, specific word, nothing!!

I have a DM Automation set, that triggers, when a user sends a keyword, but it doesn’t work for my active contacts. I also can not subscribe them manually.It is set up pretty simple and worked before, because I duplicated an autoflow that worked in the past. Is this maybe because of the 7 day rule?I can’t even see the replies with the keyword to my DM in the live chat of that contact...

I created my first automation for IG. It looks fine, but I realized it wasn’t working because I didn’t select the post I want it to work for. When I go back in to edit the automation, I’m not given the option to pick a post where I’m supposed to.When I click on the “when” it gives me options to add the keywords, but nothing about which post it would be for. I’m using the automation for capturing customer data with a lead magnet. I’m stumped.  

Yo, guys. So basically when I joined manychat in June. I was in a trial period and it ended at June 22nd but then pro version stopped working obviously and I wasn't using any of the features. I couldn't pay at that time cause I didn't have any money on me, now today at July 11th I finally renewed my subscription but it says that the next payment is on July 22nd. How come is that? Since I wasn't using the features of the pro version from June 22nd why does it go like this? The moderators of manychat please change the billing period to a month from now, otherwise it's not fair and I wouldn't wanna use manychat in the future.  

Hi guys, I have a problem regarding subscription box “get updates” in automations. Sometimes is not working properly It is like if user received the subscription box in the past automation do not send it again to that same user, and automation like stops if click in “get updates” is mandatory to go forward in the flow.So, many users that I have prompted in the past reach a dead end. Have any thoughts or can somebody explain me how this can be fixed?The ideal escenario is no matter what the user did in the past, if he dont respond to the prompt why cannot send it again ? 

I discovered this morning that several of my automations were unpublished, and I had to republish them. Do they expire?

How to cancel sending messenger subscription list? Sometimes one person gets 3 times sent message to subscribe the list. It’s a problem for me. Coud you help me?

HelloI have created an automation with a contact event trigger when tag applied. But It only works when I apply a tag manualy on contact section.If I tag all contacts (generating by an automation for exemple ) it doesn’t workDo you have an idea ?Thanks a lot 

I see that you can have an option to enable chatGPT here. but I am limited to a models (I tried enabling our fine-tuned models) and it does not appear. Am I missing something or it’s just not supported at the moment?

Hi community,As a beginner I am facing hard time with the following issues:How do I set an automation for sending a DM on Instagram to my new followers. How do I set up the automatic comment reply and DM on Facebook account not page?( when I try to link my Facebook account on Manychat it is showing me that I would have to at least have a page but I only have that one account through which I conduct my businesses so I literally cannot set the automation for the same account) Most important: how do I set up automatic follow up message on Instagram when somebody doesn't respond and don't click either of the buttons? because I cannot add a quick reply after the button so I'm just a little confused here.Any help is highly appreciated.

Can you create a DM response that only triggers when a certain word is included in the initial DM message. We want to ask users to Dm us ‘more leads please’ and have an automated response for this

I set up a  “Comment to DM” automation and I’m getting dozens of people in my DM saying that they didn’t get the original message. I see it sent in my DMs on my side, but when they send me screenshots my message isn’t there from their view. So I have to manually copy and paste the original message and resent. How do I fix this?  I’ve so far had the automation run 125 times. I’m unclear how many people have had an issue with the message arriving.

I have used the comment on my post for me to DM you feature a lot and it works great. (When posting organically.) but I noticed that when I pay for ads on that video the comment to DM feature doesn’t work. Anyways around this?

Hi,I have an automation for instagram massages and I don't want to have it any longer, because the same answer follows after each message of my followers. That's really annoying.I don’t know how to undo the automation!!!!Does anybody know?Regards Natascha (if you can answer in German would be great)

Hi.I'm new with Make.comI am trying to modify a card's list on Trello based on Manychat activities. I tried to create a new scenario on Make.com but what I used I didn't see options to handle User Fields.Any idea? Is it possible?Thanks!!! 

Hey guys,My messages are cut of. In some automations everyting is going great. And in some automations all the messages are cut of in the Instagram DM's. Today I made an automation wich it works for a part; the buttons are there, the start of the massage also, but the end of the message not. In Manychat Live Chat, it looks like as if the whole message is sent.But in the Instagram app, in the DM's, a piece of text is not present.I also asked the reciever if the got the whole message, and they didnt.Can someone help and tell me how to fix it?I dont use the Pro version yet.Have a nice day,Berdine

I logged in today to see that my Pro subscription had “expired” and when I click Renew, I don’t see “Free”, “Pro”, or “Premium” as is on the sales page, but now “Marketing Automation” for 45 a month.Have the pricing models changed but not been announced publicly? Or can I get back tot he 15 per month “Pro” plan?

I have set an automation to reply to certain DMs and as you can see in the image, it works. The only problem was that it didn't send the complete message, it cuts it off with an ellipsis. Does anyone know how to fix it?

Hi, guys.Here you have a sad history, and I would love it if you could help me to turn it into a happy one.We lose access to our Facebook account connected to Many chat (everything because Facebook never sends us the double authentication code).So we have to create a new Facebook account and connect it to Many chat (thank God our business sells the majority on Instagram, so a new Facebook account wasn't so bad).Where is the tragedy?Now we can not connect the new Many chat account (with the new Facebook) to our Instagram, because it kept getting caught in the old Many chat account that kept getting caught with the old Facebook account  (I'm not crying, but I could)So I would like you to help me connect our business Instagram account to Many Chat, please. If you have any similar experience or suggestion, I would love to read it.

HI, I am new and have a couple of questions?   Do I need to have a photo for my comment work to work?  Right now I am posting a story first and then coming back to manychat and add the photo or video and then posting to instagram  Can I use the work “shop” on all my post.I have watched many videos and can’t get into a good rhythm with this thank you - Lisa
