Hi! I have recently created an instagram automation, but manychat does not respond to people that have a private account. Is it possible to fix this issue? Thank you in advance.

So I have clicked on the “send message within 24 hours” to trigger the drop-down menu. It does not have the “send as comment” reply option. So what do I do now? Thanks in advance! 

In an automation, is there a way to send the “flow_ns” value through an External Request?I understand that I can get that value from the URL in a browser, but I would like to have that value sent to my backend for logging purposes.I tried to see if the field was available when clicking the “Add Full Contact Data” in the Request form, but nothing came up.Thanks!

I everyone, I'm having an issue with my quick reply not showing up inside of instagram.It just does this… Is anyone else having the same issue?Spencer

Hi,I’m building my first automation with Manychat and can’t get my automation for Instagram DM to work.When sending a DM to the account (using my iPhone app) I do get the first message and see the 2 buttons (highligted in yellow below). But when I click either of the buttons nothing happens. Grateful for any support! (And yes, I’ve tried “Refresh Instagram Permissions” )

right now i just created an automation with using add quick reply , but when somebody send something on instagram , they cant see this button . i think quick reply doesn't working , is that the same for you ?

Hi, I’ve been working on a proyect to help small brands automate their responses in Instagram.Can’t verify my app yet with meta so I thought using Manychat API was a smart workaround.I need clarification with contact usage.If a Business I automate, receives 500 DMs per month, am I ok with Pro suscription? I mean, what happens in ten months? Is it still 500 per month or is it 5000 contacts? $15 vs $45 Is the client doomed to “carry” forever a contact that was a one time purchase or they reset each month?This is key in my business model and it would be a nice Yes or a hard No depending on the answer.Thank you very much,Santa

Quick Reply’s are not showing up when users comment under posts & live’s. Instragram permissions have been refreshed, automations have been re-built but problem persists...Experiencing this problem for 1.5 days now. Anyone a fix? 

Heads up, I’ve noticed quick reply buttons are not showing up for A LOT of users. Manychat’s status report page does not reflect this, anyone know what’s going on?

Hello everyone, I need some urgent help with an Instagram–Facebook–Manychat connection issue.My Instagram account is currently linked to a Facebook page that was automatically created by Facebook when I switched my Instagram account to a business account. This page was not manually created, it does not belong to any real Facebook profile, and I do not have any way to access it.Because of this, I am completely stuck:Manychat keeps asking me to grant permission to that Facebook page in order to proceed.On the website version of Manychat, I cannot access Settings to disconnect/remove the page.On mobile, I can log in, but on the website I am blocked by the error message.Since the page was auto-created by Facebook, there is no “admin” I can request access from — the page doesn’t actually belong to anyone.Here is the message I see:“The Instagram account is already Connected. I have a question, how do I set the visit profile button in dm to open my page on Instagram.When i link my page url to a button it opens it in browser not Instagram appbut I've seen pages that in dm. they have button visit profile in direct message that opens their page in Instagram app

After spending about 5 hours solid I still cannot use Manychat. I have tried logging in with business meta etc etc but nothing happens. I have several pages, and several instagram accounts. I just want to use manychat on ONE instagram account. Is there anyone who can help me out here? I am going crazy...
