Hello everyone, I have a Ladipage popup for a lucky spin. When a customer wins, they will fill in two fields: a voucher code and a phone number. I want that after the customer fills in the phone number and voucher code fields, a message will automatically be sent to the customer's Messenger from Ladipage via ManyChat.

Good day,I remember ManyChat used to have a affiliation program before where if you make anyone join ManyChat or you are admin of any account you get 30%.  So now I would like to make people join but I cannot find any link, it is showing different links where the client will get discount but I am not getting any commission.Is there any way where I sent link to my client and as he join I start earning commission monthly. Please guide. Thank you for answering. Regards,

Has anyone else noticed that the “delete” option in the bulk actions is missing? We like to keep our contact list clean and up until this week, we were able select multiple contacts and bulk delete.  That option is missing now. Thanks in advance for any tips on this!

I need help to connect my instagram to manychat it says connected but i am stuck please me i want to grow it proffessionaly  

How can I change the assigned agent and the agent who receives notifications across different automations at once, instead of going manually into each automation and changing it? In our team, we have a different agent in charge of monitoring WhatsApp messages each day, and I currently have to update all the automations manually. Is there a way to change it for all automations at once? How can I control the Live Chat notifications? Sometimes I receive notifications, and sometimes I don’t. Sometimes the conversation is only in an automated flow and I still receive Live Chat notifications — and sometimes I don’t. How can I manage and control this behavior? Are there any reminder options in ManyChat that I can use to remind agents to follow up on conversations?

ManyChat is probably the single-most hated thing I have to deal with being a content creator.  I don’t know how ya’ll figure this out.  I have a large following and the amount of missed DM’s and misfirings is embarrassing.  Trying to find answers on community boards has been time consuming and frustrating.   I’m just deleting it altogether unless I can chat with someone from ManyChat about how to set things up properly.  I’ve had ManyChat for a few years and no matter what I do, or how many times I refresh permissions, or how many times I connect and reconnect my profile, it still gives me SO MUCH grief.  I’m at a complete loss, ManyChat, for the love of God get a support center. 

Please add a way to send clients dms whenever they comment a certain word please can it be possible?

At the moment, I am on a Marketing Automation plan that costs $25 USD per month.Since I am not utilizing any additional features beyond this basic auto-reply function, I would like to ask for your advice on how I can reduce my subscription cost, or if there is a more suitable plan that meets my limited usage.I would appreciate your guidance on how to proceed so that I am not paying more than necessary for features I do not use.Thank you very much for your assistance.

I use Manychat for automated DMS only, i dont need or require to have a repository of my previous contacts, and im getting charged wayy too much money because i now have 5k+ contacts, I got charged $80+…. For my use case where i only need automated dms, is there a way to reduce the amount of subscribtion im paying?

I am beyond frustrated.   Customer Support is horrific.  I have been waiting for over 6y weeks for a sup[port issue to be resolved.  About every 10 days someone responds - they clearly do not understand the issue and provide AI answers.    HOW DO YOU GET HELP????????

I have just signed up with the free plan to test manychat. I sent a message to the linked whatsapp number. I can see the message in the live chat tab (area) but I cannot reply. It keeps giving me an error message to activate pro as marketing pro subscription is required to perform this automation. If I cannot live chat in free, what can I do?

Hello, I’m just getting started with manychat on my instagram page.  I’ve been observing that the opening DM with the link (“send me the link”) doesn’t work on desktop instagram apps. Only mobile.  Clicking that link in the desktop app only refreshes the chat page, without advancing to the next step of the automation.  Can anyone confirm if this is normal behaviour?  Any suggestions to fix it?(if you want to test it you can comment on the reel at https://instagram.com/theprocomposer)Thank you!Robbie
