Hi! I am setting up a sequence however due to it requiring me to create a “flow” for every message I am having troubles on what trigger to choose. I can’t choose “subscribed to sequence” because this causes a double firing in messages. Anyone know how I go about this?

Hello!I have the following case:I set up a block that collects data from WhatsApp, I place invalid responses, and I test it. First, it responds correctly with the response configured for invalid responses. Then, when the maximum number of attempts is reached, the flow skips without showing the "skip" button. It simply continues as if the user had responded correctly.Do you have any idea what could be happening? Could it be a mistake on my part, or is this part not working properly?

More specifically, if we have utm_campaign = {{campaign.name}} and ID=123456 set in the ads manager, how do we make sure these persist all the way to our landers?Thank you so much for your help in advance.

However, I also have an assistant, and the idea is for her to be able to use ManyChat. I'm going to pay for the Pro + AI. I am writing to you regarding a problem I'm facing with the "Default Reply" automation for my connected TikTok account.When I message my business TikTok account from another account to test the automation, the custom reply I have set up is not being sent. Instead, the only message that appears is your default one: "Automation powered by Manychat 🐙".I have already confirmed all the required settings and have taken the following steps to try and resolve the issue, without success: My TikTok account is a Business Account and it is connected correctly. Automatic messages are completely disabled in the native TikTok app settings. I have used the "Refresh Permissions" feature in Manychat several times, but the problem still persists. Is there a way to filter on live chat only responces from clients instead of showing my response because one will get confused with this. This will help in seeing who is serious and who to follow up on.    

I have one automation and it’s been working for about a month now. Over the past 5 days it started only sending the automation to some people and then over the past 2 days, it hasn’t sent a DM to anyone.It’s just this one automation and I have gone in to check that everything looks fine in there. All other automations are working just fine.Side note -- I have NOT touched this automation in the past month, so I think it’s just a glitch with this specific one!

Hello everyone,I'm having an issue with my ManyChat Instagram automation, and I'm hoping someone here can help.I've connected my Instagram to ManyChat and set up an automation sequence with an Instagram Ref URL trigger. However, the automated messages are not sending. I've double-checked and refreshed all my connections multiple times within ManyChat.I suspect the problem lies with the "Handover Protocol" settings on my Facebook page. In the Facebook page settings, under "App Settings" > "Handover Protocol," I'm unable to switch the "Instagram Receiver" to ManyChat, as is shown in the ManyChat instructions. Facebook simply doesn't allow me to make this change.Could this be why my messages aren't being delivered automatically? Has anyone encountered this specific issue, and if so, how did you resolve it?Any guidance or troubleshooting tips would be greatly appreciated!Thanks in advance.

However, I want to use the auto DM feature on here but it says I need a business page. Is there any workaround or any solution that you guys have that can be done for this? Then my Account automatically sends a public reply “Check DMs” on his comment. After that, my Account sends the User who commented, a message “Thanks, here is the link!” (Including a “Open Website”-Button who leads to a landing page.Now I want to send an additional message, after the first “Comment-Trigger” Message was send, with a Delay. Unfortunately it won’t let me add next Steps as the “Send Message”-Box is set to “Send as comment reply”.I saw that there is an option to add next steps when the User clicks the link on the first message, but I want to send the second message either way. So I want to create this automation:User comments Trigger-Keyword “ABC” on a specific Reel → I publicly reply “Check DMs” → User gets a message from me

Hi ManyChat team and community,I’ve encountered a serious issue with Instagram automation flows in ManyChat: When users click a button with a link (set to open an external URL), they are not redirected to the target website.Instead, the button click opens the Google Play Store page for the “Threads” app by Meta.  I’ve personally taken a screenshot of my own Android device showing this behavior.This is not a misconfiguration – the button is correctly set with an external URL. (Button opens external URL correctly with IOS)  I’ve received multiple complaints from followers who can’t access what I promised. Thanks for your attention! 

Hello,  I have the pro version and its been find but the last few weeks the triggers have stopped responding. Its missing some comments and sending blank dms even if they are following me. I have 1000s coming in and I've followed all the steps to make sure its set correctly and still no luck. Please help  Thank you 

ive created a column in google sheets with a calculation from other manychat fields, but when a new row of data is inserted, obviously the calculated cell is empty. how to make a calculation and return the value to a manychat whatsapp message? 

On my reels, I ask they comment  word so I can send them a freebie.  I do this with multiple freebies. How can I upload the product on Manychat so they get that pdf file link once they commented. I know they ask for a website link.But my PDFs are not on a website, they are just a file in my google drive. But sharing that google drive link doesn’t seem to work, as I have to give them permission to access it. Is there a way to upload a file or do I have to use another platform for this matter?If so what could be the platform I could use to put my digital product freebies and link them to my manychat DM automation? Thanks 

Hey everyone – I’ve been using the AI Step on ManyChat and while it’s helpful, I’ve noticed it keeps sending these robotic, cringey messages like:“Have you ever sent me the message ‘READY’?” – which sounds super unnatural.I want to use AI Steps to detect vague messages like “ready” or “is this real” and route people to the correct automation or process. But right now, the replies it sends are weird and off-brand, and I can’t find any option to turn off the auto-response or customize what it says.I’ve looked through the settings and even tried editing the AI step logic, but there doesn’t seem to be a way to: Disable those auto-generated replies Send people into a flow without that weird AI chat popping up Just treat the AI step like a filter/trigger, not a “talker” Anyone know a fix? Hey, I have created a 10 step flow with buttons and text/number inputs. I want to pull the responses into a file (csv, xls, etc). How to do that? Also, if a uk postcode is entered, can a check be made that it is valid? Finally, i want to process all the response data in order to calculate a quotation: can that be done ‘on the fly’ or could the responses be dynamically stored in a spreadsheet and the spreadsheet include a calculated quotation column that is returned to the user in real time?? Thanks 

The system is asking me to verify my email address before to complete an automated message. It's saying they will send an email with a link to complete the verification but I've never received it. I checked my spam too but nothing is there. Do you know how I can solve this?

When using the new flodesk integration and setting up an instagram comment reply does there have to be a quick reply or button hit before you can collect their email?
