Hey Manychat community, i’m having trouble stopping messages from sending if someone clicks the link multiple times. So with the links, I thought tagging would work to stop this, but it isn’t, so for example, if someone clicks the first link, they get tagged and then a 2nd message 1 minute later. I’m having issues where someone will clicked the 1st link on 3 separate days, and then they got the same message (message #5) 3 separate times. I’m wondering how i can prevent that as people keep coming back to the first guide i send and clicking it. Any help and advice would be greatly appreciated!  

Why can't I rename an Account once created?  I looked around but can’t find any option to do so not even under Manage Accounts.

Hi.  I need help with the referral link automation. I set up the referral link as my IG bio link. The user is supposed to click the link in bio, which will then send them a DM with a link to sign up for the free ebook i am offering as a lead magnet. However, when the user click the referral link in my IG bio, nothing happens. How can I fix this? Thanks in advance,Jeremie

why is the key word not triggering for all facebook posts, it used to, and i haven't changed anything. it is set up the same, but im having to manually message everyone with the link

Good day,I would like to report a problem with automation on my account. Until recently, everything was working fine, but after connecting my Instagram account to my Facebook account, the automation stopped working.Currently, the Facebook account has already been disconnected from Instagram and the automation has been reconfigured, but it still does not work correctly.I kindly ask for help in solving this problem.

Hey guys, I’ve got an issue where I’ve had to create two accounts as can't seem to link the Instagram account at the sane time as the Facebook. When I created my Many Chat account I set up the Insta and got an automation working, but then when I went to link Facebook it asks me to log into Facebook then swaps to a new Many Chat account in which it made me sign up again. Not sure what to do as the Instagram and Facebook are the same brand. Hope that makes sense :-)

Hi, I created a quiz where you get different recommendations based on your response (I used tags to segment this). I am stuck on the final step. At the end of the quiz, I am trying to have certain response generate based on the users selections. I don’t know how to make the conditions flow so that based on your answer, you get the correct response.Is there a way to link (1) Instagram message to multiple conditions at once? and if not, how do I get this condition flow to work properly? I originally had the conditions stacked vertically, but did not see an option to attached the (1) Instagram message of “Okay you’re all dome” to all the the different conditions to generate the results, so I switched to a horizontal method you see below... 

I have a PRO ManyChat account connected to all my Instagram profiles. Each profile has its own ManyChat account, at the tabs on left side of the website. If I create a Reels post using the "collab" feature between my own profiles, will the automation still work—specifically the comment triggers? Do I need to set up the exact same automation on each ManyChat account of each IG? Here’s my strategy: I want all my posts to be collaborative between 2 or 3 of my profiles. So if the main profile publishes the Reels and the automation works there, will the secondary profile (that accepts the collab) also would works (trigger the comment-based automation)?? My idea is making sure the exact same trigger is active on all profiles and nothing goes wrong. Should I accept the collab first, or can I select the post inside ManyChat before accepting the collab? Thanks for your help!

I want to know that I want to send messages to WhatsApp customers in the same broad. For example, I need to send three messages today with a three-hour interval. Can I make three messages in the same broad? No button is needed. Then is it calculated as one price or one message per price?

I keep getting this message "you have insufficient rights to reload the account" - when I follow the instructions they don't work. I changed browsers, logged out and logged back in - I am the owner of the account - but still not working??

Hi,I have a question about “Next step” and “Action on reply”.I have set up that after the user replies from the chat the response is saved in a field and send to OpenAI API with “Action on reply” → Action “External request”. After OpenAI API gives response its saved in a field and sent as a message to the user.Sometimes this doesnt work and when the user answers, OpenAI API responds correctly and then the user sends another message, then the reply from OpenAI is the same because all responses are saved in to the same field for OpenAI API responses. The problem is the timing of the requests, maybe a timeout from someones side.Will the problem be fixed if the Action External Request is set after “Next Setp” and then after action there is “Send Message”? “Action on reply” → Action “External request” → “Send Mes

Hi there, I need your help.I connected ManyChat with Instagram and set it up so that when specific words are entered on Instagram, an automated message is sent. I have double-checked everything according to online guides, but the message still isn't being sent on Instagram. I believe the automation setup is correct. I also did ‘Refresh instagram permission’. :(When I log in to ManyChat, I get the message "You have insufficient rights to reload the account." Could this be the issue? How can I resolve this? According to Meta, Facebook is connected with Instagram. I've been trying to solve this problem for two days without success. Your help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi,I’m trying to figure out if it’s possible, to send multiple messages to the same person in when they are commeting on the same Facebook post, with different Keywords.Example: Peter is commenting on Facebook post 1 with “Yes E-book”. Then he is sent a message.Peter is commenting on the same Facebook post (Facebook post 1) with “Yes Video”. Then he is sent a message (or the same message).So the same person is commenting on the same Facebook posts, and each time he is commeting a specific word, then he is sent a message. Hey, so whenever I get a dm in instagram manychat triggers zapier with webhook and send the data with json format. then with ai I make a reply to the message and then I want to send that reply back to manychat and then to instagram. but I have problem while adding the data in the webhook action I tried various ways to add the data but it keeps giving me errors. so the trigger webhook works, but when im trying to send back the data to manychat it wont work.

I keep having an issue that I can’t seem to figure out why it is happening.  I set up the entire automation for a keyword to Instagram, and it tests correctly when doing the preview through Instagram.  But when I attempt to make it go live, an error message pops up that says:  “Mark this message as “comment reply” if you want to send it as a reply to a post or reel comment.”  I did that when I clicked the “Start from Scratch” area.  What am I missing?  I’m new to this, and I am sure it is a simple fix, right?

I don’t like that we don’t have the same options on TikTok like we do on Instagram. I need COMMENT to DM automations. It's pointless to ask followers to DM us first to get the automation started. Using automations is supposed to convenient for our followers. Asking them DM us first is not beneficial for conversion at all. I want to be the conversation starter in the DM not my followers.  As of right now I won’t be using not even to test out. TikTok DM aren’t used as much as Instagram in the first place.
