Hey there! I am trying to use the DM automation option on the free plan. No Pro options are in use but I am unable to “Go Live,” as it keeps forwarding me to the free trial Pro option, which ultimately charges you in 14 days. And I don’t have any live automation going on,so how do I opt out and go live in the free version?

I just signed up for Many Chat and created my first auto-DM for Instagram comments, and it's not working!I simply want to have a reply to that word in the comments and a private link sent when I comment. It's supposed to be super simple, but it doesn't work!Is there someone from support I can ask or call?THANK YOU

I'm setting up a workflow where I collect a meeting date. The meeting can be scheduled anywhere from 3 days to a week after the booking time. Regardless of when the appointment is set, I need a reminder to be triggered 12 hours beforehand—but I can’t find where to configure this. Thanks in advance to anyone who can point me in the right direction!

My follow-up smart delay isn’t working.  I have tried a few different things and had someone look into it and we cannot figure out why the delayed message isn’t sending.  Can someone help?  

I'm experiencing a problem where my flow gets stuck after the first message—none of the following messages (like email or phone number requests) are being delivered to the user.The flow is designed to collect the user's email and phone number, and then continue with the rest of the automation. It used to work fine, but now it just stops after the initial message, and nothing else is sent.I've already checked the conditions, delays, and message status, and everything seems correct. Still, the user doesn't receive the next messages.Has anyone else experienced this? Any ideas on what might be causing it or how to fix it?Thanks in advance! 

I have 2 Pro subscriptions. I think I only need one. I have one for my Facebook Business Page (PsychLife) and one for my Personal Facebook page (Lisa Csernica Rotella). When I use the Facebook Business page (PsychLife account) to connect to Instagram it says the account is already connected to my Lisa Csernica Rotella account. Do I need to cancel the personal account? Please advise.

Hey guys, this is my first post! Unfortunately with a problem.I’m setting up an AI step that should do the following:Answer questions based on an FAQ. Ask qualifying questions to schedule a visit. Gather contact information. Escalate issues when needed. Once all information has been gathered, trigger a make automation to fill hubspot forms and deals.So, for some reason, after all the questions have been answered, the fields are being saved into the wrong place: I already tried creating the AI Step again, splitting the steps into FAQ > Intake > Questions + Scheduling and nothing works.To really test this out, I created an AI step with the same Context I’ve been using and only created 1 script action asking for the full name and it didn’t save it

When I have a broadcast +automation to export contacts to a Google Sheet, is that broadcast “always running” so every time a contact opts in, it’s added to that sheet? Or do I have to manually run it again for that to happen?

I have a client who would like to have a ManyChat automation trigger when anyone comments anything on an ad (not sure if we will follow through with this idea as is, but I’m trying to gauge if it’s possible). Is there a way to do this? How does comment reply on an ad work — most of the automations I’ve built have been for organic content. Thanks!

When making an external request, with user data - it can occur that a user has typed in a sentence containing a special character like : or “. Then the external request breaks.In the picture here - you have NO idea what string it is that is “unterminated” After traversing through the data I found that one of the strings (user inputs) contained a :  Couldn’t manychat escape the variables when inserting them - or are there other work arounds to avoid this showstopper from happening?

Hello,I recently started using Manychat to manage incoming WhatsApp, Facebook and Instagram messages.I use Funnelkit Automations to manage my email funnels, automations and broadcasts. I was hoping if there is a possibility to connect it with my Funnelkit Automation Database? Like, if someone gives me their emailadress in ManyChat it gets in Funnelkit and it starts one of my active automations.ManyChat already integrates with other things like Mailerlite, convertKit etc so it should be like that.I saw also Ottokit or Zapier but I'd rather not spend even more money on third party plugins, also the more apps the more change of things going wrong. Hi everyone,I’m setting up an Instagram FAQ with AI, and I need it to respond in two languages: Czech and English.I’m currently saving the user’s language preference in a custom field called user_language, which I determine through a language selection flow via the Instagram Menu and Default Reply.Right after the trigger, I’ve added a Condition that splits the flow into a CZ or EN version based on the user_language field.However, my question is:How does the FAQ with AI know which language to respond in?Should I add an AI Step at the beginning to detect the user’s language, before entering the FAQ flow?  I’d really appreciate any tips or best practices on how to

Hello All, I’m creating a new automation where data is being passed from ManyChat to n8n. Unfortunately, everything works fine in “test” mode but, when tested from the actual trigger Whatsapp, the call is not going through to n8n. Checked credentials, API key from Manychat and whole nine yards but, nothing seemed to work. Here are all the screenshots of Maychat and n8n automations. The worst part, one of the “text” block is not even being called. TIA !!!
