 i created a dm trigger flow and it’s not working even with the test or setting it live.  the comments to dms trigger works but the dm trigger doesnt work. i even used the template they suggested any idea how to get it to fire off?   

Meu cenário:Manychat → bot de resposta inicial → abre chat → conversa com humano → humano seleciona TAG de funil de vendas.Criei uma automação para com o gatilho do nome da tag, adicionar um campo personalizado de etapa de funil ex: Fechamento e posteriormente enviar via API para o WEBHOOK personalizado do MAKE (não é para o widget do manychat do make). Porém ao selecionar a tag, a api não é acionada, apenas o gatilho.Já tentei inúmeras vezes, mas não dispara a api se eu selecionar manual, as vezes se estiver no fluxo do bot funciona, mas não é sempre...

Desde ahí puedo enviar un flujo dando la bienvenida.Hasta ahi voy bien.Ahora… lo que quiero hacer es lo siguiente. Se envia el link para suscribirse, la persona visita pero no se suscibe o no visita. Lo que quiero a las xhs mandarle un recordatorio que no lo hizo. Como puedo hacer eso? Gracias! 

Hi Everyone! I’m using the Paypal Integration for selling an Ebook. I have an issue that here in Austria, one of the payment methods (Sofort) is not directly charged like a Credit Card, so Paypal doesn’t send the webhook, and Manychat can’t send the product that has been bought. The product is paid, but it only takes a bit of more time before the money is transfered to the Paypal account. I would like to disable this Payment method in the smart button or let Manychat react to another webhook so that the customer directly get the product. I can’t find this solution anywhere in the dashboard or somewhere else. Does anyone has an idea how to fix this? Thanks a lot for your help!

I have this automation flow that triggers on each comment on posts or reels. I would like to store the comment itself as a contact property that I will process later on.Does someone know how to do that? Manychat must have this data as it can trigger the automation when the comment is posted, but for some reason I don’t know how to access the valueMany thanks! ☺️ 

I have an automation setup for when a user comments “Learn” on a Reel or Post, I send them an automated DM with a link to my free guide. Is there a way within 24 hours to send another follow up DM with something like, “Did you get it? Is there anything I can answer for you re digital marketing?” Thank you

Desde ahi tendría que borrarlos y mantenerme por debajo de 500 para mantener ese plan?Creo que había puesto para que se borraran automaticamente después de 5 dias. Pero no se si eso esta funcionando correctamente. Espero puedan ayudarme.Gracias!

We want to use a single WhatsApp Business number to receive all messages and direct them to different departments within the company as needed. Can anyone confirm if Manychat can handle this efficiently with the PRO plan? I need tips or examples on how to properly set this up. Thanks!

I have 5 comercial agents that work from WhatsApp. Can my account have those 5 employees working simultaneously and receiving an equal number os leads? And can they have access to the other comercial agent’s leads?  Is there a tutorial video or blog post teaching how to do this?

After the clients gives me the information and depending that information assing the right seller.

Acabo de comprar un numero para usar Whatssapp… peor al querer conectar a Whasap.. envia un numero  de SMS .. y obviamente no tengoni el CHIP NI LA LINEA ACTIVA EN NINGUN MOVIL .. comohagopara recuperer ese numero que pague.. y poder usar en una cuanta whatsapp ?.. pues compre lina por no tener numero dsisponible..pero memanda un sms.. a un dispositivo que tampoco tengo,,.. es ILOGICO

My SmartDelay to send a follow up instagram message does not work on any of my automations. Even when I wait the 24 hour period, check 2-3 days later, the SmartDelay still has not sent any of my follow up messages. Does anyone know how to get this trigger to work? This is my current flow: Instagram follower comments on reel > I send them an automatic DM with the link to my ebook > SmartDelay to send a follow up message 2 days later asking if they had a chance to check out the link I really appreciate any insight here. I’ve included a snapshot below of my flow as well. Thank you!   

So I’ve created a whatsapp flow. There is a step where I ask the contact to provide his/her email address. Upon previewing this in whatsapp, the flow does not continue to the end even after typing in my email address. See screenshot of the flow, and a screenshot of the whatsapp conversation. Any idea why it’s not taking me to the final step? 

Hi, I’m a beginner here. I am trying to build a lead gen flow that pre-qualifies the user. I am using Whatsapp as the channel. If I add a button to a whatsapp text message, how do I store the answer they selected as a custom user field? Example scenario: The Whatsapp message says “please select the dental treatment you are interested in” > the user selects option A How do I store that answer to the user’s contact data? Worth noting that I won’t collect the users contact info until the end of the sequence.

I’m trying to offer my clients in our Social Media Marketing a new service, where a generated lead (via Facebook etc.) gets a “welcome massage” after they signed up. My Question is, if it is possible for an Agency to manage all their clients within one Manychat account.The most important detail is, that every client we manage has their own Business Number, so they can chat with their leads after the “welcome message”.  If there is a way to do that please let me know.Thank you very much.

Además, añadí una pausa inteligente para que espere 20 horas para mandar el siguiente mensaje, y no lo hace. De hecho, algunos aparecen como “pasado”, ¿alguien sabe que quiere decir eso? Gracias,
