Quero saber porque não consigo conversar via whatsapp com meu contato apos 24h e como fazer pra que eu possa falar com ele no chat sem ter que ficar enviando mensagem pre programadas  

Hey guys,My messages are cut of. In some automations everyting is going great. And in some automations all the messages are cut of in the Instagram DM's. Today I made an automation wich it works for a part; the buttons are there, the start of the massage also, but the end of the message not. In Manychat Live Chat, it looks like as if the whole message is sent.But in the Instagram app, in the DM's, a piece of text is not present.I also asked the reciever if the got the whole message, and they didnt.Can someone help and tell me how to fix it?I dont use the Pro version yet.Have a nice day,Berdine

Hi, when someone comments on my reel the word X- he gets a link to a site Y. I want to automatically check if this person is a follower or not, and if not - to write “oh no, it seems that you don’t follow me. kindly follow & I’ll send you the link”. How can I do that?

Hello,my “Send Message” on Instagram ist not complete. Only Hi “Full Name” will be send, but not all the Text. Can anybody help me please? Why ist it so? Thanks !   

Olá, meus reels com colab não aparecem no manychat. Alguém sabe como resolver esse problema? Os reels sem colaboração aparecem normalmente então não acredito que seja um problema com as permissões dono manychat.

Em outras palavras, se eu recebesse mensagem direta, mas respondesse usando o Meta Business Suite ou o próprio aplicativo do Instagram, esse contato não seria contabilizado.Porém, agora

meu manychat não está mostrando toda a mensagem ao cliente, ele mostra uma parte apenas da mensagem, olhem o anexo pra vco~es verem, alguem pode por favor me ajudar? 

When users comment on my post or reels, I can’t send the whole message to them.It just shows up as the first line and the link. 

Estou com dificuldades na confirmação da exclusão dos contatos. É solicitada a confirmação através de “Confirme a escrita abaixo”, mas não aparece escrita nenhuma. A confirmação não é possível nem mesmo utilizando elementos da própria frase “Confirme a escrita abaixo”. Gostaria de uma orientação de alguém que saiba como resolver, se existe alguma forma de fazer a confirmação desta maneira ou realmente esta ocorrendo um erro. 

Oi, pessoal!Alguém pode tirar uma dúvida?Uso Manychat somente para automação de "Eu quero", não faço funil, não uso sequências,  nada disso…A minha dúvida é: Se eu excluir contato ou inscrito (nem sei a diferença entre eles) e num outro dia esse mesmo contato comentar em alguma outra publicação do Instagram, ele não receberá mais meu direct?? Se sim, há alguma forma de excluir o contato sem que isso aconteça??É que realmente não preciso de funil nem nada disso, mas acontece da mesma pessoa comentar em postagens diferentes.Obrigada

I understand I can create a widget for my web that opens on Meta Messenger. Where in my Manychat dashboard can I find this option? I can see the chatbot and widget in settings, but not an option to create  one. 

Uma duvida, eu crio o contato e quando envio uma mensagem da esse erro:  A última interação com este usuário foi há mais de 24 horas. Você só pode enviar um Modelo de Mensagem no momento. 

salen los mensajes con el primer renglon de la respuesta , no todo el texto es decir se puirde de enviar tos la informacion solo pone hola !me esta sucediendo hace un par de dias con todos los mensakjes

Alguém sabe resolver quando as automações estão enviando apenas a primeira linha da mensagem no direct? Envia uma resposta cortada. Não aparece o restante da mensagem.

So right now I have a bunch of old leads that I want to recontact and mass DM  I’m trying to figure out how to do so  Does anyone know what automation to set up? I set up an automation where it runs when a new tag is applied but when I apply a new tag to the old contacts it doesn’t send the automation through 

Boa noite!Alguém sabe me dizer se os fluxos para transmissões ao vivo (de whatsapp) estão desabilitados?Eu já fiz a transmissão antes, enviano uma mensagem com modelo aprovado e incluindo um fluxo e funcionou.Mas hoje não consigo enviar.Primeiro eu tentei diuplicar a campanha anterior e enviar, mas foi apenas a primeira mensagem, todo o fluxo seguinte não funcionou.Depois criei tudo do zero, achando que iria, mas também não foi enviado o fluxo. Foi enviada somente a primeira mensagem (modelo aprovado).Alguém pode me ajudar com urgÊncia? Estou no meio de um lançamento… obrigada! 

My manychat automation is up and running but only part of the message shows on Instagram with … at the end. There are only the first 4 words showing. Screenshot to illustrate. You cannot click on the message to show more - this is all the receiver is seeing! How do I fix this???? 

Hi there! I'm currently running an automation that sends people a download link after they interact with my Instagram Ad.It's working great for 95% of people, which get to the last message with the download link and when clicked, are redirected to an external website. But, 5% of people are not being redirected, instead they are getting an automatic message saying "Get updates" or it's translated version depending on the UI language option (attached a french example) which is not even present in any of our steps. I don't know why or where this is coming from. Have you ever had an issue like this? 

My Instagram DM messages are only showing the first two lines of the message as well as the button. It was working before but just stopped out of the blue. Anybody know how to fix this issue? 

 Manychat triggering the DM, after a comment on post but it’s not sending the full message. Does anybody facing the same issue? Attaching the screenshots for reference. From last 2 days I’m facing this issue. Last one month it worked well like second image(it usually send full message), but from past 2 days facing the issue like in First image message error(Sending only first line of message).  

I have more than one IG account, and I could really use Manychat on my other accounts also. Is it possible to connect more than one IG account to Manychat?

Can I connect 2 of my Instagram accounts to my pro account. If yes, how do I do that? I tried connecting and went through all the steps and it did not connect my second Instagram account
