For some unknown reason, I can not see most of the comments on my Instagram when I see from my own ID. But I can see them through a different account, on the same video.  For these particular “accounts” (which are about 95% of all comments) - Manychat automation is also NOT triggered. How do I fix this?I don’t know who to blame! Instagram or Manychat? Initially I thought that these people might not be my followers, hence the error. That is also NOT the case.  Please help me, what should I do?

Can I use a Brazilian number in Manychat whatsapp? Brazil didn’t show up in the list of countries.

Buenos dias si accedo a la prueba de 14 días del plan pro gratuito…Cuantos contactos pueden ingresar para mantener el plan de $15? Son 500? No quisiera pasar de plan al de $25.Entonces si comprendo bien tendria que estar atenta a ese numero de contactos.Y en caso de usar el gratuito y llegar a 1000 contactos. Luego pasa al plan pro de $15 y dice 500 contactos, son sumados a los 1000 o ahi habría que borrar para mantenerse por debajo d elos 500? Me confunde un poco eso. Gracias

I’m attempting to load my WhatsApp business number into ManyChat. I currently have that number loaded on my iOS WhatsApp Business app. When I try to integrate it into ManyChat, i get the following error:This number is registered to an existing WhatsApp account. To use this number, disconnect it from the existing account. Then, return to this page and re-enter the number. Note: It may take up to 3 minutes for the number to become available. Learn more.Does this mean i have to remove it from my WhatsApp business app in order to load it on ManyChat? If so, how would I be able to receive calls from that number on my phone? And, does this mean i’ll lose all of my current conversations on the app?What would be the process (if any) to 1) integrate the number into ManyChat as well as be able to access the number on our company phone under the WhatsApp Business app so that we can continue receiving phone calls?

I’ve created a quiz through a Manychat template, using actions to increase points and conditions to match the results but it seems that the points through the quiz are not summed, in fact the results at the end of the quiz it’s always the same no matter which option has previously been picked. Is there any trick i’m missing?

I need to send my customers a reminder from time to time via whatsapp. It has to go at a particular time on the date that they have chosen to attend a Masterclass I am conducting. I know that I can create an whatsapp contact via API and then trigger a flow to send a message but I want to send messages multiple times as reminder. What’s the best way to go about this case? If there’s an API call that can trigger a message or a particular flow then it would be helpful. The logic of the time of calling this API can be taken care of in my CRM. Example:- A customer registers for the workshop on Monday. I have to send him a reminder at 4:00 PM on Thursday. 

Hi 👋 I have a Whatsapp flow which asks the user a series of Yes/No questions. When using Messenger or Instagram flows, it’s easy to create natural ‘breaks’ or pauses with User Input prompts and the Multiple Choice option, but Whatsapp doesn’t have the Multiple Choice option. The issue is, that when I use a text block with buttons in Whatsapp, the flow continues to run, even if the user doesn’t provide any input so we don’t get a response to every question and the user experience is terrible. I’ve reverted to a fallback of User Input with text, asking the user to reply with Y or N, but this is also not acceptable UX. I though there may be a way to use conditions, only moving to the next step once the previous answer has a value, but I haven’t been able to make this work either. Is there any other way to ‘pause’ the automation until the user provides input using buttons in a Whatsapp flow?Thanks in advance,Wayne

 I'm currently having trouble with my Chatbot...I've created it using Open AI, Manychat, and Make Automation. As I was testing out a flow I notice some things were off so I deleted the stuff I added and it was back to normal...Well at least I thought it was. Now I have random messages sending even after turning the trigger off and remove what was no longer needed from the flow. If there's any way someone could help me I would appreciate it 🙏🏽

Hi! I set up automations to have those quick reply’s in DM, when someone comments on my post. It worked for 2 or 3 times, now I would like to set up a 6th automation, but when I try to set up a trigger, the button at the left corner is switched off and a message appears” You can not activate the widget on the Free plan. Upgrade to Pro for unlimited access”. I don’t use any pro elements in my trigger, is very simple. (Comment “webinar” and you get the link to webinar in DM) Also I’ve notice some off my automations are switched off at the moment, and when I want to switch them on, I can see a notification saying “set up trigger to activate”, but when I do, I’m going back to “You can not activate the widget on the Free plan. Upgrade to Pro for unlimited access”I know free plan it’s up to 1000 users, but only few people clicked on my message on instagram before.Thanks for any help!  

I have an automation set up and I tested it multiple different ways and noticed if I do not click on the button to go to an outside link that message gets sent twice. If I do click the button everything works as it should.  How do we stop the message from being sent if they don’t click on the button in the message? The ones “circled” below are the ones firing off twice - these are also linked to outside links such as facebook group, addevent calendar, and a meditation.  

Hi,I have set up an automated acknowledge for messages on Instagram, and every time “Automation powered by manychat” is added and I cannot remove it in my settings on manychat (or I haven’t found a way to do so).It just looks very unprofessional to me, if I send an acknowledge to clients I work with.I’ve seen other accounts use automation and they don’t have this extra comment added.Is there even a way to remove this notification, if I use a free account?If yes, please let me know if you know how to remove it. :) Thank you.Kind regardsTina

Eu crio muitos conteúdos onde eu peço para a pessoa comentar nos meus reels, para que eu envie conteúdo no direct da pessoa. Mas hoje eu vi um rapaz que eu comentei no reels dele, ele me enviou o direct no instagram, mas ele só libera o conteúdo se eu estivesse seguindo ele. Se não, ele não disponibiliza o conteúdo prometido. Eu não sabia que isso era possível, e gostaria de fazer o mesmo no perfil.

Galera! Não tem pra mim a opção de COBRANÇA, nem tampouco para cancelar a conta pró. Como resolver isso, senão tem suporte ou algo do tipo?  EU PRECISO CANCELAR ISSO DE IMEDIATO… 

Hey guys, I've been trying to set a custom field using Make <> Manychat and it worked. But the problem is, the date format is not being set in the right format, because it looks like Manychat does not accept the formatting I chose and sent from Make. I found a way to format the button variable inside Manychat! But now my problem is, the button name using the variable custom field is not being accepted, it says: "Button Title is longer than 20 symbols", when it's really not. If I format with only Day in the date, it is still giving the same error message. Anyone here can help?
