Hi, I’m trying to connect my Instagram account @itsstackd to my ManyChat workspace for Stackd, but I keep getting “Showit & SquareSpace Website Designer already connected to ItsStakd.” That connection is to an old workspace I can no longer access, because the login was tied to hello@itstakd.com, an email I deleted. Meta has confirmed the connection (Business portfolio: itsstackd, ID 1578499120179205; Instagram: @itsstackd, ID 17841475519930183). Could you please release @itsstackd from the old workspace so I can connect it to my current one? I can verify ownership with my ABN and business details.

Hello,  This query is concerning the comment-to-DM feature on Manychat. A person who commented under our post with the trigger word got the DM in their inbox, but the DM lacked the button with the link. Has this happened to other accounts? They sent a screenshot and the message shows no link/button - however, on our end, it does show the message with a link/button. Any thoughts on why this has happened and what can be done to fix this? Thank you!

Hi Guys,i set my first automations in manychat an connect with my instagram account but when i comment a post/reel oder send direct message there is no automatic respond. I refresh the Permissions but not work.Has someone a clue wheres the problem is.

Hello! I’m setting up Manychat for the first time on the Free plan, using Microsoft Edge on Windows.I select “See More Options” → “Connect Via Instagram”. After approving access, I repeatedly receive this error:“Something’s not quite right… Your account might not support this method yet.”What I have already checked: My Instagram account is professional. “Allow access to messages” is enabled under Connected tools. Manychat-IG appears as active in Instagram’s Apps and Websites settings, with profile and message access granted. Comments and Insights permissions were disabled because I only need DM automation. The Manychat AI support assistant said these permissions are not required for this connection method. Reloading Manychat and repeating authorization gives the same error. I do not have a Facebook account or Facebook Page. After choosing “Explore Without Connecting”, the dashboard still says “Connect Instagram to get started”. There is no “Refresh Permissions” option in my Help

My automations have not been working for the last week. I have refreshed permissions, mulitple times, disconnected MC from my Meta Business Suite and then readded it and then refreshed permissions again and it it still isn’t working. I created a ticket last week. Someone got back to me, I responed and never heard back. This is really frustrating. And for some reason, I am not able to create a new ticket to ask for more help… Can someone please tell me how to get in touch with someoe who can help? Thank you!

Hey Manychat Community 👋 Great news for everyone running Click-to-WhatsApp ads: when someone messages you from one of your ads, you now get a longer window to reply and a longer window to keep the conversation going for free. You can also send service messages at any point while that free window is open.🌟 Key Benefits:More time to reply: You now have 7 days (instead of 24 hours) to respond to the first message from a Click-to-WhatsApp ad. More time to talk for free: Once you reply, a 7-day free window opens (instead of 3 days), and you can send marketing, utility, and service messages at no cost. Service messages whenever you need them: Send them at any time during the free window, even if the 24-hour customer service window is closed. No hit to your allowance: Service messages sent during these windows don’t count toward your 1,000 free monthly service conversations.🚀 How it works:Someone clicks your Click-to-WhatsApp ad and sends you a message. You reply for free within 7 days wit

Hey everyone 👋I’ve been trying to connect my Instagram account @ghadaodehcoach to ManyChat for weeks and keep getting the “Request Sent” message (screenshot attached). Here’s what I’ve already done:✅ Verified that my Instagram and Facebook Page are both under the same Meta Business Manager (Ghada Odeh | Health & Wellness Coach)✅ I have full admin access to both✅ Removed and re-added ManyChat under Facebook Business Integrations✅ Tried reconnecting through “Connect with Meta Business Suite”✅ Logged in with the correct Facebook profile (the one that owns the Page + Business Manager)Everything looks perfect in Meta, but ManyChat still says “Request Sent” and won’t connect. From what I’ve read, this usually means ManyChat still has a “ghost” link to my Instagram business ID in an old workspace. Could someone from the team please help manually unlink/reset my Instagram so I can reconnect it cleanly?Thank you so much — I’ve looped through this setup for months and would love to finally ge

Does anyone have a email collection flow that works well with mail chimp?

Does anyone know if Manychat works for close friends posts? I’m just trying to test out whether or not manychat will work using an external redirect link and don’t want to post this publicly. Thank you!

I need help connecting my Facebook Page  to my Manychat account. Here is the issue:My Manychat profile i I already successfully connected/authenticated my Facebook profile with Manychat. When I select Facebook Messenger → Add New Account, Manychat says:“We haven't found Facebook Pages managed by you.” However, when I check Facebook, clearly appears under Pages I manage using the same Facebook profile,  I also selected “I can't see the Page I want”, but the Page still does not appear in Manychat. I have previously used Manychat's free trial, so I would also like to confirm whether my previous trial/account status is affecting the connection. I do not want to create a new Facebook Page. I want to connect my existing  Page. Please help me determine why the Page is not being detected by Manychat and what needs to be done to connect it.Thank you.

I’m trying a Make scenario that’s supposed to check if a contact exists, and if not - create it.It created it just find the first time, then I changed something and wanted to check again, so I deleted the contact. The problem is that now Make still finds the contact, with status “deleted”, so it won’t create a new one, but also won’t let me send anything to the contact, because of its status. I can’t change the status, because the contact doesn't show up in my “Contacts” tab.Is there a way to actually delete a contact completely, or at least restore a deleted contact?

Hey everyone!I’m having an issue trying to upgrade a client's ManyChat account to Pro. I keep getting the error 'You have insufficient rights to manage page billing. Please reach out to one of the page administrators.' I am logged in as the owner/admin with full access, but the platform won't let me proceed.Same happens if I am logged in as myself, with Admin rights.Because the account is currently on the Free plan, I can't reach human support to resolve it. Has anyone dealt with this error and found a fix? Thanks*Never had a business making it so hard to give them my money lol

Hi everyone, I’m trying to troubleshoot an issue with ManyChat Default Reply and I’m hoping someone here has experienced something similar.I created a simple Default Reply automation that should respond whenever someone sends a DM that doesn’t match any of my other specific automations. The problem started after I previously connected ManyChat AI and added the client’s Knowledge Base. It seems like the AI is still somehow interfering with the Default Reply, even though I’ve already removed everything related to it.I’ve already tried: Turning off ManyChat AI Deleting the Knowledge Base Removing the AI instructions/prompts Deactivating the AI-related setup But the issue is still happening. The Default Reply isn’t behaving consistently, and it seems like something is still intercepting or processing the incoming messages before the Default Reply can respond properly. What I’m trying to figure out is:Is there another location in ManyChat where the AI, Knowledge Base, or AI behavior nee

I wanted to ask why PartnerStack didn’t approve my application to become an affiliate partner. I was previously a partner, but I had to apply for the program again, and this time my application wasn’t approved.

Hola, comunidad.

We are a GmbH, a VAT-registered German company. Manychat has started charging VAT on our subscription. Under current regulations, Manychat, as a company registered in the United States, does not have to charge VAT for B2B transactions. I have already filled in the company’s VAT ID in the payment settings, but Manychat still continues to charge VAT.Where exactly can we enable B2B reverse-charge billing and avoid VAT being charged on future invoices? In my Pro account, I do not have a button to contact support.
