Hola hola, espero que estén súper bien. Soy Daniel de Costa Rica y estoy aprendiendo esto tan chiva de los chatbost. Estoy creando el chatbot para un pequeño emprendimiento en mi pueblo y necesito crear un ticket único para descargar una cotización cada vez que un cliente me escriba. He hecho todo el proceso y ya logré crear un ticket súpero único y personalizado pero cuando le pido a la plataforma que me traiga datos de Google Sheets me trae la primera vez que el cliente escribió y no la última como lo necesito. Intenté hacer que Manychat buscara en la columna de la fecha pero por alguna razón con ese campo de usuario no trae datos. ¿Alguien me podría ayudar? Porque tengo mucho en stop por este tema y me urge poder resolverlo. 🙏🏻 Por aquello mi whats es 50687251584 por si me quieren ayudar por allá, yo se los agradecería mucho.

So i am working on a instagram dm automation where i wish to showcase products catergories using dynamic buttons. I am currently using zapier to fetch the products data from my wix store using a webhook block, then transforming those into the format that the official documentation wants using the code by zapier block. The documentattion that im following is (dynamic message documentation for instagram)Theres a manychat block in zapier with the action called “send dynamic message” which takes in the user id and the json in the format that this documentation has asked to write it in. However, no matter what i do it just wouldnt let my json pass through. Im trying to make reminders to clients on whatsapp.for example i want to make a reminder sent at exactly 21:00 but the smart delay only lets me choose 21:00 to 22:00.what does it mean? that it will send the message at a random time between 21:00 to 22:00? or if possible it will send at 21:00? how exactly does this work and also is there any way to set a specific time for a message to be sent within the workflow or just a range?

I made a JSON request to a payment platform, and this platform returns a Pix "copy and paste" code.My issue is: The platform returns a string containing the payment code, and this variable is sent through a Telegram bot to the user. So far, no problems. The issue arises when the user tries to paste the code into their banking app, as the code comes with "https://" in front of it.I need the code to be sent in the chat as plain text, not as a URL link.

I have purchased a WhatsApp number through Manychat, So if some see’s my WhatsApp message and try to call me through the Manychat number, will that call get transferred to my whatsapp number or will I even get the call?  

Manychat currently tells us that we are billed for the total number of contacts that we have under our contacts list. When I want an user to be excluded from the billing list, is it okay if I simply unsubscribe the user or do I delete them ?

Hey, my clients use refferal link, and when they click it, it sends first message multiple times. I’m using Manychat for 3 years, and it has never happened to me. I used refreshed permissions and still didn’t fix the issue. What should I do?

Is it possible to schedule an automation to go live instead of going live immediately? 

We want to create a workflow that triggers when a user posts a comment on Facebook or Instagram. The idea is to evaluate the comments using ChatGPT to determine whether they are positive or negative. However, I can't find an option to use the comment as a variable anywhere. The user's last message appears to refer to a Messenger message. Is there an option to use comments in the same way? For example, as part of a ChatGPT prompt, similar to how messages are used? So the effect is supposed to be that if the comment is positive, I send message no. 1 and if negative, message no. 2. etc. There is no problem with using this logic in messages. Since you can use the last message as a variable in the chatgpt prompt.

I'm new to ManyChat and I'm having trouble getting my page to respond to user interactions. I've set up conversation starters and buttons, but they aren't appearing. I've also tried setting up welcome messages, but those aren't showing up either. When a user clicks 'Get Started,' my page doesn't respond or provide any information. Can someone please provide me a solution to this issue

Hello everyone!I'm going through a very annoying issue. When the user interacts with the flow I created on Manychat, triggering any kind of action, at certain moments in the flow, some buttons appear duplicated.Buttons from the beginning of the flow are showing up along with buttons from the middle or the end of the flow.It's funny because when the user leaves the conversation and comes back, the duplicated buttons disappear.Is anyone else experiencing this problem? I can't take it anymore, I don't know if it's a bug with Instagram or with Manychat itself, because the flow built in Manychat is perfectly correct.Can someone help me?

I would like to know if I can set up the automation to send a DM when someone comments on a reel where I am listed as a collaborator. Thanks

Estoy parado con la implementación de un chatbot para Whatsapp. El punto es que desde el Dashborad de manychat  funciona, pero no lo puedo hacer funcionar en la práctica desde Whatsapp, Facebook me dice: "Restringimos tu negocio" pero lo peor es que dentro de las razones de la restricción dice :"Ejemplo de cosas que no permitimos:Automatizaciones que imitan la actividad humana.Automatizaciones que disminuyen la actividad humana auténtica". Esto es justo lo que se hace con, por ejemplo manychat?.Entiendo que NO es problema de manychat, pero obtener una respuesta de Meta indicando puntualmente el porque de la restricción es imposible, y hay miles de posibilidades.Alguna sugerencia? Hi Manychat! Update (28 Nov): This issue has been resolved We are aware of an incident affecting the deliverability of WhatsApp messages: When a conversation is initiated through an Ad on Facebook or IG, the WhatsApp Keyword Trigger does not activate as expected, preventing the Automation from starting. Users must type the keyword again to receive the message. Hello, I want to start an automation for any message written to me via Instagram direct message. But the automation should only be triggered once for each user. How can I create the condition for this trigger? Because we want to enable further communication with our followers on DM, we don’t want the automated answer every time they write something. Only once, first when they contact us. How can I solve the loop problem.
