I have an automation when a lead sends me a WhatsApp message.But sometimes, my client takes over the conversation and assigns to him.How can I immediately remove this user from the automation?

I have set u my 1st automation. It is delivering a lead generator.  How do I deliver the document immediately after they entered their email address?

Please help.I am trying to understand how to use a sequence to send follow-up messages when a subscriber downloads a free guide I’ve offered.An Automation can handle the delivery of the freebie. Then I want to wait 24 hours and ask them if they received it. Then I want to follow up every 24 hours, up to 8 times, until they reply. I thought I could do this with a sequence but the interface is not intuitive.I see that I can add a new “message” and set the schedule. However, each “message” seems to be an entire automation on its own. Ok, I can set it to just contain 1 message and then go back to the the steps list. What blocks me is that it asks for a trigger action. I could expect to attach the entire sequence to the adding of a tag in an automation. That makes sense. But it asks for a trigger for each “message” (step) in the sequence. That doesn’t make sense to me.Thank you in advance!

Ive created a simple flow to my messenger. I’ve setup the handoff in Facebook, refreshed permissions and previewed in Manychat. It all appears ok but when I comment on a post it doesn't trigger. Ive gone through each step carefully and still not working. Also now when I try to post it gives me an error and won’t post.Any ideas. Thank youWilliam

Hello everyone,I’m setting up an automation using Make and ManyChat, following this flow:A user fills out a form on a landing page. The form automatically populates a new row in a Google Sheets spreadsheet. Make has a “Watch New Rows” trigger, which creates a new user in ManyChat using some information from the spreadsheet. From there, we move to ManyChat, where I have an automation triggered by “new user added.” This automation is supposed to send a message (authorized template) directly to the user, starting the conversation.It seems the Make part is working fine, as the new user is successfully created in ManyChat. However, the automation does not trigger, and we are unable to send the message to the user.Any idea what might be going wrong?Screenshot from Make:

They have run into issues with unsubscribed/litigator emails in other platforms and want to ensure that we can sync their list of known litigators and unsubscribed emails with their ManyChat platform.Is there a global suppression/blacklist feature in ManyChat? And if so, is there a way to automatically update this list via API or in another automated way? I am not familiar with the ManyChat platform/interface, so any insight on this would be appreciated.

You have a really great platform, but you decided to remove the Russian language. This is the advantage because of which I chose your platform among others. If the decision to remove the Russian language is related to Russia's aggression against Ukraine, then I am against the war, I am very sorry, I do not support Russia's actions and I do not live in Russia. But my native language is Russian and it is more convenient and much faster for me to work with services that have Russian language. My clients are mostly Russian and Turkish speaking. I like your platform very much, I would not want to switch to another service. And I am sure that I am not the only one. Many people of different nationalities speak Russian (Ukrainians, Kazakhs, Moldovans, Belarusians, Tatars, Chechens, Bashkirs, Uzbeks and many others). Please do not remove the Russian language.

I uploaded reel without caption, The automation worked perfectly. Person got reply of comment and link in the DM but when I added caption automation stopped working. I tried every step but nothing worked!

Why does automation sometimes fail for boosted posts on IG?

Não há notificação dentro no status no ManyChat (como se a automação de mensagem estivesse funcionando sem problemas) o que ocorre? Uma automação que estava funcionando normalmente simplesmente falhar sem aparente motivo e parar de enviar as menagens. Aguardo  obrigada 

So I’ve set a simple automation that is supposed to do the following: If a follower indicates that they have never visited a restaurant, then I want Manychat to send a canned message and a link to the menu.Right now, I have the current flow setup:Identify if the person is a follower Identifying the intent (using ManyChat of the follower) of the follower’s message If the message indicates that the follower has never been to the restaurant, then the flow will see that the follower has never been to the restaurant Sending a DM response to the follower, telling them to visit, and sharing a link to the menu The problem:I have multiple examples where the follower has indicated that they have been to the restaurant before, or want to do something different like place an order.  When this happens, the flow sends them the automation, which should not happen.

With Meta cracking down on engagement baiting on Facebook, what are some of the best practices to optimally utilize ManyChat?  I had to change my ManyChat strategy on Facebook after being flagged for engagement baiting a few months back.  I’m running a promo this week and would like to incorporate ManyChat on both Instagram and Facebook.  IG is going great but I’m hesitant to use it on FB.
