Hola!! Necesito ayuda!Llevo 3 días intentando crear campañas de META ADS con JSON (lo hago de manera habitual) y me ha desaparecido la opción de seleccionar en META de seleccionar aplicación con socio. Me he dado cuenta que se ha desvinculado de Manychat la api de conversiones y no me deja logearme ni con token ni añadiendo la cuenta de META… por lo que no puedo conectar mis campañas con los flujos de Manychat, ¿alguien tiene el mismo problema? ¿cómo puedo solucionarlo?Gracias!

Hi! I’ve been using Manychat for 2 weeks now and suddenly new automations are not working. I tried refreshing Instagram connection, but new automations still don’t work. All the previous ones do, however I am not able to create any new that is working. All seems fine in Manychat console but when I comment a keyword, no message is delievered. I double-checked keyword spelling and it should work on every post and reel. Any ideas what is the problem here?

Hi all,  When I ‘m testing an Automation with a Messenger List in Android, the Messenger List does not show; instead only the text above it shows. When I ‘m testing the same Automation on a desktop (Windows) everything works as expected and both the Messenger List and the text above it show. In the image below, when tested on Android, only the “Welcome to our list” shows when I test the Automation and the Messenger List disappears. Has anyone experienced a similar issue?  Thanks 

Problem description:I connected my WhatsApp Business account to ManyChat.After disconnecting the account from ManyChat, I can no longer use WhatsApp: I cannot access either the Business or the standard version. I already tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app and verifying via SMS/phone call. Every time I try to log in, I get the message: “WhatsApp is currently unavailable. Please try again in 1 hour.” Question:What should I do to reactivate my WhatsApp account and be able to use it normally (even without ManyChat)?

Hey!  I am connected to Meta and am currently linked correctly to my insta account, but I am struggling to get my ads running with an Engagement ad. I created the automation it is it live, but I for some reason I’m getting an error message on Meta. Thanks! 

Is there a way to have voice note for data collection? The reason I ask is because I want to be able to use the action on reply and the if contact has not responded options.Thanks

Olá pessoal! 👋 Estou com uma dúvida mais técnica sobre automação no WhatsApp pelo ManyChat e gostaria de saber se existe algum tutorial ou vídeo oficial que explique esse cenário.Hoje tenho uma automação configurada com resposta padrão / gatilho , e o comportamento é o seguinte:• O bot responde normalmente quando o cliente entra no fluxo • Porém, se o cliente manda outra mensagem depois de alguns minutos (ex: 5, 10, 30 minutos) ou até no dia seguinte , o bot não responde mais automaticamente• Ele só volta a responder se o cliente digitar exatamente uma palavra-chave ou clicar em um botãoO problema é que, para o cliente, isso gera a expectativa de que qualquer mensagem enviada continue uma conversa , como acontece no Instagram ou Messenger — e isso está impactando bastante a conversão.Minhas dúvidas são:

I understand recurring notifications were being phased out, and this finally hit my pages yesterday. I was under the impression that when these were phased out id be able to use ‘marketing messages’ as a replacement means of contacting inquirers outside the 24 hour window. Now i can no longer send recurring notifications, but i also dont have access to ‘marketing messages’, so i have no way of contacting users outside the 24 hr window. Does anyone have any further information about why i cannot do this?

Ive a long time trying to change profile name but only email is possible to change. the name is from a people that was not on the team a long time ago, but name still there. 

I just joined manychat to connect to my instagram and it keeps telling me I am already connected ~~ Joyous is already connected to Joyous ~ it says… but cannot figure out how to connect… I do not see anywhere on my IG that it shows connected to manychat and I am so confused.

Hey there, I just set up my account and have an issue. I like the auto-DM new followers option. But I don't want to try and get their email immediately. I want to start a chat/conversation with them first (this often leads to business). But it isn't letting me remove the "add button" to request email.Is this available only in the paid option? Or is there a workaround?

buena noche al momento de armar el flujo de la automatización sale todo muy bien pero el botón de live no lo puedo usar necesito saber como hacerlo jalar ya que ocupo que cuando le den click a el anuncio que redirecciona a WA Api entre la automatización ya le puse en el disparador que funcione cuando le den click a mi anuncio pero no jala solo se activa cuando le pongo al disparador cuando me manden mensaje directo a el numero de WA APi y lo mismo pasa con messenger e IG no puedo hacer halar el automatizador cuando le dan click a el anuncio que tengo en el administrador de anuncios de META (no puedo poner live el flujo) de antemano muchas gracias 

Hi Please can someone help as other posts don’t seem to solve my concern and not sure why there isn’t a support function…? None of my new automations work, I have a paid account, there’s only one word etc all the other problems I’ve seemed to gone through on here but still nothing? Reply to comments also isn’t working? And the accounts are linked. Any advice would be great thanks x

Is anyone else experiencing this with Manychat? A screen that says "Let's confirm you are human" keeps popping up for me. It happens after I leave the screen idle for about 5 minutes. Is this a common issue, or is it a problem with my account?

Hi, I have an empty ManyChat account tied to this email. I need to delete this workspace to free up the email so I can use it on my main account. How can I delete this workspace if I don’t see a delete option?

Instagram ads are no longer clicking into the bot flow directly from ads.  Even with all the correct settings and partner ads chosen.Meta has stopped the lead with a pop up screen which causes most of the leads to bail.  This is costing everyone a lot of money.  The IG ads used to be a single tap redirect from the ad to the flow.  Now Meta is presenting the user with this: Most at this point leave the ad bc they don’t know what to do.Very few will tap on ‘message streampremiere’ which actually takes them to the bot flow.Anyone left could send a message in the blank box which also doesn’t send them to their message they just sent. It gives them a fast pop up at the bottom of their screen to view what they just sent. At that point I have to then try to prompt them with a keyword to get into the bot flow.  Mo

Estou usando o Manychat na versão gratuita, porém desde ontem, toda vez que vou ativar um fluxo ele me diz que não posso ativar  na versão free. Eu faço fluxo e configuro para ativar com um comentário em um post do Instagram. Não tenho palavras chaves cadastradas, digo que qualquer palavra ativará o gatilho. Preciso de ajuda. =(

Em 16/02/2026 fui surpreendido com bloqueio/“Acesso negado” ao entrar (print: {"0":"Acesso negado","state":true}). Recebi apenas resposta automática do suporte — sem justificativa nem instruções. Meu WhatsApp (WABA) é um número dos EUA e só acesso via ManyChat (API oficial). Não consigo operar nem extrair leads/conversas. Tenho campanhas ativas no Facebook/Meta Ads direcionando para esse WhatsApp e estou tendo prejuízo imediato. Segue print ao tentar acessar a conta   

Hi, I have an account which had quite old connection (Dec 2025), and only recently started using it. It says that connection is all good, yet messages and contacts don’t show, and sending messages doesn’t work because there is no contacts. I tried refreshing the permissions and still nothing.Does anyone know what may be the issue
