Hi, What is going on with the new pricing structure?It’s confusing, previously you paid for active contacts within your account and these accumulated.Now its based on the number of contacts who are engaged during that monthly billing period? Is that correct.That may work out cheaper for some but the cost per contact is substantially higher.Previously you had a pricing calculator (slider) but that's now been removed.Am I seeing this correctly??

It just stopped working. How it was: a person comments on reel, gets reply, then gets dm, clicks button - subscription check - gets a link. Now only already following and having chat with me before get normal dm after reply on comment. Other people don't get dm and they ask me to send again because they don't see anything. Meanwile what I see - "You messaged ____ sbout a comment they made on your post" then nothing and "You can send one message in this request. Once they accept, you can send more messages"Why I and people don't see dm,? It worked before perfectly! I already renewed everything.

I set up automations and added them to a sequence once they finished the automation.Why do the automations say "stopped" if i never stopped them. I also don't see the option to turn them back on.

I published a post yesterday and set up a ManyChat automation so that when someone comments with a specific keyword, they should receive a DM and a public reply on the Post .However, I checked earlier today and the automation isn’t firing. There were two additional people who commented with the keyword, but they didn’t receive either the DM or the public reply.I’ve already tried: Refreshing permissions Creating a new copy of the automation Logging out and back in Confirming the automation is live None of these have fixed the issue. Has anyone experienced this before or knows what else I can check? I have already submit the support ticket and they’re not getting back to me!!  

My card is working and active. I have made payments to manychat using the same card for the previosu months as well but since yesterday - even though i renew subscription (pay with link and pay without link - tried both methods), it processes the card successfully only to bring me back on the dashboard page and there i see the renew subscription message again. No error, no payment failed, no card declined message -  just shows me the the renew subscription message box again. HiI have set up a ManyChat automation for Instagram that if a person comments on any post, reel or story that they will receive a message and a link to a downloadable.The automation is working on some posts but not the main post that has the call to action for my followers.I have set up the automation again for that specific post and it is still not working.I have refreshed permissions but don’t think that is the issue as the automation is working on other posts just not the specific post I would like it to work for. 

How are doing follow ups with this 24h restriction?People are all the time in their phones not emails so i want to nurture AND CONVERT THEM INSIDE MANYCHAT and this happens every 3 days at first then every 5 daysCan you share how are you doing so or template that i can use Thank you

I created a system with manychat + n8n. However, manychat gives random data without waiting for the data coming from n8n.What kind of solution can I apply for this?When I asked GPT about the issue, it said that manychat is timing out, so it does not wait for the data from n8n.

I tried to create an automation where: User comments on my reel  User gets a DM from me. The message will be like “Hey thanks for the interest. Could you tell me abit about your goals and challenges? this will help me see if my coaching is the right fit for you”  Wait for user to reply.  When they reply, I send another message: “Thank you, I will get back to you ASAP”  If they don’t reply, I don’t send the second message. Its not working because its asking me to mark the message as “Private Reply”. And when I marked as Private reply, it can only send the first message and use the button to trigger the second message.  Any one having the same issue or if anyone have any suggestions, pls let me know. I’d appreciate it! 

Hey guys, is it possible that I can manually add a tag to multiple contacts and that will work as a trigger for my new automation flow. Actually we are providing a free demo session, so for the people who registered and joined the demo session online and I want to send them the message.  As manychat won’t be able to know who joined and who did not (atleast without the Zoom API and I don’t want to dig deeper for now as it is our first time), I am thinking to manually add the tag to the ones who joined. Now that “Tag is applied to a Contact” will work as a trigger and the automation message is sent to them automatically and the flow is being continued.  I tried this… but it is not working. I have checked all the basic things to make sure I am not doing some mistake.

Hi everyone,I run an agency, and i want to purchase ManyChat accounts for my clients under my business, but I’m wondering if I would still be eligible for affiliate commissions for these accounts. Since I would be the one making the purchases by adding accounts to my profile. would I still qualify for the affiliate program, or do commissions only apply when clients purchase each with a different email and profile through my affiliate link?Has anyone else had experience with this, or is there a clear guideline from ManyChat on how this works? Hi everyone!I’m trying to connect my Instagram Opening Message to a Smart Delay inside a private reply flow, but ManyChat isn’t letting me link the two blocks.Here’s what I’m trying to do: IG Opening Message → Smart Delay (23 hours) → Next Step But I can’t seem to connect the Opening Message to the Smart Delay when it’s set as a private reply. Is there something I’m missing, like a setting, channel type, or a different block I should be using to trigger the delay?Would really appreciate any tips or screenshots if you’ve set this up before!

I have a configuration that triggers an external request whenever the value of a user field changes, but when looking at the received requests I see that on average this event is not fired in 35% of the cases.

I am unable to configure the Goal Conversions API. I followed Manychat's step-by-step instructions to configure it, but every time I enter my Data Set ID and the Token generated by META, it always gives an error saying “Invalid conversion API credentials”. How to solve this problem?

Hi ManyChat community, I’m hoping to get help resolving an issue with the Meta Conversions API connection in ManyChat. When I paste the Dataset ID and a freshly generated access token into:ManyChat → Settings → Messenger → Meta Conversions APIand click Enable, I receive the error:“Invalid Conversions API credentials.” Additionally, when I click Open Events Manager from within ManyChat, it consistently opens an Events Manager tied to a different ad account/business than the one I’m trying to connect. This is not the business or dataset I want to use. What I’ve already tried Confirmed the token is generated from the correct Meta business and dataset Tried both setup options: Set up with Dataset Quality API Set up without Dataset Quality API Refreshe

Several days ago, ManyChat suddenly started automating responses 50% or less on all my automations. I’ve put in two Critical tickets...but no response. Worst customer service experience and there’s no urgency on their end at all. Is anyone else having this issue as of 12-15-25? Does anyone have any suggestions?I’ve contacted Meta/Facebook and they don’t see any issues on their end. I’ve refreshed connections, tried a new automation...and the issue persists. Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.Thanks

Olá. Minha conta foi encerrada com essas informações. Ao verificar a seção 7. Usos Proibidos eu não encontrei nada que possa ter feito que tenha encerrado a conta ou que tenha quebrado alguma regra ou politica. Isso me deixa frustrado. Ao falar com o suporte por e-mail pedi que verificassem com a segurança para entender o que eu fiz de errado para que nas minhas futuras contas isso não aconteça mais (e também pra saber o que fiz de errado), mas eles não podem passar essa informação… Ou seja, eu não encontrei nada que quebre os Termos de Serviço na minha conta, mas mesmo assim ela foi encerrada. Ao criar uma outra conta e salvar os fluxos de mensagem que tinha aqui, essa conta nova também foi encerrada automaticamente depois de salvar os fluxos.  Agora fico na duvida: excluo os fluxos e crio um novo? Como saber onde eu errei?  Alguém já passou por isso?

We are experiencing an issue with WhatsApp messages sent by users to our business account.Several users report that when they send messages, the messages remain with the clock icon (pending) and are not delivered to our WhatsApp Business / ManyChat inbox.Details: The issue happens with inbound messages from users. The messages stay in “sending” state (clock icon). No reply is triggered in ManyChat. This occurs intermittently with different users. Our WhatsApp Business account is connected to ManyChat and uses Meta’s Cloud API. What we have already checked: WhatsApp Business account is active and verified. ManyChat connection is active. No recent changes were made to the integration. Internet connection is stable.

Hello, we'd like some clarification regarding the performance of your systems.Since we need to activate the chatbot on some pages of large global brands, we want to be cautious and ensure thatby sponsoring a post, the traffic spike can be handled smoothly by correctly activating the chatbot for eachcomment, and that each user can receive the direct message according to the automations we configure.Is there a traffic limit or a limit on the number of users performing actions on the page at the same time?Does the limit depend on the type of subscription? Thanks in advance for any clarification.Sincerely 

I’ve been using ManyChat for years and this is the first time I haven't been able to select the dropdown under PartnerApps in Ads Manager to select ManyChat.  I have refreshed the permissions.  Also, disconnected the permissions and reset them.  The drop down to choose ManyChat as the Partner App is greyed out.  Please help.

Hi, I need to upgrade from the free trial to my Pro as I’m losing valid leads - i’ve reached my free trial limit - which is great - but my instagram account has now stopped sending out message to new followers etc and I had over 100 over night and they didn’t receive a thing :( please let me know how to do this. thanks
