When I progam an automatic message in Instagram, it just let me add a link but not a pdf document. How can I do that?

For the past month, my Instagram ads have been duplicating. We have gone through it multiple times and confirmed that we only had 159 people message but meta is saying 270 people. As you know that is a really big difference and can affect the cost of the ad by double.  They are saying this is an issue with manychat. I've never had this issue before, I've been using this for months now. Has anyone else had this issue? They were basically refusing to help me because it's not their problem. They're saying.

Hi everyone,My Instagram DM automation was working fine before, but the messages weren’t being delivered to the Primary inbox.I added the opt-in, and it seemed to work at first. However, now no messages are being sent when people comment on my posts.Is there currently an issue with Instagram automations?

I have tried everything and I keep getting the following error. I have permissions right, automations work on everything else but not for this. I have other clients it works for but not this one. Anyone get this error before?This happens when it tries to login to IG to verify the follower setup.

Hey there. I want to creat only one trigger that “Message doesn't contain” “+”  in “Automation in Tiktok”. But nothing happens. Is it working?

I have a pro account and am unable to click the go live button. It is blue, but when I click it stays blue and nothing happens. It is extremely frustrating because I have been paying for pro for years and I finally got a viral video, during the video going viral I was unable to set up the many chat. So thousands of people commented and never got delivered the lead magnet. I am frustrated because I don’t want to remove the video and risk losing all this traction but the dm automation is not working and I have been trying different options for over an hour. I refreshed all permissions, delete other automations, refreshed the page, started the automation over. So far nothing has worked. Has anyone else ran into a similar problems and how were they able to solve it

Is it possible to change the button text color? It isn’t visible in dark mode on my Macbook Pro.  

I had a simple dm automation set up and it stopped working the other day. When I test it, it works. But it isn’t triggering. I’ve tried refreshing permissions and even creating the same automation with the same keyword. I can’t get it to work.

I’m seeing WhatsApp template messages show as Sent, but Delivered stays at 0%. Other templates deliver fine with the same audience and setup.Already checked: Using a template send (not free-form), both inside/outside 24h window Contacts active/subscribed, E.164 format Template language/version consistent All placeholders populated Questions: Any known causes for “Sent but not Delivered” on templates? Specific log/error codes to look for that pinpoint the issue? Proven fixes/workarounds you’ve used? Thanks in advance! 🙏

I just tried using an automation for TikTok, but wanted to verify. It looks like we can’t send active links in the DMs and just have to redirect them to the link in our bio? I was trying to collect emails but I’ve been getting and error with any and all emails sending through my verified domain, which means the only other means of delivering a freebie is through the DM’s, but I can’t connect a link to a Google Doc or my Stan Store. Am I missing anything? Additionally, does ManyChat have any insight to the potential TikTok ban? I’m concerned about spending much time on my TT account if I only have 2 more weeks to use it. Thanks so much!!

Can I set up the AI bot to read the client’s messages and automatically assign the appropriate values to fields (attributes) based on their responses?

I’ve been trying to connect my Instagram and Facebook account to ManyChat, but the platform simply won’t link properly.Although ManyChat appears as a connected app in both Facebook and Instagram settings, the account doesn’t fully connect — I can’t access the automation setup screen, and the system behaves as if there’s no connection.I’ve already gone through all the available troubleshooting steps (clearing cache, switching browsers, checking permissions, reconnecting pages, logging out and back in, etc.), but nothing has worked.The Facebook Page and Instagram profile were never connected to any other ManyChat account in the past.Can you please investigate and help me finally complete the connection?

Minha conta apresenta um numero de leads que não existem, já apaguei todo os meus contatos e ainda assim consta 1480 leads cadastrados, não acho eles em lugar nenhum para apagar.

This feature finally appeared in my account yesterday - as I am sure it did for many people. But I am having trouble connecting to it as it’s asking me to refresh permissions. I have been a MC user for a long time so I am connected the ‘old IG API’ apparently, and this feature needs to run on the new IG API. But when I click to refresh, I get nowhere - just sends me round and round with IG log ins.Pretty sure all my back end set up is correct. Accounts are linked in accounts centre - never had any issues with connection previously. Have been through all the troubleshooting docs - but nothings working. I do have a support ticket in but am keen to resolve asap.If I remove Manychat from Business Integrations - not just toggle off, actually remove - will it keep all my contacts and automations if I manage to reconnect? I can’t think of anything else to try?

Hola comunidad!!Si tengo un cliente que tiene una cuenta de Instagram de más de 100.000 seguidores, al momento de conectar esta a cuenta a Manychat y querer pagar el plan pro. ¿Cómo se cobraría? Primero los $15 del primer mes y luego cobraría el siguiente mes por el número de seguidores que se vuelvan contactos o ¿cómo sería? Agradezco su ayuda!
