Hola a todos! Quería saber si a alguien mas le esta ocurriendo los mismo. Desde hoy, los mensajes que envía ManyChat a las personas que hacen clic en un anuncio, si bien a la personas parecería que le llegan bien, a mi me aparecen con la leyenda “Esperando mensaje. Esto puede tomar tiempo.” Desde bien temprano que me ocurre, así que se está tomando mucho tiempo. Dejo adjunta la captura. A alguien se le ocurre alguna solución? Ya actualice whatsapp a la ultima versión y apagué y encendí las automatizaciones y sigue igual. Gracias.- 

Tenho anúncio pelo Meta ADS com a finalidade de VENDAS. O anuncio tem um CTA que leva para a pagina de vendas, mas ele tem gerado muitos comentários. Gostaria de automatizar esses comentário sem mexer na estrutura, pois preciso que o lead vá para a pagina de vendas. Tem muito lead que não vai para a pagina de vendas, mas comenta pedindo informações. Tem como ser feito?

Hi, Whenever I try to make a new comment to DM automation for Instagram on my free ManyChat plan, I keep getting this error message: You've reached your automation limit. I have only used 2 different keyword triggers, have 7 live automations, and I’ve engaged 95 contacts. I have no clue why my free plan is no longer working. Any ideas?Thanks!

Hi everyone,I’m having a persistent issue with my Instagram Business account (@timo.kiwi) connected to ManyChat. The IG account is correctly linked to my Facebook Page in Business Manager. I have full admin rights and all permissions are enabled. ManyChat shows the Instagram channel as connected. I have already refreshed permissions multiple times, reconnected the account, and even removed/re-added ManyChat in Facebook Business Integrations. Hello ManyChat Community,I am trying to trigger a specific block in my Telegram automation flow (tg_welcome) via Make (Integromat). I can get the flow ID and send the flow to a subscriber using the API, but I cannot find the ID of individual blocks within the flow.The problem is that when I open the flow in ManyChat, the block ID is not visible in the address bar or anywhere else in the interface. Because of this, I cannot send a request from Make that targets a specific block — I only know the flow ID.Could someone please advise how to find the ID of a specific block in a Telegram automation flow so that I can trigger it via the API/Make?Thank you in advance for your help!

When people comment the key word on my reels on Instagram, which is 'teach', they get a DM with the links to my products. 2 problems:1 - Instagram hides ALL the key word comments on my reels, they literally just disappear 2 - no one opens my DMs anymore, so I am wondering if they even receive them?Manychat has said the issue is not with them and the automation is working correctly. My engagement on instagram recently shifted to India because they keep engaging with my reels. This is a problem because my automation keeps auto replying to their comments. All my business is in North America so I need to keep my engagement there. Is there a way to make it so that the automation doesn’t auto reply to anyone in India?

Hello all, I’m trying to sync my Shopify store to FB Messenger so that I can create flows in Many chat that allow customers to browse categories and products and then lead to the shopify site to copmplete the transaction.   I undertand there is not a native integration.  From my research i found that shop sync: https://www.shop-sync.com/documentation is a tool that can be the bridge between Shopify and the many chat flow.  Can you advise if this is a viable soluiton, or can anyone recommend anything else to acheive this?  thanks so much  

I am an Admin for my church’s social media and I was given access through Facebook Meta via my own personal account. I do not have the login info for the business account but it is directly connected to my personal one but when I try and connect to manychat, it only links my personal messenger. Is there a way to swap it to the other account?
