Hello,I’m using ManyChat with my Facebook Ads (CTA “Send Message”). Until recently, everything worked fine: when someone clicked the ad’s CTA, my Messenger flow started automatically.But now, it doesn’t work anymore: The “User clicks a Facebook Ad” trigger is properly configured. The flow is set to Live. In Ads Manager, I selected Partner App = ManyChat and the correct message flow. I even tried creating a new flow and reconnecting ManyChat to my page, but no success. Has anyone faced this issue before? Is there a specific step needed to make sure ManyChat takes over after the ad click?Thanks a lot for your help 🙏

Hello Chat!I have 1 main account for Instagram with 8 other account pages under it. One of those account pages is currently connected to manychat for posts, reels, and DMs. How do I connect a different automation to another one of those profiles? Thanks in advance! Happy Friday!

Hi everyone,I’d like to check if others here are experiencing the same issue with Messenger Lists.In my case (and for some others I’ve spoken with), when a subscriber clicks the “Notify Me” / “Updates erhalten” button inside a Messenger List flow, the flow doesn’t continue afterwards. It just gets stuck.We stopped using OTNs a long time ago because of similar problems, and since then we’ve switched entirely to Messenger Lists. But now this exact problem is happening there too.ManyChat Support mentioned OTNs in their reply, but I’ve clarified that this issue is specifically with Messenger Lists. They said they will escalate, but before we push further, I’d like to know:👉 Are you also seeing this happen with your Messenger List setups?👉 Or is it working normally on your end?If more of us can confirm the same issue, it will help show the scope of the bug and hopefully speed up Meta’s investigation.Thanks in advance

Excuse me, I would like to ask. I use manychat as a third party to send automatic dm. But I am having trouble linking a manychat account that uses my Facebook account and Facebook page to his Instagram account, even though I have linked the Instagram account to his Facebook page. They mentioned the API message problem "Instagram Business API: Your Instagram account is ineligible for using Instagram Business Messaging API." , I don't know the solution now. Please help me solve this, I really need it mate🙏

Comecei a usar o manychat recentemente e estou achando incrível, porem tenho uma dúvida que esta me deixando de cabelos em pé haha usar essa automação para envio de comentários e DM atrapalha de alguma maneira o engajamento ou entrega do conteúdo no Instagram? seja ele reels ou carrossel?

Since the Meta team has decided to pause allowlisting for Instagram Broadcast and the beta is closed. Are there any alternative automations styles for broadcasting in Instagram or atleast informing mass followers? 

No momento de cadastrar uma conta de WhatsApp e vincular com a Meta, acabei fazendo de uma forma errada. Tentei várias vezes vincular o número a uma nova página do Facebook, ao mesmo tempo, eu tinha criado uma página lá no Facebook e não havia conectado com o um Portifólio de Negócio. Depois ainda tentei criar um vínculo entre esse mesmo número e uma outra página diferente que criei da forma correta (vinculando com o Portifólio de Negócio). Então minha conta de WhatsApp Business foi bloqueada, provavelmente devido a tentar conectar o número a uma página que sofreu contestação de propriedade e também por tentar conectar um mesmo número de Whatsapp a duas páginas diferentes. Estou com dificuldades para entender qual o caminho correto. Já solicitei reanálise de desbloqueio na Meta. Gostaria de tentar também a criação de um outro número de WhatsApp através do ManyChat. Porém, quando tento criar um novo canal de WhatsApp no MC, aparece apenas a opção de conectar o mesmo número (o antigo,

Greetings,I’m new to manychat & i’ve been thrilled with my first automation! The thing is unfortunately  i can’t interpret the numbers. Actual number of trigger (Comments) on my Instagram is way higher than number of contacts and in the contact list there is visitor and subscribed, what is the difference between them? did he subscribe to my IG Account (became a follower?) or he simply clicked the link i sent using manychat?Is the term “Active contact” Represent number of contacts receive my message? The Automation is simple, reply to each comment with a message that include a  certain link. Thanks in advance.

Please HelpI'm having trouble connecting Manychat to my Instagram account. I think I must have done something wrong, now whenever I click on my account to add to Manychat, the following response appears: "Your request has been sent. please ask owner of Manychat account with this page to approve your request”.The thing is, no field for approval appears within Manychat. I have already created, deleted, and created a Manychat account again, but it persists. No problem with Facebook Page, just with Instagram.Please help

Hi there,I am trying to decide whether Manychat will be helpful to my business or not, and I'm confused by something in the automation sequencing.The main feature I am interested in is sending people direct messages when they comment on a post. When setting up the automations, there are three options for this:  Specific Post or Reel, All Posts or Reels, and Next Post or Reel.We pre-schedule all of our social media content...so if I am trying to create this automation for all of them, I assume I would pick All Posts or Reels.My question is:  How does Manychat work when multiple posts are using the same automation?Let's say my automation for all Posts and Reels is set to send people a message when they say "Myco" (our brand name), and there are 10 posts that have went out recently that this automation applies to.If I want to send them specific resources depending on the post they comment "Myco" on, how would that work? For example, on one post

Automated comment replies aren’t working. I have refreshed permissions and even disabled the connection and reconnected it again. It has been working for a few weeks with no issues. It looks to have stopped commenting 5 hours ago.I have it set up for when someone comments a “keyword” I send them a DM and also reply to their comment saying that I sent them a message, but the reply comment isn’t sending anymore.I have a Pro account. If there’s anything you could do to help, I’d appreciate it.

Does anyone know how to set up an automation on Instagram for a draft/scheduled post, rather than one that’s already live, so it goes live as soon as the post does?

Is there anyone of you who were able to add a user to an IG automation manually. We were having some issues with IG automated DMs this past week and we missed a lot of people. We wanted to DM them with the actual message that they are supposed to receive but we cannot. So, I was wondering if there’s a way we can just manually add them to the workflow.

In an automation, is there a way to send the “flow_ns” value through an External Request?I understand that I can get that value from the URL in a browser, but I would like to have that value sent to my backend for logging purposes.I tried to see if the field was available when clicking the “Add Full Contact Data” in the Request form, but nothing came up.Thanks!
