Hello everyone, I have the following challenge: we have a reel that was posted organically on Instagram. Here the customer can secure a freebie with a keyword. We have now recycled this reel as an ad. In order not to lose the trust, we have not changed the reel. Now the people who become aware of the reel via the ad also have the chance to secure the freebie with the keyword. How can I use Manychat to give organic customers the UTM parameter with source=organic and the customer who became aware of me via the ad the UTM parameter source=paid?

Contact stopped notifications. Sending isn't available until contact resumes them.→ user even after clicking “get updates” is not able to resubscribe.When we deleted the contact from Manychat to refresh it in Manychat database, there is still no reaction after clicking “get updates”. User tried all setting in messanger, also was clicking on our ref link to the subscription list to get back on the list, but nothing is working. Still Manychat does not see subscription

Estou com dificuldade para identificar de onde estão vindo os leads que estão chegando pelo Manychat. Comecei a perceber esse problema no dia 30/06, meu público-alvo são mães com 25 anos ou mais, mas desde essa data começaram a chegar muitos contatos de crianças e homens.Já entrei em contato com o suporte da Meta porque os leads não estavam sendo registrados corretamente na plataforma, fizemos alguns ajustes, mas ainda assim a quantidade de leads desqualificados que chegavam pelo Manychat não batia com os números da conta de anúncios, isso me fez suspeitar que esses leads estavam vindo de outra fonte, no entanto, todos eles estavam marcados com a tag "Vim pelo anúncio".Já tentei de tudo, mas ainda não consegui encontrar uma solução.Se alguém souber como me ajudar, ficarei muito agradecido!

Anyone else having issues with the gallery image sizes on mobile? Usually this happens when a Meta or iphone update happens and we just have to wait it out. Please advise if you have information. I dont want to have to go in and resize all images.

Hi,I was trying to integrate Facebook lead forms with ManyChat to send automated WhatsApp messages. The module Create subscriber is running successfully but the problem is that the subscriber ID on the Send a Flow module shows empty.  Can anyone help me to fix this issue? Thanks,Sajith

But I wanted to start collect peoples contact to a Google Sheet and added a step for that. What I’ve noticed is that after running some of my automations a lot of time, my Google Sheet has only 1 contact and only the first and last name.The data I’m collecting:Frist Name Last Name Email PhoneHas anyone faced a similar issue? Hello, i am trying to set up a auto-dm reply once someone comments on a post and it sends different DMs based on whether someone comments 🥵 or 🥶 but it’s not feasible on the quick automation. I have to setup a new sequence but i can’t find the way to set up conditions, need help!

However, I've noticed inconsistent behavior with this parameter — sometimes it successfully triggers the reminder, and other times it doesn't, even when the conditions seem to be met.I'm looking for a more reliable method to trigger reminder messages to customers on WhatsApp, based on the time since their last interaction/message.Specifically, I want to: Detect if a customer hasn't responded within a specific time window (e.g., 12 or 23 hours). Automatically send a friendly follow-up/reminder message if no response was received. Ensure it works consistently, regardless of whether the customer's last message was text, media, or quick reply. How can I change the assigned agent and the agent who receives notifications across different automations at once, instead of going manually into each automation and changing it? In our team, we have a different agent in charge of monitoring WhatsApp messages each day, and I currently have to update all the automations manually. Is there a way to change it for all automations at once?
