Ask and troubleshoot

Ive been using many chat since 2023 and never had any trouble with my automations.My strategist has always been the person responsible for the hardest flows  but the regular ones for leads, landing pages etc… I used to doit myself. She got out last year and Ive stopped to use many chat for a while. This year I came back and set up my automation for capture informations through a form. The first one it works. They had to comment "Pilares" to receive a message. After that all the automations just STOPED to work. Nothing works. That one should work for any reels and it didnt. And any other that I've been trying to create since then. I need help. 

Hola, buen día, hace poco mi número de WhatsApp Business fue suspendido por Meta por error, el problema fue resuelto luego de una apelación. Todo fue un error de los sistemas de Meta. Sin embargo, ahora estoy teniendo dificultades para volver a conectar mi número de WhatsApp Business con ManyChat. Actualmente mis automatizaciones no funcionan debido a ese error, ya refresqué y nada, sigue sin funcionar. Alguien que me pueda ayudar, por favor. 

assim que criei a conta assinei o pro, foi cobrado 149 mês, mas tive a surpresa de ser cobrado para o dia 10/07 um valor de 449. A duvida é este valor será cobrado a partir do proximo mês ou já sera cobrado devido a quantidade de contatos que subiu do whats? Outra pergunta, como eu posso voltar para o plano inicial de 149 e como faço a exclusão das 2.500 contatos que foram importados indevidamente do whats, pois não tenho como arcar o custo de 449.

Hola comunidad, saludos! Recientemente, estoy intentando vincular el WhatsApp business app de uno de mis clientes con Manychat.Pero al momento de intentar vincular el número me sale este error, cabe aclarar que el número de WhatsApp es un número nuevo.Respecto a esto tengo una duda que es cuánto es el tiempo mínimo que tiene que tener una cuenta de WhatsApp Business para que se pueda vincular como coexistencia con Manychat?Un abrazo!

Olá, eu só tenho 21 contatos porem já estou sem a possibilidade de realizar as automações sem cobrança, já está solicitando a migração para o pró, porque isso está acontecendo?

Olá, estou insegura em excluir os contatos, gostaria de saber qual a consequência disso, é só uma limpeza ou eu perco o contato definitivamente no instagram? Se ele comentar novamente ele recebe as respostas da automação ou fica tipo bloqueada?

I'd like to create a chatbot, which - after some free chat - offers a subscription for a flat monthly fee to continue the discussion.As far as I know, you cannot sell digital goods on Messenger directly in the chat, so I have to take the potential client to my landing page and after they made the (Stripe) payment, they should be able to continue with that chat in Messenger. If they do not pay, they have to wait a certain amount of time.Is it possible? If yes, do you have any idea or suggestions? Thanks.

IF I LOGOFF AN ACCOUNT IN THIS USER, THEN LOGIN THE SAME ACCOUNT IN ANOTHER ONE, ALL MY AUTOMATIONS THAT I DID IN THIS PREVIOUS USER WILL DESAPEAR?

Estou fazendo uma automação simples no Whatsapp. Logo na primeira etapa, coloquei uma mensagem dizendo que para prosseguir precisarei dos dados do cliente, e coloquei um botão de OK, como forma de consentimento para o recolhimento desses dados.Porém, volta e meia acontece do lead desistir, e quero configurar uma automação para caso o lead não clique no botão em 15 minutos por exemplo, que seja mandada outra mensagem. Como faço isso?Pensei em usar a ferramenta de atraso inteligente no “próximo passo” do texto com o botão de OK, mas independente da pessoa ter clicado no botão, ele manda, então não irá funcionar.O que posso fazer?

Hello! I have been struggling to get Manychat data to pull into Zapier and am just not sure what to do next. Here is a quick Loom walking you through an example of how I have Manychat set up and the data that I’m trying to collect and then the errored runs on Zapier. I know that there is a disconnect and I can’t seem to figure it out! Thank you so much in advance!  

My auto reply was working and I made sure to change up the replies to comments. I have a lot of viral posts currently and perhaps thats why instagram flagged the auto reply somehow? my auto dms are still working.

Anyone else having issues with the Next Post on Instagram feature in Manychat? When I try to turn on the trigger it says there Instagram Request Error. I tried both from the My Automations tab and directly in the flow. 

Can anyone advise the best way to connect Manychat to Klaviyo?I don’t really want to use the native MC connection as I understand it’s not working properly, reading other threads in here.The client uses Make.But there only seems to be options for Create Profile or Update Profile, two separate options, within the Klaviyo connection to add them to a list.If I Create Profile, I get an error if the email already exists within Klaviyo - and if I use Update Profile, I get an error if the subscriber is new and they don’t already exist.Can anyone shed any light for me? Thx

Hi everyone, I have an old chatbot that is probably 8 years old. I stopped using facebook but i did not delete the chatbot. I have recently decided to use facebook for work purposes and I realised the chatbot is still active. It doesn’t come in my automation list with messenger. Can someone advise me on what to doThanks  

I have a CRM and want to send an automation, when a new contact in the crm is created. In manychat there is no starting trigger for to intialize a trigger to start flow. How i can start the automation flow when any lead comes into our crm?Thank you!

Bom dia, eu pesquisei um pouco na documentação do Manychat e fiquei com uma dúvida relacionada a implementação do módulo “Atraso Inteligente”.Eu gostaria que meu grupo de contatos fossem enviado em intervalos de tempo e fiquei na dúvida se poderia utilizar esse módulo para esta ação.Por exemplo eu tenho 100 contatos e queria saber se ao invés de disparar para os 100 de uma vez, eu conseguiria disparar para 20 contatos e depois de alguns segundos disparar para mais 20 e assim sucessivamente até finalizar a lista.

I notice when I set up dm automation for comments on the next post they won’t send dm. Even after confirmation it works I have no way to mass or auto dm all the people that requested links in the comments.

Ya aprobado desde instragram, aceptado el permiso, manychat sigue en un loop infinito de seguir pidiendo solicitudes de permiso sin pasar al 2do paso. No se como seguir y tampoco veo que tengan soporte desde Manychat, alguna idea de como solucionar este problema?
