Hello, the automated comments in my chat are not working. What can I do to solve this problem?

I have been working on an automation with Manychat ffor a whileBut now I got a problem with syncing information from Google Sheets: When I use the “Get For by Value” function, it doesn’t save the imports I have to make.In the past, I was able to do it, but it has been at least week since it doesn’t work at all: I am exemplifying under here:I choose the spreadsheet, lookup, etc as usual. But once I click on “save”, when I come back, the information on which info manychat should get from the sheet, gets cleaned as if I haven’t selected anything before  Am I doing something wrong? Is it a problem on Manychat platform?

As far as I understand, they would need to create a ManyChat account and add me as an administrator, but I'm not sure how they would do that. I’d also like to handle the payment for the ManyChat subscription. Would that be possible? If someone could explain how to do it, I’d really appreciate it.Thanks for the help!

I set up an automation and my key word isn’t working. It isn’t responding to people and it’s rly frustrating. I tried refreshing permission and it says that my account doesn’t work. Pls advise 

Why my Manychat account is showing Whatsapp channel was turned off

Hi. This is happening for three days now. Using FB messenger for my automations. The buttons work when I'm clicking it from the business suite page, but on the customer's end everyone of them claim link is not appearing. I confirmed that my links doesn't work well. In fact it perfectly fine the previous months and I haven't changed configuration since. I checked all aspects, status, and it seems eveything should work as it suppose to. No problem in my settings and payment. Buttons which contains link cannot be accessed by customers. Nothing happens when they click the button.

Hi guys! We have this automation using WhatsApp, we’ve created a template so we can send a message outside the 24hr window.  We’ve tested it out, we’ve received the 1st message (template) but not the 2nd message (not a template). Any idea why and how to resolve this? Thanks!

Hi all! One of the admins on my team is unable to reply to IG DMs, she is getting the message “You have insufficient rights to chat with the contact. Please reach out to one of the page administrators.” but I’m not sure what I need to select in the settings to allow her to respond in ManyChat. Any insight?

When I signed up for MenyChat, I received a WhatsApp number issued by them. The WhatsApp number is not linked to any account. How do I link it to my WhatsApp account? Also, where do I find my Subscriber ID ?

Hi! I’m missing a step with my first ManyChat automation in a Telegram channel (with a chat/discussion) that I run.I have connected ManyChat and Telegram. I’ve created the automation in ManyChat. I’ve created a specific ManyChat/Telegram bot using BotFather.Now … I’m not sure what to do next. The instructions end with creating the bot.Do I add the new bot as an admin to my Telegram channel? And … then what? I can’t seem to find the next steps, so I appreciate your help. Thanks very much.

Is anyone also having problems saving streams that start with click on instagram ads?Manychat doesn't allow to have that same stream can start with comment to a post OR click on an ad.I would really appreciate your answer!!!!

I’ve been having this issue on mobile and would like to suggest a simple change that would greatly help with lead filtering: adding the option to filter conversations by TAG on mobile. We have this feature on desktop, but it's missing on mobile. It would be crucial for better performance.

I want to get (based on an ad hoc automatization) to load store information based on messages sent by store owners (something like “sotre name is XXC and is located at YYY, of TTT city open hours is ...” thos informaiton should be parsed by some IA (manuchat embbeded or though chatgpt or so) and later, when other users asks “where to buy” thah info is fetched by the IA and presented to customer  Is there some feature to achieve it ????

I have the plan that allows 500 contacts per month, and I’m marketing my chatbot VERY widely. I’m afraid of exceeding my 500 limit by thousands, and being charged a LOT of money. Is there a way that I can put a limit on the maximum number of contacts the automation will allow?

Any ideas why this isn’t working? It worked yesterday but I had to delete and start again and now nothing it working.
