I have an Instagram comment reply set up and I have the condition “Follows your Account” set up so that if they already follow me, they get the link automatically sent to them. And if they don’t, it sends a quick reply for them to respond to & open up the chat and then sends the link. However, it’s sending that quick reply even if a user is following me. Not sure what is incorrect in my flow. Hope that made sense! 

Hi All! Looking for some help please!About 1 week ago I noticed my automations were not working at all. I tried everything I could do but nothing worked. Reached out to support and over a few days, they somewhat helped me. We removed my instagram from manychat and re-added and my old automations started working again, except the auto reply portion. They will send DM’s but they won’t auto reply. I was kind of OK with that but then I noticed issues with new automations. When I create a new automation, my newer posts will NOT populate. I can only use reels or posts from before Jan. 28. 2 days ago support stopped answering me so I’m reaching out here for any insight. I did realize that somewhere around the 28th I got verified on Instagram. Not sure if that is where the problem lies. I’ve gone through as much help stuff on here as I can and nothing seams to work. I’ve refreshed permissions at least 10 times. lol.  Thanks for any help I get.

getting so frustrated with this.  My posts cross post.  and I am trying to use auto comments to send links but it only does this on instagram why??  Both accounts are link and refreshed. also why is there no customer service for this app?!   spent so long trying to find an answer. thanks in advance

Hello! I have seen that you can upload a video in ManyChat to be sent in Instagram DMs and Manychat stores it in an URL that gets send to the user. However, I want to know if it’s possible for me to send my own URL to an .mp4 file hosted online without needing to upload it to ManyChat?If so, would this happen through the Dynamic Content card or some other way? Thank you,Rocio.

I want my AI Step to kick in ONLY if someone ignores the buttons and types an answer in a specific flow  - how do I do that?? The instructions I read said to use the User Input field but I can’t get that to work for this - I think they are outdated.  I don’t need to save their answer but I want the AI to activate and help them get to the right place.  Can anyone share a visual of how this works or a video?? hi, i have the free plan. i am deleting some contacts so i can either use many chat for free or maybe open to paying $15 a mo.. right now its only giving me choice of $25 even though i deleted some contacts and have under 1000 now.. what do i have to do ?

Hi community, I'm new to ManyChat and I'm learning by making a simple greeting flow for my WhatsApp integration. When I test the integration, I can't get the auto-reply set up. I saw that my 'Business Verification' wasn't approved. However, I don't have a real business yet; I'm just experimenting to see if I can recommend ManyChat to my customers. How can I test this if I don't have a business verification? Is it necessary to take a test?Thank you in advance.Edson 

How do i set a note in a chat via a flow or via api?Usecase. I’ve got live agents dealing with tickets for support.You can’t search for a ticket id/number in the search that is a custom field but notes do show up.I need to be able to dynamically set those notes to make the tickets searchable.

I start a chat on WhatsApp, and ManyChat shows a notification and sounds for a new chat, but the conversation doesn't appear.

I'm connecting to the meta api. There's a step that's not covered in the help doc.I just selected my instagram account.Now it's asking if I want to set up with existing data:The first one is no good - that was a temp pixel we made when we were incorrectly banned during a promotional window (we teach personal finance, so we get flag false positives sometimes)The second one is some testing thing.The third is the pixel we use and have used for years.The fourth seems to be the event data we use currently. So, should I pick one of these? Or should I create a new set of data for conversations?

Today, we encountered an issue with processing our subscription payment due to insufficient funds on our credit card.→ After adding funds and successfully retrying the payment, we lost previous conversations, and the logs did not register any client name attempts from trying to contact us.Additionally, conversations in the live chat tab were not recorded after the service was reactivated. Upon checking the Logs tab, there was no record of the client's/subscriber's name or WhatsApp number who attempted to reach out, nor did their messages appear in the live chat tab after the service was restored. → This creates a problem since we have no way of knowing who tried to contact us during this period.  Your WhatsApp incoming message wasn’t received. In this case, are we left in the dark, just waiting for clients to reach out again? Has anyone experienced this issue before or knows how to retrieve these contacts from the log?

Alguém já passou por isso, ou sabe como achar esses contatos no log? 

Got chatgpt linked up, I want to have a prompt where it just doesn’t reply to the user if it doesn’t know the answer to the question. I have played around with prompts without success.is it possible or do I need to come up with a prompt reply if it doesn’t know the answer to the question.if It is not possible to just not reply to the user is there an easy way if it doesn’t know the answer to the question I can move it to a new part of the flow

Greetings! I have been using Manychat since 2021, but I have hit a wall concerning this Growth Tool. In the past, I could add a large list of “negative keywords” that the bot would exclude from its trigger. But now it seems that I can only add 10 of them. Is there something I am missing or a solution for this?  

Hello I'm new to manychat and just starting with the free version to try it out. I set up an automation a few weeks ago with a trigger word on an instagram post to send them a message with a link when they comment that word. It worked.Then I tried again today to do it and it won't let me proceed without signing up to Pro...I'm pretty sure this is not a pro feature though since the other Pro templates are marked as Pro and this was not?Also, when it says engage up to 1000 contacts does this mean how many followers you have or does it mean how many people actually engage the post by commenting?It's a bit confusing.Thanks!

Hey everyone! 👋I have a WhatsApp bot connected to Manychat and want to send message templates using the WhatsApp API from my CRM (located in Retool) without interfering with Manychat’s flows.My goal is:1️⃣ Keep handling incoming messages through Manychat and its flows.2️⃣ Send automated message templates via the WhatsApp API from Retool (e.g., when a subscription is about to expire).3️⃣ Ensure that after a message is sent via Retool, the user is redirected to a specific Manychat flow using some keywords.The issue:I want to register my number as permanent in Meta for Developers, but it's already set up in Manychat. Can I use the same number for both Manychat and API calls from Retool without breaking Manychat’s setup?Has anyone done this before? Any guidance would be super helpful! 🚀Thanks in advance! 😊

I have had numerous issues with my DM links. It’s pretty frustrating, half the time I don’t even know if the link is working for those receiving the DM unless they tell me. The link works for me when I test it out but for some users it doesn’t! This is the error they are receiving when they click the link OR they just DON’T see the message even if I see it on my end!It’s frustrating paying for something and it just not working sometimes??Anyone else having these issues and how can it be fixed? 

I am making a sales funnel of 3 videos in a chatbot and I want the client not to leave the chatbot in Telegram.My video weighs from 150 to 400 megabytes, and Many Chat has a video size limit of 25 megabytes.And as a result, I tried the speaker function, but, unfortunately, I could not set it up.And now I would like to understand how to set it up, considering that I am not a programmer. Tell me how to do this as simply as possible and is it possible in principle?
