Guys, a client's account isn't showing the post for me to use in Instagram automation, and even selecting the option to use the trigger on any Instagram post, the message that returns is that there are no posts on the account. I've tried everything, but I couldn't solve it.Has anyone else had this problem and managed to solve it? Could you assist me?

Hello,If I delete a contact on Manychat, will their messegaes on Meta Business Suite be deleted too?I tried one contact and it seems it did not delete. But I want to make sure before I delete 70k contacts all at once.This client is a very big corporation, and I don’t want to mess it up deleting all people who inquired.Thank you.

I want to create an automation to get tickets to our webinar we are hosting. When people comment on the post we will then send them the link, I want to follow up 24 hours before early bird if over which is a set date, how can I do this using the automation.  

Can we send a follow-up message after two days if a user doesn’t book a meeting or reply using Instagram Automation?

I know the ManyChat team has said they’ll be slower May 24–June 2, but I wanted to reach out here because I’m facing a pretty urgent issue and hoping maybe someone in the community can help or has experienced something similar. 💛Here’s what’s happening:✅ I’ve been using ManyChat successfully for Instagram automations (DM triggers, comment triggers, email collection) — everything was working beautifully until about 12 PM Eastern on May 23.✅ Around that time, someone on my team set up a separate Facebook Developer app for something completely unrelated (it wasn’t meant to touch ManyChat at all).✅ After that, my Instagram automations just… stopped. No replies to comments, no replies to DMs, no flows firing — though Messenger is still working.Here’s what I’ve already tried (deep breath 😅):

I made Facebook and Instagram automations to trigger on a new comment on any post. I want to reply to them manually therefore my Next step in automation is just Mark conversation as Open.These conversations appear in Live Chat but I cannot respond and get “User hasn’t responded to your Comment Automation yet, so you can’t message them in Live Chat.” error message.How do I enable responding to the comment via a comment manually? I do not want to automate these comment replies just yet and I don’t want to message them, just a plain manual comment reply. I also want to make sure I have just one place with “tasks” so I can reply to both messages and comments from one place (Live Chat) and it responds to the corresponding channel (Facebook / Instagram messages / comments).

I read this guidance in ManyChat documents. I wanted to edit my automation flow so I did already turned all my ads off but still hitting this notification.It happened not like the way Manychat claiming. What should I do? I do not want to remove my flow from my ads and publish them again, it is time-wasted. 

I am using the free version. The automation itself works. However, it is not showing up the latest posts. The latest post that it shows was 5 months ago. I tried to refresh the permission from Settings but still not working. Please help. Thanks. 

Hi everyone,I'm having an issue where my automation message doesn’t send when the flow is live. I tested it (in live mode) using myself as the contact, and it worked—but when triggered for actual users, nothing gets delivered. Any idea what could be causing this?screenshot with the details:

My manychat automation does not show any of my latest instagram post, anyone experiencing the same issue? 

My Facebook account has been disabled for unknown reasons. I logged in on Facebook and was using it in conjunction with my Instagram.I can't log in to maychat due to deactivation of my Facebook account. I'd like to change the link to another Facebook account, but when I asked the companychat customer center, I'm only getting answers from robots.How can I solve this problem? Every month, you can't use manychat $15 is being paid.

I made a post for my company telling people about a live debate coming up on Sunday. I told people to comment “DEBATE” to get a link in their DMs to the livestream. But then while setting up the automation I brainfarted and made the keyword “WATCH” instead. I fixed the keyword when I noticed the mistake several hours later, but over 200 people commented the incorrect keyword before I noticed. None of them got a DM. Is there any way I can get the link to all those people’s DMs without manually going through all 200+ of them and sending the same DM over and over?

Hello. so im using free version of manychat and whenever i start chatbot it also starts sending a single massage with advertising manychat (like this:Automation powered by Manychat 🐙)if i subscribe to premium version of it will i still get that ad message from chatbots?

HELP!!! Has anyone had this problem? On May 15th, this tag Failed migration CUF to SUF 15/05/2025 12:08 was automatically added by the system to some chats, but I don’t know what it means. Since that date, I’ve been facing some issues: according to the filters in ManyChat, I’ve been receiving the usual number of chats (around 800), but the agents are receiving far fewer (only 20–30 per day). I’ve checked the Unassigned and Closed folders for the missing chats, but they’re not there. Where else could those chats be?
