I have just signed up with the free plan to test manychat. I sent a message to the linked whatsapp number. I can see the message in the live chat tab (area) but I cannot reply. It keeps giving me an error message to activate pro as marketing pro subscription is required to perform this automation. If I cannot live chat in free, what can I do?

Hello, I’m just getting started with manychat on my instagram page.  I’ve been observing that the opening DM with the link (“send me the link”) doesn’t work on desktop instagram apps. Only mobile.  Clicking that link in the desktop app only refreshes the chat page, without advancing to the next step of the automation.  Can anyone confirm if this is normal behaviour?  Any suggestions to fix it?(if you want to test it you can comment on the reel at https://instagram.com/theprocomposer)Thank you!Robbie 

I did a lead magnet on instagram and got a lot of emails to my direct messages, too many to copy and paste to a spreadsheet. When I am in contacts I can see the emails if I go into each contact, but how do I export the emails all at once so I don’t have to copy and paste them over to my CRM? 

ManyChat is replying to the wrong posts. For example, I posted a reel today, and whenever someone commented, it replied with an automated “Sent to your DM’s!” message. The problem is that I did not set any automations up for this new post, and none of the words in the comments made by followers were keywords attached to any automation I had created. Is there a way to troubleshoot this? 

If connected to ManyChat via WhatsApp Business Coexistence, can I continue to receive and make calls on the WhatsApp Business App?I know all other forms of connection will probably not allow me access to voice calls anymore. We are a small local business owner, and certain features on WhatsApp Business App is very important for us - think Voice Calls. Some customers (and demographics) prefer to call us over message. That being said, we still want to use automation to help with certain top related questions. I was excited to find that WhatsApp Coexistence finally existed. To make sure the platform and Coexistence feature suits us, I have been reading up on the feature (both at ManyChat, Facebook Developer, and other platforms). However I am finding conflicting information about Voice Calls.Can anyone that is using WhatsApp Coexistence on Manychat please share their experience? Are voice calls still available? Ive been using many chat since 2023 and never had any trouble with my automations.My strategist has always been the person responsible for the hardest flows  but the regular ones for leads, landing pages etc… I used to doit myself. She got out last year and Ive stopped to use many chat for a while. This year I came back and set up my automation for capture informations through a form. The first one it works. They had to comment "Pilares" to receive a message. After that all the automations just STOPED to work. Nothing works. That one should work for any reels and it didnt. And any other that I've been trying to create since then. I need help.

Sin embargo, ahora estoy teniendo dificultades para volver a conectar mi número de WhatsApp Business con ManyChat. Actualmente mis automatizaciones no funcionan debido a ese error, ya refresqué y nada, sigue sin funcionar. Alguien que me pueda ayudar, por favor. 

assim que criei a conta assinei o pro, foi cobrado 149 mês, mas tive a surpresa de ser cobrado para o dia 10/07 um valor de 449. A duvida é este valor será cobrado a partir do proximo mês ou já sera cobrado devido a quantidade de contatos que subiu do whats? Outra pergunta, como eu posso voltar para o plano inicial de 149 e como faço a exclusão das 2.500 contatos que foram importados indevidamente do whats, pois não tenho como arcar o custo de 449.

I'd like to create a chatbot, which - after some free chat - offers a subscription for a flat monthly fee to continue the discussion.As far as I know, you cannot sell digital goods on Messenger directly in the chat, so I have to take the potential client to my landing page and after they made the (Stripe) payment, they should be able to continue with that chat in Messenger. If they do not pay, they have to wait a certain amount of time.Is it possible? If yes, do you have any idea or suggestions? Thanks.

Hello! I have been struggling to get Manychat data to pull into Zapier and am just not sure what to do next. Here is a quick Loom walking you through an example of how I have Manychat set up and the data that I’m trying to collect and then the errored runs on Zapier. My auto reply was working and I made sure to change up the replies to comments. I have a lot of viral posts currently and perhaps thats why instagram flagged the auto reply somehow? my auto dms are still working.

Anyone else having issues with the Next Post on Instagram feature in Manychat? When I try to turn on the trigger it says there Instagram Request Error. I tried both from the My Automations tab and directly in the flow.
