I NEED HELP - MY AUTOMATIONS ON IG STOPPED & I CANT FIGURE IT OUT.I TRIED EDITING THE AUTOMATION AND IT GAVE ME AN ERROR SAYING “SOMETHING WENT WRONG. PLEASE TRY AGAIN”SO I TURNED THE AUTOMATION STATUS OFF LIVE, AND NOW IT WONT EVEN LET ME TURN IT ON LIVE AGAIN. & WHEN I MAKE A NEW AUTOMATION, IT SAIS SUCCESSFULLY MADE, BUT IT DOESNT EVEN WORK WHEN I TEST IT??? PLEASE HELP 

Hi, this is Alvaro.I’ve noticed some WhatsApp Business Accounts offering a feature where users can fill out a form directly within WhatsApp. This feature allows users to input their information and send it seamlessly. I find this functionality very useful and am curious if it’s possible to implement something similar using Manychat.I’ve attached a few images to illustrate how these forms look and function. Perhaps someone  is familiar with this feature and can guide me on whether it can be implemented through Manychat or maybe know about a tool that you can integrate to get this.Thanks in advance for your help. I am struggling to get my sequence to send any messages. At first, I set an action in my automation to subscribe the contact to my sequence.When I go into the sequences, I have set up the messages, but it asks for a trigger. So when I set the trigger to “subscribe to sequence”, it basically sends the messages immediately.But I don't get what trigger I am supposed to use in the sequence messages? The delay doesn't seem to be working for me, can you help?

Hey there, I build affiliate programs for service-based businesses and SaaS companies and I just added lead magnets to my packages because my (typically) high ticket clients need a way to collect leads through affiliates without an initial purchase. I would like to get them better results by even setting up a many chat sequence to build their list through IG using their lead magnet. I’d like to learn a good basic set up that I can teach a team member and have them do this for my clients. Would anyone like to help me set this up? I’m all about networking and startegic partnerships so I am sure I can bring you value as well. Especially if you are in coaching or real estate!

I can't enter a new cell phone number to WhatsApp, the chip is new, the line is new, I have never used it for WhatsApp and it tells me that... This number is registered in an existing WhatsApp account... what should I do? ?

Hello! Based on the new Instagram rules, won't Instagram consider sending messages to our subscribers as mass actions under the new rules? And won't an automatic response from a person be considered a violation if he tags us in stories? Thank you!

Hi,I’m facing an issue with my automations in ManyChat. Some automations are running smoothly, but others, like my newly created FAQs, are not working as expected. I am trying to send automated emails via Manychat using a custom domain. I have successfully connected my custom domain to Manychat, and said domain works well when I use it on other platforms, I have even tried with two different domains from different providers and keep getting the same error, and so the error has to be within Manychat. Whenever and email is triggered, it is not sent, and I get the following message in my inbox:  A message was received from this address by our systems that had errors in the SMTPAPI header, and cannot be processed due to the following: - The IP Pool name must be a valid pool name for your account. You provided pool_verified_medium If you require assistance in working with the SendGrid API, please contact us at support@sendgrid.com  I have already tried to contact support@sendgrid.com with no luck. I cannot find any information online about how it is possible to set the IP Pool name in my account in Manychat, or what this IP address should be set to. C

Can I set the date and time with specific hours? Ex: My restaurant is open from 8 pm to 11 pm. On Mondays the restaurant is closed.I would like customers to be able to book only for that time and on certain days.  

We are integrating ManyChat with Klaviyo and trying ManyChat fields to Klaviyo properties, for consent fields related to SMS and email.However we are having trouble ensuring that consent is correctly marked in Klaviyo when passing data from ManyChat

Currently I’m still testing the free version’s options and I’m concerned if you can define the phrase “Contact” for me.  Does the Free plan have unlimited contacts?Effective December 10, 2020, new Free accounts will be limited to 1,000 contacts which include all subscribed, unsubscribed, and deleted contacts.What happens if I reach the contact limit on my Free plan and don't upgrade to Pro?Once the threshold of 1,000 contacts is reached, account owners will no longer be able to send messages to their contacts through configured automations, Live Chat, or Broadcasts. If my goal is to send IG DM’s after sb leave particular comment under the post - how should I understand the limit. If it means that I can send unlimited dms to 1000 followers, or only 1000 DMs?

I’ve set uo an automation for a specific post or reel. When someone comments with a keyword, they get an automated response in their DM. It all worked fine, until the morning I responded to someone else's story with a keyword (another keyword then I use for my reel), and it sent MY automation to her. I’ve got a free account. 

I want to integrate Google Sheet, but it tells me that I have to be on Pro, and I'm still in free, and will be for 9 more days.The only place I found to end free trial early - Apply Coupon And Get Pro - requires adding a coupon code.Is there another way, or will you be giving me a nice coupon code😉?

Hello,I just set up my chatbot with:- If someone sends me a DM with keywords- If someone replies to a video/RealFor example, I put the word "hi" to send a message.Let's say that today, he sends me a 'hi', my bot will send him a message and do the whole process. But if tomorrow he sends me a "hi", it will restart.How can I make the loop only happen once?Same, if he replies to one of my videos and sends me a DM afterwards, the bot will launch twice.I would like the loop to only happen once and I can't find it.Thanks

Hi, I'd like to learn more about how to create a welcome message for Instagram via contact events. I'm having doubts about sending an automatic message when someone becomes a new follower. Hi everyone, I’m experiencing an issue with my automation. The automation itself is running smoothly, but there’s a problem with the link it sends to customers. When they click the link, it doesn’t work. However, I’ve tested the link multiple times outside the automation, and it works perfectly.I’ve already tried several troubleshooting steps:  - Reconnecting the automation.  - Activating and deactivating it.  - Refreshing permissions.  - Re-pasting the link and double-checking its functionality outside of the automation.  I’ve even tested it across multiple Instagram pages by running the automation, and the issue persists—the link just doesn’t work within the automation.  This is costing me a lot of sales. Does anyone know what might be causing this or how to fix it?  

I want a way to connect WhatsApp to Manychat while I can keep using the app, it’s important to my client to keep connected to the app, so is their a way to keep it?

Using Messenger, I’m creating an OTN to contact my subscribers outside the 24-hour window. My understanding is that I need to use the Messenger List feature. I’d like to customize the text of the subscribe button, but I haven’t found a way to do so. I’ve checked all tutorials, but they refer to the "Flow" feature, which I believe is no longer supported. Has anyone here had success automatically importing new subscribers from manychat to Beehiiv? Im wanting to use Zapier to zap these emails into Beehiiv but somethings not working. i have tried on the computer many chat and in the app in my cellphone but it just marks an error.  Somebody please help me. This is 88 email adresses waiting to be registered in my data base
