Hello, community!I want to create a mini app for Telegram. I tried to do it with PuzzleBot, but it doesn’t work with ManyChat at the same time. Could you please tell me how I can create a mini app for Telegram without disconnecting from ManyChat and without writing code?

Our team has created a ManyChat account, and we want to set up a WhatsApp chatbot for job postings so that WhatsApp users can interact with us. However, we are unsure how to get started. Could you please guide us through the necessary steps to set this up?Additionally, we need to implement APIs to send customer responses from WhatsApp to our website. How can we achieve this? Any guidance would be greatly appreciated!

Hello all!I have an AI agency and in february we are bringing 50 of our clients across to Manychat. I thought it would be as simple as them adding me as an admin on the facebook page, then me adding their account to my profile on Manychat. However once I added the accounts, my 1 account with live automations started becoming much slower, some triggers stopped working etc etc. Is there a good way to do this? I want to be able to have access to see all the accounts and automations. I also want to cause as little stress as possible for the client and ideally i dont wnat them to create an account themselves or ask for their FB log-ins, but will resort to the latter if this is the only way forward. I would really appriciate any advise on this. Side note: Is there a good way to track errors etc across so many accounts? Thanks in advance, Farhan 

how to disable the manychat shotened url in the message  

So I have my automation, and in the process the user uses AI, and when the conversation has already ended, the user sometimes inputs another question or so, and I dont know if the AI is triggered or somehting else I already try “default reply” but that solution only makes things worse cause my users have low education(that’s the way my business is), so sometimes they don’t reply pressing the buttons and so on.Also I alredy try to label them and put a contidion block so when the Automation has already started for them, they don’t get any AI messages. So it’s a rough taks  

I had a ManyChat set up once before, then turned it off.  I can’t seem to reconnect my IG account now.  I’m stuck in the loop of add an account...go through all the steps...’your account is already connected’...but no channels are added, all I see is the ‘add an account’ button again.  I’ve removed permissions on FB and IG, re-added them, cleared cookies.  I’m not sure what else to try.  

How to know which messages are unread or that the program is the last response to the message

Hey, trying to get better followups and also implementing some people in my team.But I have the problem, that I somehow cannot filter to unanswered only Chats.Is there no way to do it or am I just blind?If not - how do you guys manage to see only unanswered Chats?Best regards

Hey Everyone! I’m trying to add a ‘blacklist’ conditional which the automation routes through immediately after the trigger and has the ‘if tag ISNT’ [blacklist] logic applied to it, in order to exclude certain accounts from the automation.  However, this does not work at all.  I know that the issue of the lack of a blacklisting ability has been raised before so I assume people have figured out some sort of workaround - any help here? Thank You,Matt

I have about 1.5 million followers online with 658,000 being directly from Instagram.  I installed Manychat about a week ago and Manychat has responded to about 3,500 comments and sent about 3,500 DMs to followers that have commented on my Instagram posts.  I just got banned from commenting on my or any Instagram posts. I’m guessing it may be because of the volume of comments that Manychat responded to or the lack of variety in them as I only had 4 variations set up to respond to comments.  So Manychat is currently not able to reply to the comments on my post but it CAN still send direct messages. Should I stop using Manychat or use it less?  I don’t want to get banned from sending DMs either and currently I’m probably sending about 500  per day.  Can someone please help me and give me best practices here and please give me some guidance on what to do to prevent this from happening again once my commenting has been restored?

Hey Manychat! I am working on testing click to messenger campaigns between Meta(Facebook specifically for now) and Manychat. I am experiencing some issues where the Manychat automation is not being triggered. When a message conversation is triggered it seems to be defaulting back to a message that says: “Hi {First Name}! Please let us know how we can help you.”.  which appears to be the default greeting for Facebook.  Despite attempting a few different manors of fixing this, it is still defaulting back. I have this setup in a few different ways for testing in the “Message template” area of the engagement ad.  I have an ad setup to use partner app, and selected manychat and the automation from there. I did not use the JSON code option as the automation did not provide it in this case. This automation never triggered. I have also set it up “start conversation” and integrated in an automation trigger via keywords, incase the partner app setup did not work.This ad works properly in the pre

Hey Everyone! I’m relatively new to Manychat, but I’ve coded several chatbots from the ground up so I’m not a complete newbie.  That said, I’m trying to deploy a bot with that simply responds to DMs and keeps a conversation going, so there’s no need for any additional triggers after the first incoming message from a user.  I’m using Make for the webhook connection message parsing, and an OpenAI assistant for the chatbot.   My routing setup is attached.The main issue that I’m having is that the chatbot will either send the same response twice, not in a row, but rather after the user responds to the first AI response, OR it will also send the user back their own message after the AI response.  I’ve gotten it really close a few times but it will still do one or the other.I’m not sure if what I’m trying to do is either not possible, or just so simple that I’m overlooking an obvious solution.  Any help is greatly appreciated!ThanksMatt

I have removed Greeting text from Facebook and from Manychat, but it keeps showing insted of the conversation starter. The  Conversation Starter leads into an automation, but no conversation starter shown. How can I disable that, and make it so if a user clicks Send message on my facebook ad, they will see only the greeting text i set in manychat, followed by the automation which is triggered by the conversation starter?  Thank you

I am experiencing an issue with Meta click to messenger campaigns and ManyChat. While Meta shows that 33 people have clicked on the ads, only 2 people have gone through to the ManyChat flow. This is either strange or simple. I have a step that performs an action that assign “audycja” a text value, in this case “strach”.The issue is that in the WhatsApp chat I see strange text showing up (see screen) that I can’t locate in the entire flow… Is it the action itself that prints this message?

Hi, I’m working on a ManyChat automation where users input some data, and at the end, they receive a unique reference number (folio). However, I’ve noticed that when two entries are submitted almost simultaneously (e.g., within one second), the generated reference numbers saved in Google Sheets end up being the same.How could I fix this.
