How to begin an IG automation with only ONE keyword in comment

Brain fart!! I’m trying to use only one keyword ONLY in an IG automaton, “Travel”. Now whenever someone makes a comment like “I want to travel” it’s starting the automation. How do I create only the one keyword starting the automation, not the mention of it? Thanks!

ManyChats and Hubspot Integration

Hello, I am new to ManyChats and a bit confused about the contact’s subscription. So I use HubSpot to capture and nurture leads for my clients, and I would like to know if can I store contacts on HubSpot without increasing my contacts subscription. I intend to use the tool for community management and not lead capture. Can someone please explain how the contact subscription works?

Problemas al recibir mensajes de instagram.

Hace 1 semana no me llegan los mensajes de solicitud a Many Chat ni funcionan las automatizaciones en estos mensajes ni en ninguno de los que llegan con el activador configurado.Y hoy no me llega ningún tipo de mensajes a Many Chat ni funcionan las automatizaciones.¿Alguien me puede ayudar?

Instagram does not show messages anymore

Hello, suddenly the messages from clients that come in by instagram will not show in instagram himself. I only can read them in manychat.. I still use instagram for normal conversation with people.hope someone please can help me… it drives me crazy thank you!

Help monetizing and optimizing my clients

Hey, I have a fitness business where I sell coaching and low ticket programs on my app. I have about 13,000 contacts from instagram on manychat and I am unsure on how I can optimize and monetize these contacts. They feel like a waste because I heard there was a 24 hour rule where I cant even message them anymore. Please help Im paying over $150 a month for these. Best,Jared

The person who has the right no longer has access to the account

One of our clients was worked with by another agency that linked the account to one of the personas and he no longer has access to the Manychat account because he no longer has a work email.Now I try to link this page to manychat but it asks me to send a request to an admin who no longer has access.what can i do?

Not displaying image from Dynamic content block

Hi guys, I’m exploring dynamic images and got stuck.Essentially I want to retrieve an image from my server and display it on messenger. I’m getting 200 response back (see screenshot) and everything looks fine for me but the image is still not showing in Messenger nor in Live Chat section on Manychat.Do I need another block to display the image or what? Maybe there are size and resolution requirements I’m not aware of? Can somebody help me with this issue?

Regarding ‘Welcome Message’ start flow button restore.In the WELCOME MESSAGE flow, the 1st ‘COMMAND’ button connects to a FLOW button, which should read: [FB] BB CORE Growth Tool Greeting [CUSTOMIZE]. However the box is empty! Anyone know how to restore it?

User Input Missing

Hey! I’m new to Manychat, so this may be a very simple answer, but I don’t seem to have access to the User Input field. I have a pro account, but even then when I go to create the “reply in dm” the only fields I can build are text, image, card, audio, video, and gallery; I don’t even see “user input.” All tutorials I have seen show that I should also have “user input” as an option so I can ask customers a series of survey questions. Has this feature changed and been grouped into another feature? I know I can create a text reply with multiple button response but that doesn’t seem like the same thing. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Distinguish multiple accounts from same business manager

Background: we have one Meta Business Manager Account that owns three different Instagram accounts and we would like to create automations for all three. Since ManyChat can only serve one Instagram account per ManyChat account, we created three ManyChat accounts and connected each of them to the same Meta Business Manager and then to either of the three Instagram accounts.Problem: we cannot distinguish the three accounts in ManyChat, because they are all almost named identical. The only way to see, which account is currently active in the ManyChat-browser, is to navigate to Settings=>Instagram to display the connected Instagram account. Surely, there is a way to rename/color-code/tag/etc a ManyChat account, such that it becomes distinguishable on first sight. Or is there?

Hola a todos. Tengo un cliente que me pide hacer un chatbot en arabe. Todo bien con eso, tengo el flow de conversación diseñado pero mi único gran bloqueo es que al pegar el texto en arabe, se pega como el alfabeto español o ingles, que va de izquierda a derecha, cuando el arabe se escribe de derecha a izquierda. Dentro del chatbot que será para whatsapp, al pegar el texto no encuentro ninguna opción para configurar eso. Alguien sabe como hacerlo? existe alguna solución? Gracias
