Hello,  I have set up an automation for IG where they sign up for a free challenge where they are to receive a message every day.    I noticed that the initial message was sent out and that these people have “Passed” but the message does not get delivered.    I have attached a photo so that you can see.    

Hi, first time builder here.We’re using Manychat for an HR funnel and I do not want my list selection to re-engage in automation once its triggered. Otherwise, we’ll have your CRM just blow up with notifications.Example:Asking a Y/N question or single choice from many. Responder clicks on Y or any option. Sequence activated.Now if responder re-engages with lets say N, automation starts again.How can I prevent this from happening? Once action is triggered, it should require further confirmation before continuing or re-engaging.

I have an automation that checks if a user is following me or not and then sends a different message based on that condition. The problem is it sends everyone the message that’s supposed to be sent to non followers ( I know because I checked with my alt account and followed before triggering the automation)Anyone had the same issue? My CTR rate is too low because even my followers get the message “Hey follow me before getting X”

Hello guys ! I want to set up ways to retrieve data on the performance of my flows. I'm going to make several posts so that the information is easier to find for other users. For your information, I have the ManyApp full pack. Here's what I want to do:Count the number of messages sent by a user on a specific flow (Whatsapp)Here's what I have as a lead:Users arrive on the flow I want to track and I assign them a tag corresponding to the specific flow. I set up a tracking automation : based on keyword with the trigger “Users send a message”. The problem is that I don't have an option to select something like “all messages sent”. My idea is to put a : if message contains a, e, i, j etc.. for the 10 most common letter. Obviously it's not really a perfect approach. Do you have better idea ? Then a condition of tag for the specific flow And finally I have an action

I am trying to clarify the user input using chatgpt but I can not find any field to store the gpt response. Does anyone know why this is? seems like a bug.   

I’m confused about “contacts” who seem to be people that I’ve chatted to in the last few weeks (even though I’ve only had a Manychat account for a week.)If people are “subscribed” can I send them a message outside of the 24 hours? If so how? (I seem to be able to send them a message on “live chat” but I don’t see how that’s better than sending them a message on IG.) Is there a “7 day cut off”? (I’ve tried to message some people and it says “the last interaction with this person was more than 7 days ago”.) In which case, what’s the point of them being a contact if I can’t contact them.Thank you!

Hi, Im building an email campaign and am having trouble using one sequence as a template to make another sequence. Sometimes when I edit one, the original also automatically edits and sometimes I don't have the option to change the “duplicates” name. What is the best why to use one sequence as a template to create another?

I have manychat app on my phone linked already to my Instagram page, I want to upgrade to pro I was told I could only do that from my laptop, Now in linking to my Instagram page is difficult, can't find here the request to link is sent.

Hey guys, if Meta has 24hr rule, when or how can we use the delay if more than 24hrs? We can set the delays for days but can’t send message outside the 24hr rule.

I am trying to get a single user’s information to be collected in a single row. I’ve tried both Insert Row and Update Row, and all of my Fields are named appropriately (I believe). Can anyone show me a simple walkthrough? I’m new to using ManyChat, and I likely need to have my hand held through this. Additionally, any idea why the “Worker Experience” column will never show any input data? Perhaps this is a symptom of the same issue affecting this creation of a new row for each user input; but again, I am not sure. Thank you in advance! Isaac

Is it possible to set up ManyChat to send a DM based on someone's vote in an Instagram story poll, rather than using a keyword comment? I'd like to have specific replies tailored to each poll choice, so if there are three options, I’d like to set up three different responses depending on the selected option. Has anyone tried this or have any tips?

Howdy friends, I’ve encountered a roadblock I’m getting pretty stuck on, and would love your help. My goal is to create a chat where job seekers and employers can create profiles, and then see profiles of the other. (e.g a worker sets up a profile, and then can view profiles that have been set up by employers). So far I am able to populate a spreadsheet with user data, and can call some of that data when requested. However I haven’t been able to create a message with multiple users. To better explain it with an example, below I have some screenshots. What I want to do in this example is send an employer a message that shows all the workers which have submitted a profile. (In my first screenshot) you can see my message setup, (in the second screenshot) you can see the example data I’m trying to extract in from the spreadsheet, and (in the third screenshot) you can see what the message result looks like.
