Hey everyone, pls help. I’m trying to connect manychat with Whatsapp. But at the and I’m getting notification that it doesn’t comply with meta policy. Pls can u help what are the solutions? What can I do?Is there any restrictions for countries or smth like that?

Hi I am Debbie and am starting  new digital marketing business.  I have a new Instagram for a new business. I have a personal and established business FB for my older already existing company. I do NOT have a FB page for my new business as I plan to run it off IG. So I signed up for Manychat and cannot get my new Instagram set up. Only my old FB and instagram . There is no way to add my new one?  What do I have to do set up another New FB page for account to sign up?  I will appreciate any help I can get!Thank you,Debbie

Hello everyone.I've been using Manychat for only 2 days. It's working well, but I found a little issue that you probably came across before.I have an automation for Instagram Comments. The automation is working nicely (at least for a few contacts). It worked for a few users and with my tests as well. But it didn't work for one contact specifically.It is for this Instagram Post (just so you can have more context): https://www.instagram.com/p/C6yDrIrsHA7/Notice that all the users received a comment + DM, but for one of the comments. The trigger didn't work for that specific contact. And I made sure that the automation was ON, etc.I would like to understand: what could have caused this, if this is a common issue, and what can I do to deal with issues like this?Plus, and most importantly, how can I "force" to start automation for that specific contact? In other words, I would like to add that contact to the automation, somehow. Is it possible?I would appreciate any comments on this.Thank y

Will it really get deprecated soon?  Will it affect both Messenger and WhatsApp? Then how to follow up outside of 24hr if we want to have ongoing conversation throughout the entire CJM? Why Meta does this? I have a question about automation with ManyChat. A few months ago, I had an automation that worked, but only organically; if I ran a paid ad with it, the automation wouldn't work. I understand that this is no longer an issue, correct? I want to know how to create an automation that works both organically and with paid ads. Do I need to set up two separate automations? One for organic and another for paid? Can I use the same keyword as a trigger for both? Could you please send me a step-by-step guide? 

 i created a dm trigger flow and it’s not working even with the test or setting it live.  the comments to dms trigger works but the dm trigger doesnt work. i even used the template they suggested any idea how to get it to fire off?   

I was on a trail version and upgraded to pro. I then created an DM automation for IG but when i try to the keyword, the trigger doesnt happen. I also put the automation live but still no luck. My IG page is private but that shouldnt be the reason, right?

However, I'm encountering an issue when users respond with something other than the provided options. Specifically, I'm struggling with how to handle the situation when a user inputs an unexpected response, without causing an infinite loop.Here's the scenario: I've implemented buttons or a list of options for users to choose from. But if a user responds with something different, how can I prompt them to choose one of the available options without getting stuck in a loop? When i use “next step”, it creates an infinite loop.I've considered adding a response to handle unexpected inputs, but I'm concerned that this might create an infinite loop if the user continues to input unexpected responses.Has anyone encountered a similar issue or have any suggestions on how to effectively handle this situation?

Hi Everyone! I’m using the Paypal Integration for selling an Ebook. I have an issue that here in Austria, one of the payment methods (Sofort) is not directly charged like a Credit Card, so Paypal doesn’t send the webhook, and Manychat can’t send the product that has been bought. The product is paid, but it only takes a bit of more time before the money is transfered to the Paypal account. I would like to disable this Payment method in the smart button or let Manychat react to another webhook so that the customer directly get the product. I can’t find this solution anywhere in the dashboard or somewhere else. Does anyone has an idea how to fix this? Thanks a lot for your help!

Hi there! Every time my bot is activated, the connection with ManyChat goes down. This happens consistently, and I have to update Instagram permissions each time. But this week it's even worse!
