Hi everyone,My payment failed, and as a result, my account was downgraded from a paid account to a free account. Consequently, my automations were not sent on Instagram. It took me 2-3 days to notice and fix my payment method, and now my account is back to being a paid account.During those 2-3 days, many people commented on my posts but did not receive private messages in return. Is there a way to re-trigger the automation for those who didn't receive messages?Thanks in advance for your help!

Can i send multiple message via whatsapp? For example: I chat-in with a Client and then I want to send a messages to other contacts and it doesn’t work, even i put tags.

I opted for the 14 day free trial…The card account was never linked… but $15 was automatically taken from my account…

Hi! We have had issues in the past with account restrictions when we DM more than 100 people the same DM. Will this be an issue with Manychat if we are planning on using the tool that DM’s people who comment something on our post?

Hi! I signed up for Pro trial & used the mailing list template ( freebie for email address) Has worked for some people using the trigger word and not others. How can I see which users the automation has failed on, why this happened and how to prevent this in future please? maybe i did something wrong? If it's not fixable,I won't continue with the pro account as my main aim is to grow my mailing list.  Thanks. 

Hey hello! Does anybody experienced issues with displaying images in card gallery on ios devices in messenger? Tried different aspect ratios 1:1 1.91:1 - when i receive it in messenger app on iphone/ipad it is always streched / zoomed so image content doesn’t fit.For example:Original image: Desktop messenger works great:Instagram app - works great too. But on ios messenger app is like:Any ideas? Is it only on ios messenger?Fo testing purpose you can run it here 

How can I understand that my ManyChat account supports Instagram DM Lists? I have this option while i am creating Automaation, but it doesn’t work after launch – there are no message for subscribing.

Hey Manychat Fam! So I'm not sure what I did, but I've been trying to connect my instagram and it keeps saying that a request was sent and that I need to contact the owner of the many chat account to gain access. “Your request has been sent. Please ask owner of Manychat account with this page to approve your request”I’ve tried going into my Facebook account but have no idea how to approve this request. I’ve tried everything at this point.  If anyone knows how to resolve this issue, I’d be so grateful!

Hello everyone!I’m having trouble using my Instagram account with Manychat, hope somebody can help me.My Instagram account appears as connected, but when I try to create an automation and add that channel, it again asks me to connect and I’m stuck in that loop with nothing changing.I’ve read the troubleshooting steps and tried them, but without success.Can somebody help me please!Thanks, Max

Hi everyone! I boosted my post that I am getting engagement on and up until I boosted the link was sent out to everyone who commented on my post. It looks like when the post is boosted it doesn’t send the link to people that are seeing my post from my ad I am running.  Please can you assist with this!  Does Manychat work with boosted ads?  Kind RegardsKay-Leigh 

I don’t want Manycht to read my Instagram messages and to reply  : “we usually reply within one day”, I only use the comments automation tool. I don’t need the chatbot. Is there anyway to disable it from replying to people in the messages?

I’ve been using manychat for months to auto respond to comments on my IG reels and it’s worked great. Now all of a sudden in the middle of the night last night the auto responses stopped working and I’ve been trying for hours and can’t figure out why or how to fix it.

It looks like 2 months ago there was a big problem with many chat automations working fine then completely stop working. Was there a resolution to this? I have PRO account and my automations completely stopped working a week ago and I have troubleshooted tirelessly without success. 

Hi Guys!I’m creating a chatbot automation using Manychat - Make - ChatGPT and recently I realized that the ThreadID requested by my Manychat automation is coming in a different format then it came before. This is causing a huge problem for me because when I send this new formatted ThreadID alongside with a user question to ChatGPT, using Make.com the OpenAi itself doesn’t recognize it as a valid ThreadID.I’ll share with you some screenshots os my Manychat request and would like you to check if I’m doing something wrong.Thanks everyone in advance!

I have been using my Manychat account for 3 months now and for 2 days it has stopped working. not just the last Reel but all the previous ones. Opening tickets is practically useless. invoices are ok, accounts are linked to Facebook pages. In short, everything is ok, has anyone solved it and how? 

Hi I have a problem with sending messages on comments. I had this automation turned on and it worked up to a certain point and then it stopped working and stopped sending messages (note that I didn't do anything with the automation at all, I didn't change any settings). I tried to create this same kind of automation on another post and it also didn't send messages, does anyone have experience with this ?  

I have been using manychat for the past three months for my business. First, it was working properly until I found something was wrong yesterday. I found out that my Manychat flow wasn’t working properly for the past three weeks. For the past three weeks, my manychat flow sent about 50 messages even though i get over 300 comments on my reels daily. I am sure that my manychat account is not working properly. Even though I set up a proper flow, it is not sending to many of those who commented. It is like sending one of the 20 people who commented. do you know what could the reason be?

Although the phone number is included in the conversations every time, in some cases it does not save the phone number and does not send it to Google Sheets. But getting the phone number here is one of the most critical points for me. How can I overcome this problem?
