How can I set up a wallet balance check on my ManyChat account?I do not want to set up auto-fill wallet since Indian Card policies create a problem and then the card gets blocked.Looking to set up this with an API Call or Email notifications, etc.Any ideas?

Looking for some assistance….  I am extremely frustrated with Manychat right now.  I just joined and everything is a dog’s breakfast.  I cannot find anything and it’s all changed and I cannot get answers, everything sends me back to the Growth tools which as everyone knows does not exist!! Where can I find out how to get a FB Messenger Ref URL.  This should not be this difficult.  Patrick  

When doing a Messenger Ref URL automation, does the user have to be presented with the “Get started” button instead of going straight to the automation? I want the automation to start automatically when they click the URL. Right now, if they click the URL, it opens Messenger, but nothing happens until they click “Get started.”

Hello! I’ve recently discovered that Whatsapp is now working on Manychat, so I decided to come back and give the application a try with the new Cohexistence mode.Well… I tried linking it to my WABusiness app, and everything works fine on the Meta’s side of events, but after Meta tells me it has succesfully connected to Manychat, I get redirected back into the original Manychat tab on my browser where it displays:“Connecting your WhatsApp channel...It can take up to a few minutes.”Fun fact, it will never leave this screen.I was wondering if anyone else has had this problem before? And if there is any solution for it? I really want to have the WA Business app on our company phone AND have Manychat working at the same time, so please help! 

I want to use Manychat specifically for my clients for the "Say hi to new followers" feature. Is it still available? I can't find it anywhere.Kind regards.

Hello everyone,I have a business selling custom portraits via Instagram. I created a lead magnet. I want people to comment on specific posts on Instagram; those comments are auto-replied to, and a DM is sent to all those users asking for their email address so the lead magnet can be delivered. That email address is saved in GoHighLevel, potentially to a list within GHL. I’m new to both ManyChat and GHL. Could someone guide me?

I’m still having a problem with my Instagram automations.  The full message isn’t showing when a button in involved. Yes I can add a link into the main body of the text, but it takes away from the character count and then I’m limited in what I can write in the main message. Also I need to be able to offer 2 different link buttons, one to my free guide and the other to the course or digital product I’m selling.  I had a whole system going where people could choose between 2-3 options and once chosen another message was prompted, then another. Not all of us can just add one website link. Now what do we do???

Hi everyone,I was setting up the “Say Hi to New Follower” automation and accidentally deleted the “User Follows Your Account” trigger for Instagram.I checked the list of available triggers to try to add it back, but I can’t find it. Please how can I get it back. Thank you very much 

I created a ManyChat account and connected it to my Instagram. Since then, an automatic message is being sent whenever someone new follows me. I have already turned this automation off and, as far as I can see, I no longer have an active account, yet the messages are still being sent. When I try to log in, I get a message saying that my Instagram account is already connected to another account. If I log in with a different Facebook profile, I see the message: “You don’t have a channel.” I’m completely lost at this point. I would like to use the automation, but I can’t log in anywhere because the system says I’m already connected somewhere else. What should I do to resolve this?

Hi! Like the title says the link on my automation is not appearing in the DMs, this people are following me and its happening to 50+ conversations which is super annoying , I've just renewed the permissions so hopefully that solves it but if anyone has encountered this can you pls help  

So I use the same primary automation every time I post to Instagram, and I simply duplicate the automation, apply it to my new post then just hit “go live” from the app. Recently however, it now takes me to a weird external page that no longer gives me the option to go live from the app - I can only go live from my desktop which is not convenient at all since I post content from my phone. Is anyone else experiencing this? Is ManyChat aware this is happening for some users? I don’t really understand why this regression has occurred, but I’m praying it will go back to how it was because creating a brand new automation every time doesn’t make sense for me.Thank you!

Every 5 minutes, a 'Let's confirm you are human' screen appears on my ManyChat. This is constantly interrupting me, and I can't work properly.This is happening to my team as well, but the funny thing is that it only happens in one of our offices; it doesn't happen in the others.Does anyone know why this is happening and what we can do to fix it? No one has been able to figure it out so far. 

Hello,I can’t connect my IG account. It says request sent, but I get no email or notification on IG. Where should the request be sent to? I thought it was connected to another account, but I logged in to MC with the other email, and under channels it says nothing. What should I do?Thanks!

I want to be able to see monthly and historical data on my automations performance, so I know what to optimize. I can see the total automations sent over the lifetime of the automation, i.e, 1000 sends, overall CTR 80%. It’s been live for 2 months and I’ve changed my captions, I want to see was there an uptick in CTR then? I also want to improve my CTR  and test optimizations - but it seems the only way to see this would be to duplicate and make a new automations to see clean data vs. seeing a graph of performance over time. 

I just sign up to Manychat via Google, and tried to connect to the Instagram account. I follow the instructions until I am stuck in the page where I pressed “send request” and not sure about the next step.In the Instagram, it shows that it is connected to Manychat, but in Manychat dashboard it said it is not connected to any channels. I checked this issue is due to the Instagram is already connected to another Manychat account, but I have no idea what it connected to because I just opened the account today.Thank you and I appreciate any sort of help! Have a nice day.

Hello, I’m trying to sign up to use manychat with my new business (creator) Instagram account. The problem is, every time I try to open IG through the manychat website, following the sign up flow, nothing happens. I just get relocated to the main Instagram feed and that’s it. OR if I try to logout and log back into my business account from the sign up flow, Instagram continuously flags my account for trying to sign in and locks me out, making me reset my password to recover the account. I’ve tried on desktop and phone and have the same problem on both. So I basically cannot login to Instagram at all without getting flagged and sent to recover and reset password. It is a continual loop. I have not found the solution anywhere and the help center is not helpful. I’m completely lost and am no tech wiz whatsoever. Can anyone help me with this? I’m desperate for a solution at this point. Thank you! 

Im trying to run a Scenario Test from Make.com.  I’m trying everything but still getting this error.ENDPOINT YOU ARE CALLING DOES NOT EXIST ANYMORE.404 path not found. Seems to be HTML issue.Looks like my request is not reaching the Manychat API.Ive regenerated the Manychat API to no avail.Does anyone know why?RgdsTrey

Please help fix this. Keep having this error "Your button must contain text." when using the Date data collection block.Seem like a bug with the Date reply type specifically. Since it works fine with other reply types but consistently fails with Date,  all button text fields are properly filled, this points to a channel-specific issue.

Hi everyone,I’m experiencing a recurring issue with Instagram Comment-to-DM automation in ManyChat.When someone comments under my post, I see the system message in Instagram that says:“You messaged {user_name} about a comment they made on your post. See Post.”However: No actual DM is sent. The user does not receive any message. The flow does not appear to trigger. There is no visible error inside ManyChat. This happens frequently, not randomly once in a while. Important details: IG account is Professional and properly connected. Permissions have been refreshed multiple times. Page is connected via Meta Business Manager. Automation is published and turned ON. The post is selected correctly inside the trigger.

Hi everyone 👋I’m running a WhatsApp automation with ManyChat + n8n. Everything works fine when the client sends a message — it goes to n8n, automation replies, no problem.👉 But here’s the issue:When I, as the human agent, reply manually to the client in the chat from my Phone Whatsapp, ManyChat still sends the client’s last message again through the webhook to n8n. This makes the automation think the client just sent that message again. Result → Automation replies to the old message → creating a loop and confusion. What I’ve noticed: The webhook payload shows the timestamp of the client’s last message (not my agent reply). So ManyChat is basically re-sending the last subscriber input whenever I send something. My Instagram account is already connected to a ManyChat workspace that I no longer have access to. I am the owner of the Instagram account and the paid ManyChat subscription. The system shows ‘Request Sent’ but there is no request to approve. Please help me locate the workspace that owns my Instagram channel and restore my access or merge the workspaces. It says “my name/account is already connected to my name/acct.Switch Instagram to continue with another account or request access from the owner of Holly Ambrozi.” It’s a loop I can’t get out of and I have not found a way for Manychat to provide any type of assistance other that creating a post on this forum.
