My client asked me a messy request, fine. So I need to duplicate an automation and I already know about the option.But duplicating an automation only creates an empty shell! I have two dozen bubbles/cards/whatever and only the trigger and first bubble appear in the “duplicate”. This needs to be fixed!

As the title says, im unable to remove telegram bot from account. I have admin role (not owner), but the “remove” button isnt there for me. Then i created a second account, added a telegram bot and the button to remove does show up, but in the account i need to remove its just not showing. Me or even the person who created the connection cant see the button (we both have Admin role). What can I do? I need to solve this problem please help.

Hi manychat communityI am having an issue with some of my flows where the public reply to comments is not appearing. The setup is shown below so it should work on all posts after they comment either Timing or Pluto. I have 3 posts in total where I want this flow to work on. All of them mention the CTA of “Timing” in the video and are getting replies:For example in video one it seems to work fine: In Videos 2 and 3 however it seems to not be responding. Any reason why this is the case? 

If I only create the ad on Facebook and Instagram, does the automation work for the comments on the post, or do I have to create the post on Facebook and Instagram and then create the ad for the post?

Good evening. I'd just like to know specifically what the consequences of the "Delete WhatsApp account from ManyChat" button are. I've received support information and research, but nothing is conclusive or straightforward.I need to know if:Selecting this button will erase the ManyChat message history and contacts, and free up this number for use in any other meta developers app. I say this because I need to free up this number, but I want to have the history and contacts saved in ManyChat so I can still consult them when needed.

I’m building a system in ManyChat where multiple live agents share conversations, but each agent can only handle one active chat at a time. Instead of relying on math operations or agents manually flipping their status, I’m using global bot fields as “slots” — for example, A_Slot_Free, B_Slot_Free, C_Slot_Free. When a user asks to talk to a human, the bot checks which slot is available, assigns the chat to that agent, and flips the slot to “false” so nobody else gets routed there. When the conversation ends or escalates, the bot flips the slot back to “true,” making the agent available again. Since I don’t have enough resource to purchase the inbox subscription, is there other way to solve this predicament.

HiWe just created an IG automation to send a link to a file (hosted on Dropbox) if anyone replies to a post with a trigger word. It works in that the reply DM is sent, but clicking on the button brings up a screen that has the “Redirecting” message, and nothing more happens. The bottom of the screen says “You’re being redirected to … [url of file]” so I can click on the URL to get to the file, but … shouldn’t the “Redirecting” screen actually go away at some point and redirect itself?Thanks!

I'm experiencing instabilities in the live chat and don't know where to ask for quick support.On the status page https://status.manychat.com/ there's a button to report a problem, but it takes you to a page for asking questions.I need to know where to report a problem where we need quick solutions. Like me, many people use Manychat for support on WhatsApp and other channels. If it's down or unstable, we lose our support flow.I'd appreciate it if you could check and let me know where I can quickly report a problem.Thank you.

I’ve searched posts on here and have not found the issue I am experiencing.   I have a trigger set up to send a reply as private with a button to press that gives permission to continue.  I’m using an Android phone to test.  I comment on an IG account with the trigger word.  The message comes back to my DM displaying the button just fine.  Pressing the button just echoes back and does not continue the automation.  I have tried with a direct button and as a quick reply.  I’ve gone through all the troubleshooting, permissions, refreshing connections, removing MC and re-adding.

My idea was to create a chatbot that gets triggered when someone replies to a story → collects their info → and then sends it into our team’s Telegram group, so we can confirm whether the item is available or not.I almost have it working, but here’s the problem: when the requests show up in Telegram, there’s no way to tell which story/item the person is actually talking about. I have about 12,100 active contacts and 8,879 inactive contacts in my ManyChat account (screenshot attached). But when I go to send a broadcast, it only lets me reach 73 people.I’m confused — what’s the real difference between active vs inactive contacts, and how do I make sure my messages go out to all of my contacts instead of just a small fraction?Do I need to re-engage my inactive contacts, change settings, or is there a platform limitation I’m missing? Any guidance would be much appreciated!  

so I want to have a clear vision on the contacts in manychat because every time you have a dm it should save as contact but i tried sending some manual dm to check that out and I see that is at 0.I know manychat charge per contacts per month and that every DM coming in should be a new contact automatically is that only from paid plan or even is it only from the automation when a dm comes and start with the automation?

I have an auto DM set up for a specific post of mine. It says “Comment the word pool” and i created the flow from scratch. It was working when I first tested it but, not it is not sending. I believe it can be due to two reasons:  I ran an IG boost on that post and it got denied so Meta is blocking auto Dm’s   I have been commenting TOO much from my test account Screenshots of automation are attached.

Hello, I configured a simple automation here : So far, it works. It's the next step that doesn't work: When the person clicks on the "Envoie moi le lien" button, the "DM with the link" step is not triggered. I refreshed the permissions, checked that everything was in order via the help center, and it is. I'm a little desperate, could you help me?

From this post:It says it is resolved, but after publishing my reel and adding the quick reply button, I have tested in multiple divces that the DM does not in fact contain the quick reply. What am I doing wrong, if this has already been marked as Resolved?

As usual, Manychats monthly downtime has started. WhatsApp automations are not triggering. I cannot wait until another product comes along. This has been like the 5th issue with manychat affecting our business in the past few months. Supports been OK - sometimes great - but the lack of actual fixes is mind boggling. No report on the status page either. Status is showing 100% uptime. What a joke.

Currently, it seems that only 3 standard replies can be set per comment trigger.For my use case, I’d love to be able to set many more variations — for example, 20 or more — so that the automated responses feel more personal and dynamic. Hello everyone!I’m building an Instagram Direct agent: ManyChat (Instagram Direct Messages) → External Request → n8n → reply to the user. What’s happening (the issue)  A user messages us in IG DM. ManyChat triggers an External Request (webhook to n8n) and immediately sends a message to the user, but it’s an old value (looks like it’s pulled from a custom field from a previous run). A few seconds later, n8n finishes processing and produces a new reply (I can see the correct text in the output of the last n8n node). But the user doesn’t receive anything else — they only get the early “old” message that was sent before the webhook completed.  How can I force ManyChat to wait for the webhook response (External Request) so

The Quick Reply issue was resolved last night. However, the moment I reconnected my Instagram account, I immediately received a 7-day messaging restriction. This is unbelievable. My bot didn’t even send a single message to anyone, yet I was banned right away.I can’t be the only one experiencing this. I’ve been using my ManyChat bot for months without any issues, and I haven’t made any changes at all. The only thing I did was reconnect my account to ManyChat and refresh the permissions.Who can help me with this? I got a 7-day messaging ban, and there’s no way to report this problem to any Instagram official. I already waited 3 days for the Quick Reply issue to be fixed, and now I’ll be out of work for another 7 days.

I see this message when I send links to people with Manychat who comment on my posts in instagram. I’m assuming it happens for all redirect links that are sent on all platforms with a free account. I’m wondering if this goes away with a paid account as I want it to be more seamless for my followers.
