My auto DMs have stopped working for all my posts even though it says LIVE on all of them. The new post from yesterday isn’t even showing on my Manychat profile - it’s got over 600 comments already for the recipe but I can't use Manychat since it’s been stuck like this since yesterday. Someone please help!!!!

I am setting up an automation from scratch for a Facebook post. I want to send a message after 30 minutes if the client does not click the link. But, this seems to be sending it to everyone, even if they click the link. What do I need to change?

Hi I run Facebook ads and get a bunch of FB messenger leads I have to negotiate with daily l. I can spend 6 -8 hours daily  negotiating.  I would like to automate this? Is this possible to do with manychat?Basically I have a base price I buy items for, eg...itemA $X. Item B $Y etc....but then if there is an issue like a broken light or broken light plus broken glass  for example then the quote needs to be lowered.  Anyway there is always negotiations back and forth so it would be a spectacular if this negotiation process could be automated. So can manychat negotiate for me?. Cheers  John 

I’m trying to setup an Instagram and a FB Ad Trigger that is based on the conditions of following both respective channels. I believe the triggers need to be live before I can connect the Ads Manager to ManyChat, but I keep getting weird setup errors like “You can’t use Next Step for the first message with Facebook Ads trigger” and “Add at least one Quick Reply to the first message to set up Instagram Ads”.I’ve tried troubleshooting these by redoing the flow from scratch, but it’s just not working.

Is there any way to prevent yourWhatsapp co-existence from triggering automations for the recipient? If a team reaches out tp someody through the app. It triggers the default automation and causes confusion.

How can I make a global keyword like “Return” that ALWAYS interrupts the flow and sends the user back to the main menu, no matter where they are in the conversation?Thank you!

Hello the community,I’ve launched an automation today with Manychat for the first time. “Auto-DM links from comments”. I’ve got 4 comments on my publication and the automation worked. But now, I received a mesasge on Facebook Messenger from a customer, and I can’t reply. I found this error in my Meta Business Suite : “Due to regional privacy rules, some Inbox features and messaging-related insights may be unavailable.”Could it be linked with my newly Manychat use? How to solve this asap? Thanks

Can the chatbot respond to ads enabled through meta ads manager? Because I had the same problem when I used a different chatbot platform, and the automation only worked for organic traffic, it couldn't respond to ads enabled through meta ads manager. Even though I enabled ads placed in a ready-made post for advertising

Hello everyone,I am currently building an automation in Make.com that updates a user’s custom field in Manychat after verifying their payment status from Google Sheets. The scenario works as follows: Google Sheets – Watch Changes → detects updated payment status. Set Multiple Variables → prepares reservation/payment data. Google Sheets – Update Row → writes reservation code or status back into the sheet. Manychat – Set a Custom Field → should update a custom field inside Manychat for the corresponding Instagram user. The issue I am facing relates to the “Subscriber ID” input in the Manychat: Set a Custom Field module.

Is the new follow to DM feature only available for IG accounts? Or is this feature available for Facebook?

Hello community, I’m a newbie.. I’m trying to setup comment to dm flow for Facebook Messenger.I have different keyword triggers for different posts. So, in the trigger block, i’m using multiple triggers.  I have to know in the end the post where the automation was triggered? So i am trying to use facebook_last_comment.post_permalink.  I have created a User field which i am trying to update with this value, but i am not sure where to place it in my scenario.  When i place it in the way i have shown in attached image, i get invalid variable error. Would be thankful if someone can share best practices on how to capture facebook_last_comment.post_permalink in a multi trigger scenario like this. Thanks.

I’m running into something strange with the “Get Updated” button in Messenger. I have a list of subscribers, and all of them have clicked Get Updates inside the bot. My understanding is that this should allow me to message them outside the normal 24-hour window. But when I send a broadcast, it only goes out to people who have interacted within the last 24 hours.The users who clicked Get Updates are not receiving anything at all.It should be possible after my understanding to send them after 24h if they clicked get update

I have a ManyChat automation that automatically moves contacts from ManyChat to Flodesk. The issue I have is the automation runs but doesn't seem to create the contact within the Flodesk audience and segment.  I know the automation is working because I then create a row in a separate Google sheet with the contact's details, but I can't still see the contact within Flodesk.  This how the steps look in many chat.How it looks in many chaty You can see that the contacts get to the flodesk actionThe contact is logged on to google drive

Hi, I use software for the reels I upload to Instagram. In the last reels Instagram identified me as a robot and gave me a week's penalty without being able to respond to the messages I receive / write messages in my chatHow do I avoid this? I'm sure using the MANTCHAT software caused me to receive the penalty. If I have a large amount of messages on a video how can I respond without Instagram thinking I'm a robot

Since the recent changes to Manychat I am unable to set up automations with buttons that go to Thrivecart links. I just get an error message stating that it is not a valid link ….. This is so frustrating especially considering in my field Thrivecart is one of the main forms of external links to get affiliate income / recognition.The only way I can do this is to add the link in the text but that isn’t a great customer experience as they then have to copy and paste it anyway.Any idea when this glitch will be addressed / fixed? Is there a different way for me to get the convent clickable links for my followers?
