I’m facing an issue with integrating ManyChat and n8n. The guys set it up, but I’m struggling to connect it and figure out what’s going wrong. In test mode, everything works fine, but when using a real WhatsApp or Instagram trigger, the external request to n8n doesn’t seem to execute properly. Even though I received instructions 1,2,3,4 via email and still implemented them all, only the message like the attached picture below is repeated and Instagram is not working. Please help me. 

Hello, I’m Brazilian and I speak Portuguese. I’m experiencing a problem with the contact limit. It says I can have up to 1,000 contacts, but it also shows that I already have 1,475 contacts. However, I have already deleted all contacts from the list, and the number still remains the same.What should I do?

Hi, what's the problem? Manychat keeps sending the same message. I have two accounts and they both do this. it's been going on for about a week now. the same messages are constantly being sent without any interaction, the client only needs to open Messenger 

As of 24 hours ago, all automations stopped sending DM’s. I’ve refreshed permissions a dozen times. I’ve checked and Instagram is still connected. I’m totally lost????!!!!!

Hi everyone,I’m having some trouble connecting my ManyChat account to my Facebook Ad Account and Conversion API, and I’m not sure what I’m doing wrong.Here’s the situation: Account X is the Admin and Owner of: The Facebook Page connected to ManyChat. The Ad Account I’m trying to connect. The Business Manager where the Conversion API token was generated.   My ManyChat account is linked to the same Facebook Page that’s managed by Account X.  I’ve tried connecting:Through Facebook, and Using the dataset and token option with the Conversion API.No matter which method I use, the connection just doesn’t work, and I can’t figure out why. I get the “Invalid Conversions API credentials”What I’ve Checked So Far:Account X has full Admin access to everything (Page, Ad Account, and Business Manager). Hi Guys, i reinstalled my Pro subscription to send out some new Auto DM’s, i can see the money has been taken from my account, but the automation is not working! I know I’ve set it up correctly as we have done these plenty of times.. but its not working. Please help asap. Is there a lag on upgrading subscription to be using it? 

I have searched some YouTube videos about ManyChat. It shows up it automates the answer for some keywords, but can I reply to the TikTok message & DMs in the ManyChat backend?  I can not find any contact info on this website, which sucks. Help, please guys. 

Hello, I’m having trouble connecting my Instagram account to ManyChat. I’ve already integrated my Facebook page, but I’m still experiencing issues with Instagram. It says that the account is already connected, but when I check on Instagram, it’s not connected.  

Hello, I am a food blogger and DM my recipes using many chat on both Facebook and Instagram. It is costing me over $1k a month so I want to delete that contacts and bring the cost way down. I have their email address stored on my eDM system so I do not need them any longer.My question is,  after I delete them, can the user interact again if they start an automation by commenting on a post? Does it treat them like they are a new person?taStacey  

HI - I know its more a Facebook issue - but i dont find help on this and I want to use manychat to automate my whatsapp channel for my brand. However - I can not connect with manychat to it - it finds the account, it finds the number - but then somehow it doesnt work as it always says, that the number is already in use.  So the problem is: I registered one number - and somehow i can not verify the number as it says “number is already being used. However - I have no where else the number registered.  I have one business portfolio quoala.de, then I have one whatsapp account named Quoala. Then in the whatsapp manager i have this number registered - but as you can see - i cant verify it, as it is already in use.  I would really appreciate if someone could help me with this.  

Hi everyone, how are you?I'm experiencing some issues with the WhatsApp connection on Manychat. In the Live Chat, it shows that the messages are being sent to the lead, and everything seems to be fine with the Manychat connection.The problem is that, in reality, the messages sent by Manychat are not being delivered to the lead's WhatsApp, as I’ll show in the screenshots below:

I have been experiencing issues when launching my broadcasts. For the past two days, I have scheduled and sent them live to a specific number of people. The execution appears to work, and it shows that the message has been sent, but only 1 or 2 people receive it, even though I configured it to be sent to 2,000 people. I am attaching screenshots showing the number of people the broadcast was supposed to be sent to and the actual number of recipients.!
