I have a pro account and am unable to click the go live button. It is blue, but when I click it stays blue and nothing happens. It is extremely frustrating because I have been paying for pro for years and I finally got a viral video, during the video going viral I was unable to set up the many chat. So thousands of people commented and never got delivered the lead magnet. I am frustrated because I don’t want to remove the video and risk losing all this traction but the dm automation is not working and I have been trying different options for over an hour. I refreshed all permissions, delete other automations, refreshed the page, started the automation over. So far nothing has worked. Has anyone else ran into a similar problems and how were they able to solve it

Is it possible to change the button text color? It isn’t visible in dark mode on my Macbook Pro.  

I had a simple dm automation set up and it stopped working the other day. When I test it, it works. But it isn’t triggering. I’ve tried refreshing permissions and even creating the same automation with the same keyword. I can’t get it to work.

I’m seeing WhatsApp template messages show as Sent, but Delivered stays at 0%. Other templates deliver fine with the same audience and setup.Already checked: Using a template send (not free-form), both inside/outside 24h window Contacts active/subscribed, E.164 format Template language/version consistent All placeholders populated Questions: Any known causes for “Sent but not Delivered” on templates? Specific log/error codes to look for that pinpoint the issue? Proven fixes/workarounds you’ve used? Thanks in advance! 🙏

I just tried using an automation for TikTok, but wanted to verify. It looks like we can’t send active links in the DMs and just have to redirect them to the link in our bio? I was trying to collect emails but I’ve been getting and error with any and all emails sending through my verified domain, which means the only other means of delivering a freebie is through the DM’s, but I can’t connect a link to a Google Doc or my Stan Store. Am I missing anything? Additionally, does ManyChat have any insight to the potential TikTok ban? I’m concerned about spending much time on my TT account if I only have 2 more weeks to use it. Thanks so much!!

If the client agrees to receive a gift, I want to deliver it, and if not, I want to end the conversation. Can I set up the AI bot to read the client’s messages and automatically assign the appropriate values to fields (attributes) based on their responses?

I’ve been trying to connect my Instagram and Facebook account to ManyChat, but the platform simply won’t link properly.Although ManyChat appears as a connected app in both Facebook and Instagram settings, the account doesn’t fully connect — I can’t access the automation setup screen, and the system behaves as if there’s no connection.I’ve already gone through all the available troubleshooting steps (clearing cache, switching browsers, checking permissions, reconnecting pages, logging out and back in, etc.), but nothing has worked.The Facebook Page and Instagram profile were never connected to any other ManyChat account in the past.Can you please investigate and help me finally complete the connection?

This feature finally appeared in my account yesterday - as I am sure it did for many people. But I am having trouble connecting to it as it’s asking me to refresh permissions. I have been a MC user for a long time so I am connected the ‘old IG API’ apparently, and this feature needs to run on the new IG API. But when I click to refresh, I get nowhere - just sends me round and round with IG log ins.Pretty sure all my back end set up is correct. Accounts are linked in accounts centre - never had any issues with connection previously. Have been through all the troubleshooting docs - but nothings working. I do have a support ticket in but am keen to resolve asap.If I remove Manychat from Business Integrations - not just toggle off, actually remove - will it keep all my contacts and automations if I manage to reconnect? I can’t think of anything else to try?

Hi everyone,I’m experiencing an intermittent issue with the Instagram integration.When a user sends us a Direct Message after clicking one of our Instagram ads, the message is sometimes not received or displayed in ManyChat Live Chat.I’ve attached two screenshots to show what’s happening: The first one shows the message sent from my personal Instagram account (“700k” and “343k”). The second shows the ManyChat Live Chat view — where part of the conversation appears, but the message “700k” never shows up. This doesn’t happen all the time; some messages come through just fine.Has anyone experienced something similar, or does the ManyChat team know what might cause this kind of message loss between Instagram Direct and Live Chat? 

I want to be able to tag those who’ve been added to Klayvio via ManyChat so I have a running tally of how many leads are coming from ManyChat — stuck on how to do this as I don’t use Klayvio often… any insights?

I’ve seen loads of documents going through all the troubleshooting for this.My instagram is a creator account under 500k, so it is eligible.As for FB, I have my main personal profile and an added profile from my main which is the profile I will sync posting with for my insta. Manychat seemed to want a business page rather than a profile so I created one under my personal FB profile (wouldn’t let me on the other one) and have now linked my insta to that business page but I’d really rather somehow link it to the business profile rather than a page as I don’t want my personal fb friends being able to find and follow my business account as I like to keep the 2 worlds separate and I know fb pushes things out far too wide for my liking.But even with this fb page linked it still won’t come up as an option for instagram.  I considered just creating another fb to log into Manychat with but every time I try to log in with FB it only lets me log in with the on

Hi everyone 👋I’m building a WhatsApp flow and need a List Message where each option shows only a title (no per-row description).In WhatsApp itself I’ve seen lists that look like my second screenshot (title-only rows with radio dots) — exactly what I want.Issue:In ManyChat’s WhatsApp List component, the UI seems to require a Description for each row (see first screenshot). If I leave Description empty, it won’t let me save. That forces extra text I don’t want.What I’ve tried: Keeping Header empty and Body super short (works). Rows with Title only — UI blocks save due to missing Description. Workarounds like zero-width space / non-breaking space in Description: sometimes saves, but feels hacky and inconsistent.

Os leads que estão inscritos na notificação não estão recebendo mensagens via broadcasting fora da janela de 24 horas.Isso começou ontem, 02/10, envio um broadcasting por dia para os leads que estão ativo no notificação, nunca deu problema.E isso não está acontecendo só com um tópico da uma notificação, todas as notificações criadas e com leads ativos não estão recebendo broadcasting fora da janela de 24 horas, tornando a notificação inútil.Também está acontecendo em outros manychat que tenho, mesmo que seja de outro perfil do facebook.No facebook não recebi nenhum aviso e na parte de status tanto da conta e da página está sem nenhuma restrição ativa.Alguém mais está passando pelo mesmo problema? Alguém sabe como resolve?

PLEASE HELP!  I’m working on a Google Sheet integration with ManyChat where I want to collect a user input in ManyChat, compare it with a particular lookup column in the sheet, and return a value from another column in the sheet if the input IS EXACTLY SAME, OR ALMOST CLOSE to any value in the lookup column. The ‘exactly same’ part works smoothly but I also want it to check for the closest results (to cater to typing errors or incomplete inputs) as the input and lookup data is supposed to be a multiple words input. Now for the sake of my life, I can’t figure out a way to check for similar values and return the closest one - I’ve tried the integration via zapier with its filters and formatter, but even though the logic looks correct, it still only works for the ‘exactly same’ input. I even tried it within Google sheets by using accurate formulas to insert the input in a cell and then compare it with the lookup column (all within the sheet) but that still doesn’t

The data collection block for receiving files and images and saving the link to a custom field has stopped working.No matter what image or file sent by the user on whatsapp, our manychat bot does not show it. The problem started about 2-3 hours ago. We do no longer see images sent by users and it has broken our flow. Anyone facing this too?

How are you guys?Well, I think I did it right, but..I set up the same flow as this one in order to establish an IF FOLLOWING CONDITION, where the “free content” will be sent only if the user is following the account. The thing is that once running it identified some users as non-followers when they were followers actually. So, am I doing something wrong? Could be a bug?Thanks
