What steps exactly need to be taken to forward a chat with Manychat via WhatsApp directly to WhatsApp and continue it there via direct chat? Does the same number have to be set up on a smartphone using WhatsApp Business? Is this even possible with the same number (MANYCHAT & WhatsApp on a smartphone with the same mobile number???)

Hello!I’ve been trying for months to do a video broadcast, but had no luck with it. I’ve edited the video both in CapCut and Premiere, and I’ve followed all the size guidelines (270 x 480).The file I’m using is encoded with H.264, downloaded at the Lowest Rate, in MP4 format, and I’ve made sure to follow all the specifications provided. However, no matter how many times I’ve tried, I still can’t get it to upload — it always says “File Media Not Supported”. Could you please help me figure out what might be causing this issue? Thank you in advance.

Is there anyway you can leverage many chat to automate follow up responses when people don’t answer the original DM? 

I have an automation that’s live. The automation collects people’s email addresses. I want to add a step to the automation where the email addresses get passed on to my klaviyo account (I’ve already successfully set up the klaviyo-manychat integration). But I don’t see anywhere to add a step. Can this only be done before an automation is live? Everything I read says you should be able to add a step to a live integration, so I don’t understand why Manychat is not displaying the option for me to add a step. 

Hi this is from the Unsubscribe from Bot automation on whatsapp. 1) is it possible to have quick replies on whatsapp???2) why START is not showed in the chat on whatsapp? if user doesn't no will never reply START3) is it possibile to add more quick reply? for what make sense?4) what means "if contact hasn’t engaged"?5) what next step can be chosen? What make sense?   

Anybody else keep getting DM’s from people that they aren’t seeing your message on their end even though you can see on your end???  I thought it was maybe because the person doesn’t follow me but I’m seeing it for people who follow me and people that don’t!  What’s the deal?

Hello!I wanted to help me fix my Facebook automatation comment to dm. I already use it on my instagram and when i try to connect my facebook the automatation works but the automatation on my instagram it sends only the first message and when they click the button i have, the second message doesn’t get sent.I triwd to make a new manychat account and connect that to my facebook but it also breaks my instagram automatation.

Is there a way to auto respond to existing dms in my request inbox by keyword? I have a bunch of dms in my inbox with a keyword that I want to reply to with the same message containing the same link, how do I do this with many chat?

I have only worked with Manychat for a week and I have a newb and frustrating problem.  Manychat has lost two updated versions of a flow I am working one, is there a way to recover?

I want to create an SMS chatbot for a client’s business with the following flow:Person messages number AI responds with “How can I help? 1. X 2. Y 3. Z” Person replies ‘1’ AI replies with an specific message for number 1It’s not very clear to me wether Manychat can be used for this example or not. 

“Message is failed to send, please contact Manychat Support” I get this message when using the live chat for instagram. Whatsapp works though. None of my IG automations work, not even the menu.

Hello Everyone, Im running into an issue i hope you guys can help me with. I currently have my manychat workflow connected to n8n for an IG and WhatsApp chatbot/booking agent, everything goes well during the whole conversation and data is being passed seamlessly until the end when the customer confirms the details for the booking. N8n books the appointment and logs everything into the CRM like its suppose to but when n8n send the confirmation message, manychat does recognize it and goes into a 1 time loop where the customer has to once again confirm the action even though n8n has already completed the action and responded correctly. Ive attached an example of the conversation, n8n confirmation message (output), and my current Manychat workflow. PLEASE HELP.

Hello, I’m currently using ManyChat with an active account based in Iran.I’ve set up a flow that triggers correctly — I can see that incoming messages are being received by ManyChat — but the reply messages are not being sent to the user. I’ve double-checked the flow, triggers, and conditions, and everything seems to be configured correctly. Is there any restriction or technical issue related to my region (Iran) or Meta’s limitations that could be causing this? I would really appreciate any guidance or a checklist to troubleshoot this, as I’m trying to set up automated DMs for my Instagram business page and currently stuck at this point. Thank you in advance 🙏

Hello  Was on vacation for 2 weeks. Came back and purchased a new phone. Transferred whatsapp over and setup a new automation for customers to text a keyword > send message back > add tag  A few contacts sent the keyword and it didn't fire so I followed the usual suspects in troubleshooting. Then I realized all of my automations are not working in whatsapp. I tried reconnecting and all kinds of stuff but I can't figure it out.  These are automations that have been working fine for almost the entire year. Please help! I am using WA business.
