Hello, i am trying to set up a auto-dm reply once someone comments on a post and it sends different DMs based on whether someone comments 🥵 or 🥶 but it’s not feasible on the quick automation. I have to setup a new sequence but i can’t find the way to set up conditions, need help!

Automatically send a friendly follow-up/reminder message if no response was received. Ensure it works consistently, regardless of whether the customer's last message was text, media, or quick reply. How can I change the assigned agent and the agent who receives notifications across different automations at once, instead of going manually into each automation and changing it? In our team, we have a different agent in charge of monitoring WhatsApp messages each day, and I currently have to update all the automations manually. Is there a way to change it for all automations at once?

hi When a brand‑new WhatsApp contact triggers our automation by sending a massage throught a url , the system sends the intended first message and immediately follows it with an unsolicited message that contains only the character “0”. This extra “0” is not configured anywhere in our flow and does not appear for contacts who have already chatted with us before.

I have two separate PRO accounts on Manychat. One account is working fine, but the other is not registering any of the comment to DM automations-- whether they’re my older ones that use to work or new automations I’ve just created.I’ve refreshed my account connection and received confirmation from Manychat that it has been connected properly, but the automations still don’t work. It’s unfortunate because I use this for business and I’m receiving hundreds of comments, but none of them are receiving the link. The contact list is still under the 2,000 mark too. Can anyone help me?? Thank you!

When it comes to dm, I want to give different answers according to which post-reels the customer has commentedFor example1. comment came to reels. The common message should be sent from dm (information is given by dm). Dm message is the product price in the relevant post - 450 dollars2. comment came to reels. The common message should be thrown from dm (information has been given with dm). Dm message if interested in the product price in the post - 650 dollars Can I create automation in this way? 

I got restricted by Instagram for 6 days because I went viral and too many ManyChat responses were deployed in a short time. Is there a way to limit the response rate to stay in the parameters? I appreciate your help!

Hi everyone, I need help with a WhatsApp number issue.My phone number is connected to Manychat via WhatsApp API, but it seems to be linked to a Meta Business Manager account I no longer have access to.I want to release the number and connect it to a different automation, but I can't remove it from the Meta account myself.Has anyone dealt with this before?Is there a way to disconnect the number without access to the original Meta Business Manager?Thanks a lot in advance for any advice!

When I Run Automation campaign My all Instagram reels is showing and 1 reels is mission and I want to apply automation on that reel but the reel is not showing up how to fix this error

Good evening everyone,I'm just getting started with ManyChat and I'm having trouble connecting it to my Instagram account. When I click "Connect", it opens a pop-up that should probably take me to Instagram, but instead I get the error: "Sorry, this page isn't available."I'm not sure what to do. My Instagram account doesn't appear in Meta Business Suite because it's linked to a different email. I couldn't find anything helpful in the FAQ either.Thanks in advance for any help! Something strange is happening with our ManyChat automations. We have two flows: "Current WhatsApp" and "Not Current WhatsApp."In the image I’m sharing, users are supposed to be entering the "Current" flow, but the options they're being shown belong to the "Not Current" one.However, as you can see in the image, the CTR data appears under the 'Current' flow, and not in the 'Not Current' one.My suspicion is that the initial trigger is somehow redirecting users from the first step into the 'Not Current' flow, though that still wouldn’t fully explain the CTR numbers.We’re still quite new to ManyChat, and the base setup was actually built by an external developer, so we’re now trying to understand and audit what they did. Any idea what might be causing this? Note: “Whatsappp copy” was the previous name of  “current whatsapp”.Thanks in advance

Hi.I seem to have a problem with my latest automation. I turn it on - and it works… Once. And then it doesn’t - for no apparent reason.It is still live - there seems to be no problems in the backend, and the other automations seems to be working still.Any idea what to do here? 

I have an automation that transfers user between agent (this is to change fast when user wants to talk). So when any agent send any text the automation is paused. But I want that if the user sent a keyword, the automation restart and the flow start to change another agent to talk.Im not finding any option to restart automation :(

Hi everyone,we’re having a tricky issue with our WhatsApp Business setup via Manychat and hope someone from the community can help:  Our WhatsApp display name “Fresh Hotspot” was rejected by Meta. At the same time, we submitted a Facebook Page name change from “Freshvenience Hotspots” to “Fresh Hotspot”, which has now been approved. So now, everything is aligned: our brand, our page (Fresh Hotspot), our website (https://fresh-hotspot.at) – but WhatsApp still shows the old name rejection.  Here’s the problem:  We connected the number via Manychat and can’t edit the name in Meta Business Manager.
