Hi ManyChat and ManyChat community!I’m wondering how I can hyperlink to an email -- as it stands, even if the person right clicked the message, they wouldn’t be able to copy the link, as it would copy the whole message.Second, I’d love to know how to prevent ManyChat from opening up a new little bubble / chat when you do use a link. When I send my website in the text, for example, it’ sends a message before the automated message with my website alone. See attached :)thanks!  

Card gets declined even after trying with different banks and cards. Happens every month and after like 300 tries, it starts working again like normally after wasting my entire day on it. The solution that link to “Manychat Users in India” webpage doesn’t work, I’ve been trying to follow the steps from 11 am, it’s 6 pm right now. Manychat support takes days to answer while thousands of people in my comment section are waiting for a link they’ll never receive.

Here's the idea: A message is sent to followers. If someone doesn’t respond, they receive a follow-up message 24 hours later. If someone clicks on option A, they receive message A 48 hours later. If someone clicks on option B, they receive message B 48 hours later. Honestly, Manychat has so many amazing features that I wasn’t sure if this specific setup is fully supported 😅So I wanted to ask: Is it possible to initiate the first message to users ourselves without it being considered spam or against policy? Can we set up conditional messages like:  – if the user clicks

Hi, I get this annoying automation where my bot keep answering “sorry I didn't understand. This is a default reply. please change it by editing the flow "Generic Default Reply"”Even if the word under my “keyword” it still do that. And even if I completely turn off the default reply, it still do that.Can anyone help :(

Hi,I started Manychat recently and I’m on the pro trial. I am trying to run a facebook messenger automation and my trigger is when user sends direct message (default reply) but it doesn’t seem to work.I have refreshed my facebook permissions and checked the automation and trigger is correctly configured.The only potential problem I can see is that my handover protocol role is “unknown”. I’ve tried changing it on facebook business settings but it is grayed out and disabled. I get the message: “Handover Protocol is disabled while we migrate to Conversation Routing” - Anyone else have the same thing?Is this the problem or could it be something else? Thanks!

Hi, for the last couple of weeks I have not been able to open any links sent to me after commenting a keyword. I keep getting an error message.   does anyone have the answer to sort this out please . 

Hi guys, I have had a lot of success using the free version so recently upgraded to paid. My flows are being triggered successfully in comments but not in DMs or Story replies. I have remade them, tested them with different accounts, watched the videos from others Qs and still it’s not working in DMs/stories. I feel like it’s a facebook setting but I have been alllll over the place checking everything but there doesn’t appear to be an issue. Any help would be great. Thanks

Navigate to WhatsApp Manager to resolve outstanding issues."I’m not sure what caused this or how to resolve it.Could someone please explain what this message means?Who can I contact, or what specific steps should I take to remove the restriction and restore WhatsApp functionality?Any guidance or support would be greatly appreciated.Thanks in advance!

When I’m filtering contacts by tag and subscribed on Date, I’m not seeing all the people that I tagged on that specific day. Can someone tell me what the subscribed on Date signifies exactly?Thanks 

Hey! I can’t figure out how to send a DM automation with clickable links – these are trending audio links for Instagram. When I set them up in ManyChat, they appear in blue (clickable), but in the IG message, they just show as plain text. Any idea how to fix this?

I have been using many chat for months. But today I got this notification. Is instagram not allowing stuff like manychat anymore? All i have is when people comment a word on my post I link them where to purchase the item.

Manychat provides 4 different methods to sign in, but once connected to any method I can’t remove or disconnect it I need to disconnect signing in via Gmail how can I do it please?

Have an automation in place to send 1 of 2 DM’s to people that comment on a post. One message includes a button with a link to an external site and works just fine. The second option is a message with quick reply options. It seems that accounts that don’t already follow us don’t receive this message. It gives them a message notification, and while on our end it looks like our message was sent, they have an empty DM.  Not sure if this is an issue with the automation, their Instagram DM limitations, or Instagram in general. Has anyone else had this issue or found a solution? 

I run a lot of giveaways and inside manychat I would like to say, you are entry 1 out of 100, 2 out of 100… etc.  something along those lines.  How would I go about doing that?  I was thinking I would have to use sheets, but cant figure out how I would pull the entry number.  Any help would be appreciated. thank you.

Hello everyone, I hope you're well.I've set up automatic replies to comments on my Facebook posts, and it works well. However, after a while, I get blocked by Facebook because the comments are coming too quickly over a relatively short period of time.I haven't found a way to space out the replies by setting a waiting time between replies (which can be in blocks).I would really like a solution, please. 🙏🏾
