I am very new to all this, so please be patient with me. I go live three nights a week and do a project. I have a flow built that connects to my website and a cartlink to the products featured in the live.  I use a keyword trigger to generate a message.  I have a different cartlink every night.  How do I duplicate my flow from night to night where all I have to do is change my keyword and cartlink?  I hope that makes sense.

I am trying to get a single user’s information to be collected in a single row. I’ve tried both Insert Row and Update Row, and all of my Fields are named appropriately (I believe). Can anyone show me a simple walkthrough? I’m new to using ManyChat, and I likely need to have my hand held through this. Additionally, any idea why the “Worker Experience” column will never show any input data? Perhaps this is a symptom of the same issue affecting this creation of a new row for each user input; but again, I am not sure. Thank you in advance! Isaac

Is it possible to set up ManyChat to send a DM based on someone's vote in an Instagram story poll, rather than using a keyword comment? I'd like to have specific replies tailored to each poll choice, so if there are three options, I’d like to set up three different responses depending on the selected option. Has anyone tried this or have any tips?

Howdy friends, I’ve encountered a roadblock I’m getting pretty stuck on, and would love your help. My goal is to create a chat where job seekers and employers can create profiles, and then see profiles of the other. (e.g a worker sets up a profile, and then can view profiles that have been set up by employers). So far I am able to populate a spreadsheet with user data, and can call some of that data when requested. However I haven’t been able to create a message with multiple users. To better explain it with an example, below I have some screenshots. What I want to do in this example is send an employer a message that shows all the workers which have submitted a profile. (In my first screenshot) you can see my message setup, (in the second screenshot) you can see the example data I’m trying to extract in from the spreadsheet, and (in the third screenshot) you can see what the message result looks like. Once they submit the form, I want to send them the guide via email and initiate a WhatsApp message sequence in ManyChat.I'm using Zapier to connect Wix Forms → Formatter (to split name) → ManyChat (Create Subscriber). However, I'm getting the following error in Zapier:"Failed to create a subscriber in ManyChat. Error from halted execution: Permission denied to import phone, email. Please contact support to enable this feature."I have already submitted a ticket to support, but has anyone encountered this issue before? Do I need to enable a specific setting in ManyChat, or is there an approval process for importing phone numbers and emails?Any help or insights would be greatly appreciated!Thanks in advance!

Hi everyone,I'm facing an issue with list buttons not displaying custom user field values correctly. Here’s the problem:I successfully assign a value to a custom user field using the API. When I print the field inside a text message, it displays correctly.However, in list buttons, it only shows the field ID (e.g., {{cuf_12345678}} instead of the actual value) in WhatsApp.Has anyone encountered this issue before? Is there a workaround to make list buttons properly recognize the user field values?Thanks in advance!  

Please give me some Facebook fanpages that have chatbot powered by Manychat AI, ideally in Education sector with the aim to collect leads interested in taking a course and the language used in chat is either Vietnamese or English. I’ve read the introduction of Manychat AI and would like to know how it unfolds in real life example. I will act as a customer of such fan pages and have a chat with it.If you know or do create such fan pages using Manychat AI, I would love to hear your experience on using Manychat AI. For example, is it better to use a whole AI chatbot of another provider (that is powered by either ChatGPT or Gemini or else and get trained on product knowledge to chat like as close to a human as possible) or to utilize Manychat AI to build scripted flow?

I am reaching out because I have an auto-reply message activated on my Instagram account, which automatically replies to users who message me. However, I am unable to find where to disable or modify this auto-reply feature. I’ve followed all of the troubleshooting steps suggested by ChatGPT, but unfortunately, none of them have worked. I’ve looked through the settings and options available, but the auto-reply seems to remain active. Could you please assist me in disabling this feature or guide me on how to resolve this issue?

Hi!This is my first time using ManyChat. I have automated DM set up for one post that is going viral.  Instagram has restricted my commenting within a day, and I’m suspecting it’s because I set up automated public reply to each comment, so I turned that feature off. It’s been a day, but commenting feature hasn’t restored. Do you think there’s another reason for restricted activity?

I’m using ManyChat to automate a follow up when someone clicks one of my Instagram ads.This is working fine.However, I want it to send them a second chaser message ONLY if they don't respond to the initial message: if they do respond, they should not receive a second chaser message, as I will be taking the conversation myself.Is this possible? This surely must be a common use case but  I can’t find anything about it anywhere. 

For some reason, sometimes the button to join the broadcast channel shows up and other times it does not (for the same user). Any insights into why that might be the case?

It happens to me that my Instagram followers receive the message in duplicate and it is very disturbing, is there a way to deactivate the automation once it has been sent so that they do not receive it in duplicate

After signing up and clicking “Connect Instagram,” I get redirected but receive an error message saying “User not found.” I have already checked the following:• My Instagram account is a Business or Creator account• My Instagram is properly linked to a Facebook Business Page• I have granted all necessary permissions to ManyChat on Facebook• I have tried different browsers Despite these steps, the issue persists. After someone comments and the automation sends the first message asks a question and they have to use a button. Followers are always telling me the button don’t work. It’s not every follower but there are a few that say the button never works. Any thoughts?
