Hey everyone,we’re struggling a little with our Instagram & ManyChat integration – and really hoping someone here can help or share a similar experience.We switched our Instagram account to Private a while ago, but only for a few days, like 3-4 Days. We immediately switched the account back to Public, and it’s currently in Creator mode. Ever since then, none of our ManyChat flows have triggered anymore – not a single one.Here’s everything we’ve already tried: Refreshed Instagram Permissions inside ManyChat Removed the Instagram account completely from ManyChat and reconnected it Reconnected the Instagram Channel in ManyChat multiple times Reauthorized Business Integrations in Facebook (removed and added ManyChat again) Built new test flows from scratch with, tried different triggers (Comment, DM, etc.) in both Simple and Advanced mode Deleted and rebuilt

I just joined ManyChat pro but I need to update email address so I can use it with the account I already have created. Please advise   

hi guys. i ve been losing my hours trying to understand why manychat is giving me the error above when creating a simple automation with chatgpt. when i access openai platform to check the usage (on both my accounts) they are 0/5$ and 0/18$ with zero tasks and zero requests. i understood i need paid plans or to add credit for this process to use, but there are also a couple of free tries, right? i didn’t use anything and still get that error. anyone help? thanks!

We are using Manychat for Meta-ads on Instagram. Is there a way to generate a report of what automations are performing better so we can adjust our strategy?  

I would like to send photos and videos straight from the Photo App in iphone, as you can do for whatsapp or many other apps. This is important because I have many payment receipts I have to send to my clients. With Whatsapp, I could send it easily, but through manychat I have to download it, open the app, find it on my phone files and then send it. Is there a way I can add Mnaychat shortcut there?

Found out that instagram quick replies in automations doesn’t seem to work when user is on their desktop using the website, only seems to work on app. is there any work around for this to make it appear on the website as well?

Hey, there! My client does a lot of automations linked to different Amazon lists/amazon store, blog posts, etc. Is it best to have one automation for many/all posts related to that category or an automation for each different one? How are you guys doing this? 

I’ve integrated Manychat to my Hubspot account, and when I attempt to use the form submission feature, manychat is limited to only 20 forms in the drop down. Using the formId works as a look up, but nothing more. I’m afraid this is an integration limitation and is insufficient. Anyone find any workarounds?

I'm trying to figure out the best way to manage tags within Manychat. Specifically, I want to store multiple tags inside a custom fields.Has anyone successfully done this? Hi everyone, I'm trying to set up my telegram bot with manychat so that it takes the clickid + utm parameters from the landing page promoted on meta ads to make sure that it passes them to a second telegram bot always made with manychat and that the latter generates custom affiliate links with the parameters that I need for tracking every time a user arriving from the ads clicks on it.I need this to be able to track the conversions assigned to the clickid and to be able to optimize the campaigns since telegram does not support native tracking on the platform.Thanks in advance to anyone who will help me
