Hello! If I send a WhatsApp message to a contact that appeared to have a valid phone number, but that turns out to not be true, is the message I sent charged as usual? A few of my contacts had invalid phone numbers (that passed as valid), but the message wasn’t sent or didn’t have arrive to their phones, so I’m wondering if I’m paying regardless.Thank you!

I am using the voiceflow to manychat connection template by Omnifusion (linked below) however I’m experiencing a bug somewhere in the pre-made template and I can’t for the life of me figure out where it is or how to solve it. I think I’ve pinpointed it to one area of code, however when I’ve validated the code it appears to be fine. Has anyone experienced similar errors? Or do you have experience with this template/connection and can offer assistance? Hey, I can't find the option to send messages to people on Instagram outside the 24-hour window. I would like to create DM lists for Instagram, but I don't have that option. Even though I create actions to set up opt-in for Instagram, it still doesn't work. Is there any other way to do this?

Hi, I’m just getting back into ManyChat and started building out an automation. There used to be a feature where the bot would auto-populate a person’s email, and it would say something like this “confirm your email below by tapping it, otherwise you can enter a different email.” ManyChat would automatically pull the user’s email address from their account and insert it into the message so the person could tap to confirm it, but I don’t see that any more. Is that feature no longer available? Or am I just missing it? Thanks! 

hi. I had autodicked on all the comments. Sometimes it doesn't work. Did not write to DM even when it worked. why is that happening?

Hi everyone!I'm currently using the ManyChat PRO trial. I've been trying to set up an automation using an External Request (Webhook) to connect with OpenAI via Make.com, but the option "External Request" is not showing up in my Actions list.I've already tried: Using Flow Builder (visual editor). Clicking "+" button to add a new Action block separately. Checking the ManyChat App marketplace to install the External Request (but I don't see this option). Has anyone faced this issue or knows why this might be happening? Is it a known bug, or am I missing something to activate the External Request feature?Any help would be greatly appreciated—thank you!

Hello. When a user subscribes to the bot in Telegram for the first time, they click the Start button, and the Telegram Welcome Message automation — which also contains a flow trigger — is supposed to launch. However, after clicking the Start button, nothing happens, and the user has to click Restart for the Telegram Welcome Message automation to start. What could be the reason for this incorrect behavior? 

Has anyone setup sms messages that won’t send? I’mA2P approved on Twilio and have a few phone numbers and account all working fine, except my newest client. I can’t remember if SMS can be sent right away or has to wait 24hrs? There’s a little square x next to my profile pic as well. Does anyone know the fix or familiarwith this issue?

Working with support but thought I would ask here.  I have gone through the FAQ and help desk documents.  Followed the outline, and still same issue. We are setup as a professional account, both FB and IG.  For some reason the automation trigger just wont trigger.  Has anyone come across this and found a solution?

Trying to troubleshoot - I had to change my IG Password this weekend and reconnecting ManyChat has taken me more time than I care to admit.  None of my automations are working no matter how much I refresh my persmissions, edit my meta suite, and all the ManyChat instructional videos I’m finding are too old to help (My screen looks completely different than what they’re showing).  I tried re-doing my automations, still nothing.  ManyChat has no customer service so I’m at a complete loss of what to do next.   I’ve been at this for hours.

Hello I ran an Instagram Raffle contest where people had to comment on the post. Is there any way to export all the comments to a .csv file?

Manychat has been triggering a DM automation every time someone comments the word “good” on any post (which you can imagine is a pretty common word). I never set up a DM trigger using that keyword and have searched my automations at least 10 times and it doesn’t show any trigger with that keyword. It is triggered at least 10x’s a day at looks extremely unprofessional. Does anyone have any idea of how to stop this from happening or how to actually get a hold of Manychat customer service? Thank you!

Hi, We want to trigger automation from comments for people to receive a “pre-save link” for music release. Once pre-saved, we want to resume automation. How can we achieve this in a workflow? Thanks in advance

When using a custom vairable to hold a simple string it fails to be displayed in a message or be picked up when sending it a a field to Aweber as part of a signup process via a webhook to Make. As can seen, the variable MainlyAnswer is set to A, B or C and passed to the SendMessage (and on to the webkook). When running in preview the message shows the internal name {{cuf_12545289}} not its value. This is also displayed when using the variable in the webhook json field. How can I get the variable content to display?Thanks Tim
