I understand that having Facebook contacts is helpful because I can broadcast to those who have opted in. However, can I just delete the contacts from instagram or those who haven't opted in for broadcasts? I dont see their purpose as I cannot contact them and dont care about their tagged data

The lists being showed in ManyChat do not update to showcase all of my lists within Klaviyo. This has been happening for a few weeks now, does anyone have a solution to this?

Hey!I’m trying to figure out how to make sure contacts coming from ManyChat are marked as “subscribed” in Klaviyo. Right now, they all show up as unsubscribed on my main list, so Klaviyo doesn’t send emails to them.I even tried creating a new list in Klaviyo without double opt-in, but no luck — they’re still coming in unsubscribed.Has anyone figured out how to pass contacts from ManyChat to Klaviyo with proper consent so they’re eligible for email sends?Appreciate any help! 🙏

How do you keep Instagram DMs out of your "requests?"I set up my first automation yesterday, tested it to make sure it was working and then EVERYONE who commented the keyword was NOT sent the link. They were sent to my "message requests." I had to manually “accept” the requests and then the automation still didn’t trigger. Obviously, manually doing everything defeats the purpose of Manychat, so I’m certainly doing something wrong. Ideas?!

Hi ManyChat Support, My Facebook Business Page was recently hacked and I’ve lost admin access. As a result, I can no longer manage the connected Page or its permissions. I’m reaching out to request that you manually disconnect or remove the Facebook Page from my ManyChat account so I can either reconnect with my personal account on facebook until issue on FB business account is resolved   Thank you for your help,

I have now added a new admin to my ManyChat account to create and edit automation flows. However, this new admin cannot view or manipulate any flows in the Automation section, while the three old admins (including me) can still access and edit normally.I checked the role and the new admin is also assigned "Admin" like the previous admins. I don't know why the rights are limited like that. Has anyone encountered a similar situation or know how to fix it?Thank you everyone in advance!

Hi everyone!I’m building an automation system for Instagram using Manychat and an external AI flow via n8n.Here’s how it works: When someone messages us on Instagram, it triggers a webhook. That webhook sends the message to n8n. n8n uses a RAG system to generate a smart reply and sends it back to the user via Manychat. So far, so good — but here’s my challenge:Sometimes our team replies directly to users through the Instagram app (not through Manychat’s Live Chat). When that happens, I want the automation to pause for a set period (e.g., 2 hours) so the bot doesn’t interfere with the human conversation.I thought of using the “Pause automations during conversations” feature under Live Chat settings, but it seems it only works if the reply is sent from within Manychat’s Live Chat — which is not our case.Has anyone found a workaround for this?
