Why was next post automation removed??

Why would the next post automation be removed as a feature? That was the most helpful feature so I had my posts set up ahead of time that way when it went live people could start commenting the keyword and the link was sent to them. I’m so confused why that feature would be removed.

Automation Flow not working- create new facebook?

Hello everyone!Its my first month on Manychat, I created a conversation flow for Instagram, where a Post or Reel comment leads to a DM automation. The conversation starts in the DM, but the flow stops in the middle and my audience does not receive a link. The automated response in the comments works thoough (Like: hey, got your message, I’ll send you a DM with the link).I have done ALL THE STEPS explained in by manychat support PLUS info tutorials shared here.refresh permission ✅business integration shows: manychat ✅manychat is shows under white listed search bar etc etc and all the other things you recommend ✅so my question to you guys is… should I create a NEW facebook account and facebook page, to connect to my instagram? because it seems something is off with the old facebook account (that i’ve had since 2007 and support has stopped replying because they probably don’t have a clue how to help me.I really want my manychat automation to work before black friday salesThanksAnike

ISSUES : "Get updates" not working

Hello everyone, my business's ManyChat is currently facing a significant issue: customers can't see the "Get Updates" button, or even if they can click it, they can't proceed to the next flow. I've tried reaching out to the support team, but I haven't been able to contact anyone. Is anyone else experiencing this issue?

Hola Chatboteros.Les platico, ya tengo una cuenta de Whatsapp API vinculada a Facebook mediante una plataforma de Chatbots (similar a ManyChat).El proceso para pasar las verificaciones de negocio fueron bastante arduas, el personal de la plataforma me ayudó con todos los detalles para la verificación del negocio, creando incluso una muy básica “página web temporal”. El proceso fue complicado, pero se logróMi preocupación es:Al buscar conectar ahora a Manychat con Whatsapp API, tenga que pasar por el mismo proceso complicado y que no se me conceda pasar las verificaciones.Mi pregunta es:Como ya se hizo la verificación del negocio y la cuenta de Facebook, ¿puedo utilizar esa misma cuenta de Whatsapp para conectar a Manychat? Para no tener que pasar de nuevo por el proceso de las verificaciones.(Entiendo que debe ser una cuenta nueva para no perder información, sin embargo, no veo problema con eso).Gracias!

Can't access my account

Is there a real way to reach the manychat teams. I feel like I’m just vicious circle and not reaching anywhere. also tried link https://help.manychat.com/ but can’t find a direct support team. I want delete my account as I don’t have my facebook account anymore so I can’t log in to my many chats and my instagram is sending the automation messeges.

Why can't I add more links

Every morning I post on Instagram and put 3 links on many chats that get sent to followers. I was not able to do so this morning. My set up looks completely different. What happened. Followers are asking for links to my post, but only sending them 1 of the 3 links. What happened to the add button for more links

Issues with non followers receiving automated DM

Have an automation in place to send 1 of 2 DM’s to people that comment on a post. One message includes a button with a link to an external site and works just fine. The second option is a message with quick reply options. It seems that accounts that don’t already follow us don’t receive this message. It gives them a message notification, and while on our end it looks like our message was sent, they have an empty DM. Not sure if this is an issue with the automation, their Instagram DM limitations, or Instagram in general. Has anyone else had this issue or found a solution?

Chatbot is not going off

Hi, we have a chatbot that is supposed to start a DM based on a word trigger in Instagram DMs, but it’s not working. When we use the comment-to-DM feature, it works partially, but only for the first two sentences.When I checked the Facebook Business settings, I noticed that the primary receiver protocol for ManyChat isn’t listed there. I’ve already refreshed the connection multiple times, but it’s still not functioning properly.It’s odd that the comment-to-DM feature works partially, but the word-to-DM trigger doesn’t work at all—it doesn’t load. Do you have any idea what could be causing this?

Não Permite Automatização sem Atualizar para conta PRO

Tenho uma Conta Gratuita no ManyChat, vinculada ao meu Instagram e Facebook. Até a data de hoje (19/11/24), havia feito apenas 4 automatizações - Resposta a Comentários no Instagram. Tentei fazer 2 automatizações novas hoje e não foi permitido, exigindo atualizar para a Conta PRO, para prosseguir. Em relação a palavras-chave, inseri apenas 3 em cada automatização. Consegui fazer como Gratuito, apenas a otimização para resposta (qualquer resposta ou reação) nos stories. Há algum limite de automatizações para a Conta Gratuita?Li, no site da ManyChat, que “As primeiras 1000 conversas de Serviço do seu negócio a cada mês são GRATUITAS”.Poderiam me auxiliar a resolver esse problema e continuar com o serviço de automatização com respostas nos comentários do Instagram (e Facebook) de forma gratuita, por favor?Aguardo retorno. Is there a way to add more than 3 buttons in a message? i need to present a lot of categories for the user to choose from and the quick reply isn’t working well for all users and they can also write whatever they want which can mess up with the flow. i need to find a way to restrict their selection to my options only.

Ideas para capturar solo Nombre de usuario?

Hola gente!Tienen idea de cómo hacer para cuando se pregunta el Nombre al usuario, aunque este responda Nombre y Apellido, podamos tomar solamente el Nombre?O en todo caso tomar ambos, pero que pueda separarse de alguna forma y tener con precisión solo Nombre en un campo personalizado.Ocurre que al preguntar “Cuál es tu nombre?” o similar varios mencionan Nombre y Apellido, entonces se almacena de esta forma en el campo personalizado. Luego en cualquier conversación no queda bien utilizar este campo personalizado y llamar al usuario por nombre y apellido.

Using Manychat and other API based tools simultaneously

Hello! I’m struggling to get Manychat to work when I have other tools managing Instagram DMs as well. Most help center articles talk about primary/secondary handover protocols, etc... but Meta has changed a lot since most were written. Did you need to adjust anything under Advanced Messaging or Instagram conversation routing to get two to work at the same time, or if that impossible by design?

Will duplicate DMs get send on comment>DM automation?

I will be running a giveaway on Instagram in honor of Small Business Saturday. The way people enter is to tag someone in the comments and they can tag as many people as they want in separate comments. I would love to set up an automation where they will receive a link to subscribe to my email list after they’ve commented, but I’m worried is someone comments more than once they will receive duplicate links for my email list. How can I avoid that?
