Facebook CAPI DataSet not created and instagram disappeard

Hi guys ill be happy to get someone help, I did all the process and after that the dataset not created and i want to try to make new dataset for the CAPI again i cant find the Instagram account. No i went into instagram setting Website & Permission and i saw over there ManyChat Connected i tried to remove it and still is not shown on facebook CAPI process Connect Data > Messaging > Instagram Account > *instagram not shown any more* What should i do i have no idea. Ill very appriciate any help.

Hello, seems like i have been encountering a problem with the free 1000 contacts since i made the automated chatbot on Facebook it has only sent 61 replys but now the 1000 contacts says its full out of nowhere ? Is it how it works or am i missing something ? Or are you able to reset the free contacts?

Manychat has option to connect Custom Domain (with our business domain)

I plan to use my business domain with your chatbot, replacing landing pages in the flow: Meta Ads → Manychat (Custom Domain) → Affiliate Offer.Previously, I used landing pages instead of Manychat. This change will enable me to run a Facebook Ads - Leads Campaign with this URL and generate higher-quality leads.Could you suggest the right Manychat plan for this setup?

Preciso muito de ajuda! Assim que eu entro no Manychat e tento mexer na área de automação para responder os comentários direto no direct, aparece para mim essa mensagem “Parece que a conexão está indisponível”. Eu não sei se isso se deve porque o período grátis já passou ou o que houve de fato, mas não consigo entrar mais (nem quando tento pagar pela versão pro tenho êxito!). Gostaria por favor que alguém responsável me auxiliasse na resolução deste problema, pois preciso usar a plataforma.

Hi,I have a IG Story automation with the trigger as people mention my name.  But when someone mention my name in different Story, they again get the same automated message.  How can I stop that? It is very annoyng for them. Thanks

Messages not displaying on Instagram

Hi ManyChatters,I’ve been having issues with some accounts since last week that says:“This person messaged you about a comment you made on their post.”But there was no ManyChat message or link. Some people have responded they aren’t seeing anything but I’m afraid there are others who won’t bother. Is this a known issue too?

Facebook: Not able to activate public auto-response in feed

When I'm trying to set up my Facebook automations, when choosing to turn on ‘public auto-response in feed’, it gives me this message - “We need to get advanced Facebook permissions from your account to use this feature.”   I select the option to “Grant Permission” and then select  “Edit access” to only allow for the ONE Facebook page I have connected … but receive this error message.  Do I have to allow this for all pages (I am the admin for several) when I have only connected the one page? This is the first day of my trail, really hoping someone can help.  Thank you!

Olá, poderia me ajudar?Cliente me envia mensagem, porém nao conseguimos visuzalizar pois fica com a seguinte mensagem em vermelho “Tipo de mensagem não suportado”.Abrindo pelo app, fica como “mensagem nao compativel: wa_unsupported”.O que pode ser isso? é relativo ao que o cliente enviou ou sobre alguma automação?

links are not opening automatization

Messages are sent to contacta but when trying to open the link it doesnt open. I reviewed the link, opened separately and it works fine. Users are not on instagram desktop.which is the problem? How can I fix it?

Automation Issue: Instagram DM Not Sending After Comments on ManyChat

Hello, how are you? I have an Instagram account, and I want to send a DM automatically whenever someone comments on one of my posts. I set up the automation in ManyChat correctly because I’ve done this before for other clients, but it’s not working.It does send the reply to the comment, but it doesn’t send anything via DM. What could be the issue?In the Facebook settings page:https://www.facebook.com/settings/?tab=advanced_messagingManyChat appears there on top, but when I go to select the recipient for Instagram, I don’t see the ManyChat option. What could be happening?Also, my account is on a trial plan. Could this be affecting it?

I want to send a WhatsApp voice (audio) messages URL from ManyChat via an external HTTP request to Integromat (Make) for further downloading, processing and conversion of voice to text using OpenAI Whisper. I already have a working automation in ManyChat, but it only supports text. Currently, there is an option to pause all automations to an user coming to our bot when the Live Agent sends a manual message. Is there any way we can do this make this automated ? Such that, when the user enters a certain response, we stop all the automations

Hey, so I’ve connected my WhatsApp number successfully, every time I text it I see the messages pop up in Manychat however! What’s sent from Manychat doesn’t arrive, not the manual messages and not the automated ones! I have tried so many things and it doesn’t work.. do I need to charge my wallet so that messages are delivered or what?? I need help

AUTOMATATION STOPS

Hello! I have a question regarding one of my flows. It was working perfectly, but all of the sudden now the automation stops once I open and manually write on the chat. People can’t use the buttons anymore. How can I fix this? It was working perfectly for 6 months and now it changed from one day to another, and I didn’t change anything. Can you please or someone help me out? Seems also there is a 30 minutes automation stop, but I rather have it on 0, how can I make it possible?

Stop pausing my automation.

Every time I chat with a customer, my automations stop for 30 minutes. I’d like them not to pause. Is there a way to prevent this?

Option to Disable "Automation pause during Conversations"New

Be able to disable the automatic pause when you talk to the contact via Live Chat or set it much lower as the actual minimum 30 minutes pause.
