Hola a todos! Espero puedan ayudarme. soy nueva en manychat, y toda la semana mi automatizacion estaba corriendo bien. Pero ayer me di cuenta que no le estaba llegando a la gente un mensaje que tiene el BOTÓN con el link de compra. Es decir la automatizacion envia todos los mensajes, menos ese que tiene el enlace a la pagina de pagos. y no sé que pasa, porque venia funcionando muy bien. Agradezco puedan ayudarme

Há algumas semanas que criei uma automatização. Utilizei ela sem nenhum problema durante bastante tempo, até impulsionei o post. Porém essa atomatização não está mais entregando as mensagens a quem solicita quando comenta nesse post. Algumas vezes a pessoa recebe a resposta automática, mas não o material no direct. Não sei qual seria o motivo disso. Outras automatizações testadas estão funcionando normalmente e também já tentei colocar outra automatização com o mesmo texto nesse post e igualmente quem comenta a palavra-chave não recebe na dm.

Manychat DM and Comment automations were working fine since the last 2 months, but suddenly they have stopped?? Please help. Have tried troubleshooting as told by the manychat chatbot, but no success. Do we have any solution for this please.

Buenas, hemos hecho una automatización que envia un enlace a un webinar y funciona todo correctamente, contesta que ha enviado el dm, pero el mensaje al DM que les llega no se ve, sale el pantallazo que adjunto. He actualizado permisos y he hecho todo lo que dice manychat y nada. Sabéis cómo solucionarlo? Gracias  

Is there an option for a "call button"?  I am wanting to drive leads to a call center.  It would be nice if there was a button where they could just click on it and automatically have them call.  Or do I just have to put our phone number in the text? I did a quick search on google and couldn’t find any answers to this.  I am very new to many chat so I figured I would ask here before I go down the rabbit hole of searching.

I’ve developed an integration to OpenAI using both the Assistant and the completions modes. initially tried assistant mode but it is taking far too long since it needs to first set up new/update assistant if the context has changed , set up a new/check for existing thread, send message and run, then check for response. each of the api calls that require response needed to be put on a timer loop to check for completion. minimum smart delay with manychat is 10 sec which means i’m losing far too much time in all these processes. conclusion: using the assistant mode is resulting in the response taking about 12-13 sec to come through.alternatively, if i use completions, i get a response in about 4 sec but the downside is the entire prompt has to be sent each time which results in high token usage.is there something i’m missing here about how these integrations could work?is there a method  to remove or replace certain characters from text fields in   manychat? for example if the user or cha

Pessoal estou com dúvidas, se é possível criar um formulário pelo whats utilizando os campos de entrada, eu criei duas automações para isso porém quando disparado não é enviado essa automação, a ideia é utilizar esse campos para retornar ao o Crm, estou utilizando pluga como receptor dos dados e o crm Ploomes, alguém já fez algo semelhante? 

Hey guys --- I’ve spent hours trying to figure this out --- researching here and I cant seem to get this automation to work.Desired Automation:I would like our fans to comment “Loko” on our post and receive a DM from the band.DM contains a pre-save link Once clicked - the fan would receive an DM with a photo of the group in the studio -- followed by a Voice note thanking them . Current Outcome:Fan sends comment -- DM is sent to them with the pre-save link.Thats it. Automation stops there.What I gather is they have to send ME a DM reply before they become subscribed as a contact --- and even then I have to manually subscribe them to an automation sequence? I’m pretty good at figuring stuff out -- I tried adding a tag upon clicking the button that triggered a sequence.. nothing.Any help would be great!

Hi. I have an automation that is triggered from Make when a custom field is changed, e.g.: However, even when I see in the live chat that custom field has changed: it's not always triggered. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. I don't see any errors in the logs. Is this a Manychat bug? It's affecting my products

Heya! I’m trying to set up 2 automations on the free plan, but I can’t enable them/turn them on with the “Turn on this trigger” button (on the Automations page). I get the message “You can not activate the widget on the Free plan. Upgrade to Pro for unlimited access.” However, I see the following features listed under the free plan on the website:Automate conversations. Unlimited custom flows to engage up to 1,000 contacts Create custom keyword triggers (3 keywords)Can you not set up any automations with trigger words on the free plan? These are the only 2 automations I have.Edit: I figured out the issue shortly after posting this. The issue is that I’m trying to apply it to “All posts and reels,” however the free plan only allows you to enable it for a specific post or reel. Hope this helps someone else!

Criei um fluxo de automação para mensagens na DM do instagram com algumas palavras-chave, entretanto todas as mensagens que clientes que ainda não me seguem me enviam, entram para a caixa de solicitações e o manychat não realiza a automação. Dessa forma, ainda tenho que fazer manual. Como resolvo isso?

Hi - I have an account set up to send an invitation to our broadcast list on a timer set to go out 23 hours after the last interaction with a contact.The invitation is being sent correctly initially with the message inviting them join and then the follow up button where they can actually opt in.  You can see that in this photo:   But then,  about an hour later it sends the initial message again, but without the follow up opt in message.  See below:  This has been happening for several days on multiple conversations so far.Obviously we don’t want it sending that first message twice - and especially not without an option to actually sign up 😅Any ideas on why it’s doing this?

I am developing an integration between ManyChat and the OpenAI API to create an interactive chat experience, personalizing a virtual assistant based on user inputs. The process involves capturing a description provided by the user, storing it in a Custom User Field (CUF) in ManyChat, and using this variable in an HTTP request to the OpenAI API.I have encountered difficulties in getting the variable containing the user's description to be recognized and properly processed in the JSON structure of the HTTP request body. The "Send External Request" action is configured with all necessary details, including the OpenAI API URL, POST method, and header (Content-Type: application/json), but the CUF variable does not seem to be transmitted properly.Furthermore, after several hours of attempting, the functionality sometimes starts working as expected, only to stop working again without any changes on my part.
