Buenas, como estan? Mi duda es la siguiente: Tengo un whatsapp business con miles de contactos y mensajes con informacion valiosa de clientes y proveedores.Quisier saber si en caso de enlazar ese numero de whatsapp tengo forma de recuperar los mensajes y contactos de ese numero. Muchas gracias

Uso o Manychat há vários meses, mas há aproximadamente 1 mês não consigo mais criar nenhuma automação nova para o Instagram. Sempre usei da mesma maneira, com base em um template que o Manychat mostra como sugestão, onde existe a ordem de ter o comentário em uma publicação específica, a automação responde 3 opções de respostas, e automaticamente envia mensagem no direct. Não estou conseguindo nem criando novo, nem duplicando existente. Ele consta essa mensagem "Esse recurso não pode ser ativado X em seu plano atual. Para remover as restrições, atualize esta conta para um plano Pro."Mas não estou usando nada da versão pro, é tudo gratuitoJá procurei respostas aqui na comunidade, mas nada semelhante. Eu não estou usando nada que ultrapasse o limite do gratuito, estou bem longe daquela capacidade máxima de leads, e nenhuma função de gatilho pro! Não sei o que posso tentar, pois testei criar uma nova conta e não consigo vincular meu Instagram por já estar vinculadoO que posso fazer? 

Many followers are complaining they are not receiving my automations but they are in the string and i have refreshed permissions.  Why are they not seeing them?  

Ola, to tentando automatizar meu facebook, porém quando conecto o facebook e crio uma automação, elas funcionam numa pagina que eu tenho e não no meu perfil que é onde eu preciso da automação. Já tentei adicionar o perfil como nova conta porém sempre só tem a pagina e não o perfil de opção

I suddenly started getting this error on Manychat even though my Instagram is working perfectly fine and the backend connection seems alright as well. Is this happening with others or it has to do something with my account?  

Hi. This is happening a lot lately, when the leads comments the keyword in an Instagram publication, the automation does not work, they only get a blank message. Is there anything we can do to fix this?

hello, it’s been one day since I subscribed with 99.9$ plan just for setting an automations response on DM (without conditions) for anyone comment on my post on Instagram, for one day every things is allright but today when i create a new simple automations and when I want to turn on the trigger the message pups up saying to me “You can not activate the widget on the Free plan. Upgrade to Pro for unlimited access.Upgrade To Pro” when I already in the Pro mode, please help me to solve this.

Hi All, I have a 200 promo codes in Excel. How can I automated sending my users that unique codes for unique users? For example i have a quizz, and first 200 users, who won that quizz I must send a promo codes, and in my Excel automatted mentioned that codes are expired. Thnaks for advice.

I just signed up for ManyChat a few days ago and posted my first instagram comment to dm automation, but believe I will get more than 500 replies within the next few days, and technically my next pro billing date isn't for at least 10 days. Since I did the pro trial will I just automatically start getting charged for the additional contacts, or because I’m under trial period will I just be limited to 500 contacts? Any insight greatly appreciated.

Olá! Eu tenho uma conta do Instagram conectada ao Manychat e agora estou com dois perfis dentro dessa mesma conta. Ao tentar criar uma automação para comentários em post e reels (na segunda conta), só foi permitido com a conta PRO (paga) do Manychat. Antes esse recurso era gratuito, certo? Será pelo fato de eu ter dois perfis na mesma conta?

Hi, i’m struggling to take into account the first message of a new customer contacting me as a user input so I can trigger chatGPT directly to know its intention. I know there is an AI plan in Manychat allowing to get the intention of a message but isn’t there a way to put the *first message* in a variable so I can answer him in a smart way? I could use the “message contains...” feature but I prefer by far asking chatGPT to classify the intention himself. If a user sends me “Hello i’d like to know your prices”, I’d like to take into account his very first message to start the automation instead of telling me to write a message that I can then classify with chatGPT (which I can do thanks to user input). Thanks a lot!

I would like to configure ManyChat to respond with multiple messages, similar to how a human would. For example, ManyChat would first send "Hello," then follow up with "How are you doing?" and finally, "How can I help you?"—even if the client hasn't responded yet.Instead of sending "Hello, how are you doing? How can I help you?" in a single text message, I want these to be sent as separate messages.Thank you for your assistance.

Estou criando uma automação para exportar os contatos de uma conta que gerencio, porém o pessoal anterior encheu a conta de tags e aí eu entrei em um problema: em cada tag, consta por exemplo 8000 contatos, porém quando eu entro na tag para ver os contatos não aparece isso tudo. Dentro do meu entendimento, contatos são os leads que ficaram registrados. Alguém pode me esclarescer?  Vou deixar anexo a foto. Desde já  agradeço!

Olá, a quem puder por favor ajudar, minha atomação esta parando de enviar a sequência de mensagens, após o gatilho ser acionado ela envia a primeira mensagem com a pergunta, quando a pessoa responde em alguns momentos ela não envia a sequência da mensagem e simplesmente para.Quando outra pessoa entra em contato acionando o gatilho, ela envia a primeira mensagem coma pergunta, quando a pessoa responde, a sequência de mensagens continua até a próxima mensagem e depois para novamente, só nos dois primeiros dias de automação funcionou corretamente do inicio ao fim.Aguém sabe me dizer o que pode estar acontecendo?

I went to Settings. I went to Fields. I created a folder Loans. I created a New User Field. I named the field Credit. I went back to my automation. I created a User Input field. I set it to Multiple Choice. Under Save Response to a Custom Field and I do not see Loans or Credit. I hard-reloaded the page and repeated steps 7-9 and still do not see the new field or folder I created.I did not archive them. Suggestions please?
